今天是我人生中第一次真正地工作，虽然仍然属于实习，英语实习日记。早上十点多，我随小姨来到东风中路的交易广场。当我乘着升降电梯来到这座位于广州市中心的高级写字楼的十八层时，一阵强烈的新奇感和亲切感向我袭来。从小我就羡慕电视里那些画着精致的妆，穿着入时的年轻白领，羡慕他们可以在干净清雅的环境里办公，羡慕他们手捧文件夹轻步穿梭在办公室之间，还羡慕他们可以悠闲地喝一杯“雀巢”速溶咖啡。今天，这个梦想终于实现，我也可以在这样高档的写字楼里做一回员工了。我的心跳不禁加快了速度。

公司的福利制度不错，员工的午饭由专人烹饪并送到办公室。我们一行6、7人在会议室里进餐。老板不在，大伙很开心地吃着，谈天说地。全然不顾旁边还心惊胆战地坐着一个我。我是公司里最小的员工，而且今天是第一次来，还是个实习生，我以为大家会比较感兴趣比较热情地问我许多问题，还准备和大家很快熟悉起来呢，却发现除了做了一个简单的自我介绍之外，我就只有埋头吃饭和在一旁陪笑的份。大家仿佛不太关心我的存在，继续谈论他们关心的话题。几次我想开口，都由于胆怯和害羞而缩了回去。那种尴尬的滋味我想起来就难受。原来在公司里一个新人并不太重要，人与人之间的关系也不像在学校里那么单纯，大家彼此多一事不如少一事，谁也不肯施舍一些善意，让新来的小孩好过一点。

下午也不太顺利。说好在业务上带我的那位周小姐被朱叔叔叫出去工作了。大忙人就是这样，才交待的事自己都忘了。我自己又反复看了看几个网站，在word上列出了一些优劣，分析了一下材料，最后觉得工作实在没什么剩余了，才发现大家有的在发短信，有的在聊QQ，没有几个人在认真工作。就算是认真工作，我也一点不懂，没法帮忙。我鼓足勇气，在座位上排练了好几次，才绕到一位比较年轻的小姐身旁，很礼貌地问她可不可以带我熟悉一下业务。没想到她面无表情地告诉我她是管财务的，没有什么可学。我碰了一鼻子灰，有些尴尬地走回座位，心里盘算着这接下来的几个小时怎么度过。管行政的朱小姐在我的请求下给我了一份中文资料单和一本公司财政制度，并抱歉地说她也无法帮我。我于是很郁闷地继续我的工作。

在工作快要结束的时候，快下班时，大家还没有要走的意思。那位终于回来了的周小姐也给了我一个笑脸说明天才有时间带我。我几乎是有些高兴地离开了写字楼，因为我终于有时间琢磨一下。

稀里糊涂混过了第一天。感觉初到时的新鲜和激动已减了大半。在这样压抑的写字楼里，要自如地生存，畅快地呼吸，还需要磨练。我想我现在最需要的是勇气，是甩掉扭捏的书生气，大胆一些，厚脸皮一些，活泼一些，或许会让自己自如一点。一切都靠自己，我相信明天会比今天好的多。万事开头难嘛！

XX年8月22日 星期二 实习第二天

今天早上我八点就到了办公室，想要好好地努力地开始一天的新工作，像昨晚发誓的那样，勇敢大方些。一进门我就看见清洁工大姐在开灯开空调准备打扫卫生了。在一间只有我们两个陌生人的房间里，我想我不能把她当作空气。爸爸说，进入职场，首先要学会和人相处。我含笑轻声问这位大姐是不是每天都要比我们正常上班提前一小时来打扫卫生，还在她为我的空间清扫的时候不失时机地重重地说了声谢谢。这一招很奏效，大姐一开始有些腼腆地回答我，后来便主动问我在哪上学，实习多久之类的话。气氛一下子变得很温馨和愉快，给我一天的工作打下了良好的基础。

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

It’s a symbol of the offspring’s respect to the ancestors. People believe that the forbears will share the food with them. In some provinces of China, people use different activities to commemorate this day, for instance, spring-outing, swinging, tree planting and making special food. One special food is Ay Tsao rice balls. It looks like Tang-yuan, but its colour is green. Mix the ay tsao juice with the rice powder, then make it into small balls. The Ay Tsao rice ball is done. People believe that eating ay tsao rice balls can get rid of the bad luck and everything will go smoothly. Other activities such as spring outing, tree planting are the other ways to commemorate the forbears. For one thing, it is a sign that people should look into the future and embrace the hope; for another thing, we do hope our ancestor rest in peace.
