11月20日 星期四 晴

很多天以前我们就得到消息，省外一家外文出版社今天要到本系招2名英文编辑。一打听，要求还挺高，不但学习成绩进入全系前二十名，还要在英文刊物上发表过文章。仔细掂量了一下自己的实力，我的成绩是全系第十五，这个条件我符合;至于在英文刊物上发表文章，这个条件就有点难了，整个专业也许没几个吧。去还是不去呢?思虑再三，还是去试试。

招聘会在语音室进行。前来应聘的人数不是很多，也就十多人吧。大概是学习成绩这个条件让很多人望而生畏。面试开始了，应聘者依次拿着自己的简历和面试老师面对面坐着交谈。时间大概是3分钟。在我前面的几名同学，和面试老师的交谈了不到一分钟，就灰溜溜地走了，连简历也没有留下。很显然，他们都被淘汰了。

该我上场了。果然，面试老师一得知我没有发表文章的经历，连我的简历也没有看，客气地对我说了声“抱歉”。然后就招呼下一位了。

睡前总结：也许是第一次参加应聘吧，感觉很失败。毕业求职时发现自己学到的东西并不太多。对没有工作经验的我来说，平时的经验就是很好的积累。我很后悔大学前三年没有好好练笔写些稿子。

11月22日 星期六 阴

前天那场招聘会，被隔壁班的两位英语高人给抢走了，听说待遇还不错。签就签了吧，至少少了两个竞争对手，好单位还多着呢。

在武汉科技会展中心，今天有场“武汉8校联合招聘会”，我早早地买了门票，攥着几天前就准备好的6份简历进了场。其中4份是准备应聘翻译的，另外两份应聘英文报刊编辑。其实我的“硬件”还算过得去——专业八级，计算机三级，还有两次“院三好学生”和两次二等奖学金。找个翻译的工作，胜算应该比较大吧。

会场人很多，我绕场转了两圈，仅发现两家英文报刊在招广告策划，想想和自己的专业沾了点边，我毫不犹豫地把简历递了过去。

对方仔细看我的简历，问了一句：“你是学广告策划的吗?”

他刚才不是看了吗?怎么还问我?我说：“不是，我是英语专业的。我对你们的工作岗位……”“对不起，我们不要其他专业的!”还没说完，对方就很不耐烦地打断了我的话。

睡前总结：今天的收获几乎为零。宿舍小文总结我的失败之处在于跨专业求职。想来也对，跨专业求职对普通学生难度太大，除非事前有很好的准备。今天的失败应该在于没考虑自己的专业因素吧。

11月27日 星期四 阴

谢天谢地，终于迎来第一场针对本专业的招聘会。宿舍的几位姐妹都起床忙于梳妆打扮。我早早地起来，又把自己的简历看了一遍，按求职意向分门别类整理了一下自己的思路。挤进会场后，我先绕场一周了解大致情况，然后有针对性地把我的简历投了出去。

我们专业不过500来人，而整个会场人数足足有一两千。我甚至还瞥见有位同学来自广东省的中山大学。

到底是针对英语专业，让我感觉自己能胜任在场的所有职位。上午我去一家外贸公司应聘高级翻译。面试老师用英语问起了一些有关我家庭成员和籍贯的问题，虽然谈不上对答如流，却也算是表达清晰。后来又和我聊起了今年年初流行的SARS病的相关问题知识，我的语句就开始不通畅了。最后我感觉对方有点落井下石，竟问起了今年诺贝尔化学奖的得主来自哪个国家。我支吾了半天，只好“SORRY”。

还是再试试另一家报社的英文编辑吧。

展位前的椅子上已经坐了好多前来应聘的人。我刚要找个地方坐下，中间一位老师就站起来宣布面试开始。接着发给大家每人一张试卷。要求在半个小时内完成。

我瞅了瞅周围的人，他们看上去相当认真。题目是十个选择填空题和一篇作文改错。几个选择题似乎很简单，几分钟我就完成了。那篇作文是有关神州5号飞船升空的，反复看了好几遍，才找到一处语法错误。眼看时间快到了，我胡乱地改了几处单词。然后把试卷交了上去。

