2014 will be end ,and 2015 will be come. In the new year ,we must be have much wishes, because new year means that things end and another things start. So we need to make a new years resolution in order to the second year will be better. I want to share my new years resolution with you. Firstly, I decide to try my best to learn english. because my english so poor that it affects my other subject. I will face many differences, such as broadening my vocabulary, training my listening, improving my write and so on. I must work hard because I dont want to behind the times. Secondly, I will give up watching football games because every time it takes me two hours, which makes me not finish my homework. 四、课外书

我每天坚持看四年级必读书，希望一个暑假能背完《千家诗》的所有诗。从而提高自己的知识储备量。

每日计划：

每天完成暑假作业各15页；6点到7点从家到学校再从学校走回家；一个半的娱乐时间；读背千家诗里的三首古诗；控制饮食，每餐吃饱就行，不喝垃圾饮料，不吃没营养的零食，防止身体发胖；看完书去图书馆借，让大脑知识量膨胀增多。

怎么样，我的暑假计划是不是很完美，而且还丰富多彩呢？

一、读书有选择。图书馆的书架上摆满了各种各样的课外书，让我们眼花缭乱。有成语故事、童话故事、历史故事……特别是名著。书是我们的朋友，是我们的精神食粮！

二、读书有计划。每天至少要看一个小时的课外书，这样就可以培养成良好的读书习惯。当然，读书时要坐端正，这样才能保护好我们心灵的窗户——眼睛。

三、读书要做到“三到”：心到、眼到、口到。我们要用心去读，用心去悟。吸取书中丰富的营养。唐代的大诗人杜甫说的好，“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”精彩语段，妙词佳句，反复诵读，熟记在心。每天和爸爸妈妈分享读书的快乐，交流一下读后感吧！

四、看书时做好读书笔记，归类摘抄好词好句，名人名言。在书上做批录第一范文网，同时养成写日记的好习惯。另外，还得多看些工具书，比如，成语词典、新华字典、俗语大全、谚语、格言警句等。

放暑假了，为了度过一个快乐而有意义的暑假，我制定了以下计划：

一、主要学习安排

有计划的认真完成《暑假作业》，每天写六页，一个月内写完；写作文20篇，其中，记人、记事、景物描写10篇，读后感10篇，争取在网上发表5～8篇。认真练习毛笔字，每周练习三节课。

认真复习三、四年级学过的英语单词，预习五年级英语，争取把五年级单词背下来。

二、业余学习安排

每天弹琴1·5小时，把古筝七级的《战台风》与《秦桑曲》弹熟练，准备考级，争取考级成功，认真参加古筝暑期培训班，争取新学一首曲子。

复习学过的葫芦丝曲子，自学《彝家欢度火把节》《蓝色的香巴拉》与《赛马》葫芦丝曲，学巴乌2～3首曲子。争取去老师家学习3～5次，录制曲子3～5首。

三、其它

利用多媒体学习：酷6教育网的贾老师教作文、中小学课程酷6英语。我要把参加社区活动的照片与日记及时上传、更新博客内容，争取访问量提升到1200人以上。加强体育锻炼，如：打羽毛球、打篮球、滑滑板等，每天活动0。5～1小时，要注意安全。帮妈妈干一些力所能及的家务活，如：擦桌子、洗碗……

This time, the main destination is Australia, a country which is in the Southern Hemisphere. I want to feel the opposite climate, see never-seen scenery and experience the land and its people and live a quite new life for 7 days.

So I have chosen a travel agent to help me with my journey. They offer Qantas flights the entire journey with free meals and three-star or four-star hotels for accommodation.

The first day:

I will take the Qantas Airways non-stop international flight (QF106) to Sydney, the capital of South Wales and Australia’s oldest largest city and port, to star the trip to Australia, overnight on board.

The second day:

Upon arrival, I will take a bus to visit St. Mary’s Church, Hyde Park and other interests. Then, I will visit the world-famous, Australia’s most beautiful building----the Sydney Opera House. There will be professionals conducting a detailed explanation in the House. By the

evening, I can visit the well-known Darling Harbor; enjoy the Sydney Bridge and a western-style dinner on board.

The third day:

I will take a flight to Cairns, a city which is rounded by palm trees. It’s a tourist city, where there are magnificent mountains, dense rain forests. The forests are the world’s oldest, largest tropical rain forest. I can novel amphibious vehicles traveling around the forests, experience exotic enjoyment. What’s more, I can watch the indigenous people’s wonderful dance performance.

The fifth day:

Take a bus to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Terminal and take a ship to the world-famous Reef. Located off the coast of the north-eastern Australia, it is the world’s largest coral island, which stretches over 2000km, including thousands of coral reefs and shoals, known as “the eighth wonder of the world”. The sixth day:

The seventh day (the last day):

effects and super performance and a lot of cartoon characters. Then I will go to a farm to pay a visit. There I can experience a real farm life and get close to the koala, kangaroo and take photos with the cute creatures. (I need to pay for the lunch.) It is my plan to have a journey abroad. It will cost about 12000 RMB for the agency and I need another sum of money to support my self-consumption and other costs. 3.杜绝高热量零食

4.一日三餐分配好

有氧运动部分

1.深蹲

2.平板支撑

平板支撑是一个类似俯卧撑的动作。但俯卧撑主要锻炼胸部，而平板支撑则主要锻炼人的腹部，对减腹部赘肉，瘦小肚子有着显著作用。具体动作为：俯卧，两手屈肘成90°支撑身体。腹部收紧，两腿并拢伸直。保持动作。

3.仰卧起坐

My summer holiday of this year was very enjoyable.I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays with my grandparents.It is very beautiful there.There are green plants,clear rivers,lovely animals and kind people.I spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there.Besides,I helped the children in the neighborhoods with their lessons.I helped them read English to improve their spoken English.Their parents thanked me for this and thought highly of me.I realized that knowledge is greatly needed in the countryside.

Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot myself.

firstly,i descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay more attention to the knowledge which i didnt know it clearly.

secondly,i will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge.and try to combine thoery to practice.

Finally,i will learn to adjust, to be more positive and more helpful.

Thats what i plant to do in a new term.

新的学期马上就要到来了，因此，我应该给自己制定一个学习计划来提升自己.

首先，我决定做好的家庭作业比以前更仔细点，和关注那些我不是很了解的知识，其次，我应该扩大阅读面并，并把理论和实践联合在一起.最后，我应该学会适应，变得更积极更乐于助人.

这就是我新的学期计划.

It was rainy today, we had no feeling to study in the classroom .When all my friends came here ,we couldn’t wait to leave the classroom and charged towards lotus pond in Fanpo . My friends my teacher and I totally fourteen people walked there in the rain . On our way to the lotus pond in fanpo ,we each took a umberlla with us .They like many beautiful umblerlla flowers in the rain .It formed a wonderful sight .The fresh air was so clear and the sight was so beautiful .we talked and laughed ,and took many nice photos .

When we got to the lotus pond , the sight there is so beautiful that all of us were very excited . Because of the rain ,many of us fell down on the ground .our clean clothes were covered with mud .but we were very happy .because we had saw the beautiful pond .We walked along the pond and enjoyed the beautiful flowers . we sang ,we talked jokes , we went boating .we helped each other in the rain .and we remembered the unforgettable experience with our camera

When we returned home , it was nearly dark . we were very tired and our parents were very worried about us . But I was really happy today because it was unforgettable thing in my summer holiday ,in my life !
