从成绩分析来看，满分有3个，90分以上的20个。差距就在这一部分上，在平时上课提问来看，只有这一部分同学比较积极，而80分以上的有12个，这些同学，需要在平时多加提问和关注，争取到更高的层次上来。70分以上的只有2个，60分的只有一个，中间力量太薄弱了，可以争取的太少了。剩下不及格的，都在十几二十几三十几分左右，真的是太难提高了，而且，这部分同学不光英语不及格，其他科目也这样，我现在束手无策了。不过，我也不能放弃他们，在期中考试之前，多下点功夫，希望能有所提高。英语在现在来说还是比较重要的科目，如果一开始就不及格，就很难再提高了，所以，对那一部分不及格和六七十分的同学，课后补补课，能提高多少是多少吧。

上一周我们学校进行了一次月考，试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少，现有人数47，及格44人，满分一人，90分以上28人，70到90段13人，本次试卷是一单元检测题，题目没有做过但比较简单，全在课堂教学训练的范围，通过分析尖子生太少，需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练，提高90分以上学生的做题能力，努力打造70到90段学生，加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始，对学生要求平等，这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异，根据学生成绩，在以后的教学中加强分层教学，减轻学生心理压力，提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯，提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

My school is at Haimen Town. It is very big and beautiful. There are forty-three classes in it. When you come to our school, you can see the modern teaching building. Our teachers work and do practice in it. Behind the building, there are two classroom buildings and a school library. In the library there are thousands and thousands of books. After class you can borrow the books you want and also you can read them in the reading room at any time. Beside our classroom, there is a big playground. 奔跑，都是奔跑。我分散的思维就这样殊途同归。眼前渐渐浮现三个奔跑着的身影，从满腹怨言到坚定倔强到自信自豪。三个相同却又不一样的我慢慢重合。突然，“我”的身边出现了许多身影，不同的外貌，神情却是惊人得相似。我的同学们，互相扶持一同成长的我们。屋顶的天空是我们的，放学后夕阳也都是我们的，我们忘记了所有的伤心和烦恼，只在操场上纯粹地奔跑。

过去，我们为不被训斥而跑;为成绩而跑;为荣誉而跑，那未来呢?我们还会这样不顾一切地奔跑吗?

一定会!成长，就是不断奔跑，长大，就是那似乎遥不可及的终点。我们在迷茫中奔跑，在阻碍中奔跑，在困境中奔跑，向着终点不断奔跑。那我们长大了吗?没有。长大不过是相对性的，如同终点也可以是起点。但我们可以奔跑，如同追赶地平线一般追赶我们的“长大”。努力成长，不断挑战自己，超越自己，这才是属于我们的长大。

秋风习习，送来阵阵凉爽。抬头看，盘旋着的大雁不知何时已离去。它们这是去寻找它们的目的地，而我——我的嘴角不觉勾起弧度，也继续奔跑吧。

I would have invited friends over to dinner even if the carpet was strained and the sofa faded.

I would have taken the time to listen to my grandfather ramble about his youth.

I would never have insisted the car windows be rolled up onasummer day because my hair had just been teased and sprayed.

I would have burned the pink candle sculpted like a rose before it melted in storage.

I would have sat on the lawn with my children and not worried about grass stains.

I would have cried and laughed less while watching television-and more while watching life.

I would have gone to bed when I was sick instead of pretendingtheearth would go into a holding patter if I were not there fortheday.

I would never have bought anything just because it was practical,would not show soil or was guaranteed to last a lifetime.

There would have been more I love yous ... more Im sorrys...but mostly, given another shots at life, I would seize every minute... look at it and really see it...live it...and never give it back.

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year.Playing basketball is always my favourite,so some of my classmates and I will form a small team and play basketball together.Sometimes we may have a match against some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game.