那位戴眼镜的老编辑花了几分钟看完了我们的试卷，当场宣布5人进入下一轮面试，其余的人全部淘汰。原因是只有这5人记得神州5号升空的日子。

为什么平时不多看看报纸呢。这么重要的错误也没发现?下次还是小心点吧。

睡前总结：两个这么好的工作就被我这样给糟蹋了。我发现虽然自己专业已经是八级，但口语什么的好象还不太够用，而要命的是我平时除了集中学习专业知识，对外界的关心太少了。 翻译和编辑两种工作都需要大量的社会知识积累。我败在了平时。

12月1日 星期一 阴

连续两天，华中科技大学和武汉科技会展中心召开了两场招聘会。天很冷，但依然高兴，因为两天的奔波换来了三个面试机会。

一是本市一家进出口贸易公司，我应聘副总经理秘书，二是一家企业缺个策划，再就是市中心一所重点高中的英语教师。我根据自己的优势和硬件，集中对英语教师进行了精心准备。想到面试时多半会要求我上台试讲，我还特地请教了我们的英语老师，让他为我作了特别辅导。

果然不出我所料，那位老校长要我上讲台授课，4位老师临时充当我的学生。好在我提前做了准备，一上讲台，我就着那本高中英语课本绘声绘色地讲了起来。加上我们高中学过那篇课文，我发挥比较出色。20分钟后，老校长叫停，而后就和几位老师开始了讨论。

说实话，虽然紧张，但我对自己的发挥还是比较满意。果然，老校长对我说：“刘小姐，你已经通过了我们的面试，如果你是真诚喜欢这个职位的话，请随时拨打我的电话，我等你的好消息。”说完，递过来一张名片。

睡前总结：那一刻，我几乎要高兴得喊出来。为了工作，我已经整整奔波了10 天了。今天终于尝到了被录用的甜头。嘿嘿。

When I was six years old, I began to go to school. The first school (which) I attended was a primary school. 今天我们开始认识外贸操作平台，经理介绍到，现在的主流外贸平台有Alibaba, Made-In-China, Globalsource等等，我们用的是Alibaba，我们的任务就是熟悉这个操作平台，熟悉它的流程还有方式，经理还给我们讲解了各个部分都是干什么用的，哪个是用来上传产品的，哪个是用来查看本行业的进出口信息的。最后经理让我们自己熟悉下，随便看看，了解它的大环境，为后来的工作打下基矗

今天我才发现原来做外贸是在阿里巴巴上面做，整的跟淘宝似的。只不过原先在淘宝上我是买家，现在变成了卖家了。感觉眼花缭乱的，不过令我欣慰的是，至少里面还有点中文，我看还是中文的舒坦埃外国人要是全用中文谈业务那该有多好埃我们的国家赶紧发展壮大吧，以后让所有的外国人都来学习中文。

2月29日

今天我的主要任务是上传产品，通过阿里巴巴平台把我公司的产品上传上去，并在平台上展示出来，以便使家方便看到。经理给了我三个产品让我先熟悉下，并参考其他公司上传的内容把这三个也上传上去，通过比较，我渐渐的掌握了上传的方式和内容。

有个操作平台做起工作来就是方便，这样做起贸易来确实是方便了很多。

今天我最大的收获是知道了怎么上传产品，原来现在的外贸是这么来做的啊，我还以为做外贸是一个非常非常困难的工作呢。看来自从有了商务平台之后外贸工作简单了很多。

通过上传产品来熟悉业务是我当前的工作，同时，也不能忽视了外贸函电的写作，因为马上就得用上了 。

3月1日

今天主要是维护产品，并且保证它的更新率。把网上的数据进行归类，整理，最后整理出现在最符合的条件，然后放到我们的网站上去。整理关键词，把世界买家的关键词整理下来，一便有目的地放产品。

最后的任务还是尽快的熟悉阿里巴巴平台，掌握操作方法。尽快的熟悉外贸业务，我们做外贸业务员的，应该时常保持一个进取的心灵，这样才能更好的做好外贸。

外贸就是通过互联网找来一大批数据，然后在里面筛选出有用的来，这是一个繁琐而又无聊的工作。不知道其他的大公司是怎么样办公的，难道也是这样子的吗?真的是太累人了，我眼睛的度数因为整天瞅电脑瞅的都上去了。有空得去配上一副防辐射的眼镜，整天这么盯着电脑可不是个办法。

3月2日

今天经理带着我们去了阿里巴巴的培训部门进行了专业的阿里巴巴培训。培训了一下午的时间，听着老师在前面讲解怎么样运用好阿里巴巴平台，真的是受益匪浅啊，里面各个方面都有各个方面的用途，每个用途都是特别的重要的。

例如，动态产品的展示，橱窗产品的摆放，还有展示产品的详细参数设置等等很多。

今天我开始在网上找客户，经理教给我们用谷歌，毕竟在国际市场上谷歌还是最有分量的。在发邮件上，经理说，最好里面不要有超链接，有的时候带超链接的话，对方系统会默认为垃圾邮件的。

我自己试着在网上找了下，发现客户信息确实是很多，在杂乱无章的信息中找出自己需要的来还真的不是一件很容易的事情呢。

谷歌确实非常强大，如果掌握了一定的搜索方法的话找个客户还是能找出来的。比如说在搜索栏里面输入买家的公司名称+email就有很大的几率出来这个公司的email地址。

看来搜索引擎里面也有很大的学问埃我需要学的东西还有很多呢，以前就只是在百度里搜索点小东西，这回终于发现了，原来搜索引擎是这么的强大。

3月6日

昨天找到的客户今天发开发信，我按照经理给的模版发了一份给各个客户。唉，像这种小公司做外贸确实是不好做啊，啥也没有，让人真是头疼。后来我逛了逛福步论坛，我发现了自己开发信的不足，那就是我们发的开发信普遍的长篇大论，先是问好，然后介绍自己公司，然后推荐产品，最后落款。但是论坛上的长辈们说这种写法早就过时了。现在的写法都是简单几句话把自己的事情交代完毕。

想想也是的，国外的公司有可能一天收好几百封邮件，写的长篇大论没人给看的，不直接拉到垃圾邮件里就是好的了。

我们学的外贸函电里面的东西现在说来都有点过时了，反正我是这么觉得的。有次我按外贸函电的格式写的开发信给经理，经理直接打回来了——重写!

A wonderful day

Today is a wonderful day! In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb the

mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers plants

and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful. Coming back home in the

evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and eating

It was a hot day during my summer holidays in 2003. My mother and I got on the bus which would take us to the village where my grandma lived. It was so hot that I felt very thirsty. Then I began to think of the sweet big watermelons and other fruits in Grandma’s house. I could hardly wait to arrive there and see my grandma.

It took us one more hour to get there. When we walked into the house, Grandma was busy preparing lunch in the kitchen. It seemed that she was very glad to see us, which I knew from the big smile on her wrinkled face. She brought out a big watermelon and cut it. It was so nice to eat the watermelon on such a hot day.

After lunch my mother fell asleep and I asked my grandma to tell me a fairy tale. We sat on the bed and she began to tell it. I listened to her quietly. It was not long before I fell asleep, too. I was dreaming when a terrible voice woke me up. I saw Grandma was lying on the ground with blood streaming down from her mouth. I couldn’t believe my eyes. How fearful a sight it was! I hurried to wake my mother up. We took her to the hospital in a hurry. But it was too late to save her. My beloved grandma’s heart stopped beating when we got to the hospital. when I arrived at the park ,the first thing came into my sight were the thick green trees，therefore，the air was fresh,in addition， i could clearly see a path skirting along the pond。laying on the lawn which was decorated by a various of followers and seeing the blue sky,I felt at ease because all I wanted was some peace and quiet。All thing formed a beautiful landscape, and you couldnt imagine how romantic they were!

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. i was depressed because i couldnt understand an english book after i bought it. i could understand nothing. i thought maybe i should study english hard and only by this could i learn a lot of knowledge and understand english aw well as communicate with others in english. i told myself, ‘just go’.

Today I`m not doing homework. I`m making dumplings. After that, we`re

having lunch, my grangfather is saying to each other" Happy New Year", I`m
