此次比赛本着“人人参与”的原则，在初中三个年级中进行。以《My holidy》（我的假期）为题，学生们现场发挥，在30分钟的时间内写出一篇100词作文。比赛过程中，参赛选手胸有成竹，屏气凝神，严格遵守比赛规则，表现出优秀的参赛风格。全部同学在规定时间内完成，甚至有几位同学提前做完，显示出同学们对英语的有效掌握。学生作文水平虽显稚嫩，但从单词、句子的运用，到语法篇章的安排，都显示出了英语教学有了明显的进步，这是同学们勤学英语的结果，也是每位实践队员辛勤教学的结果。最终，赵芳同学脱颖而出荣获一等奖，刘涵、赵紫、赵伟等分获二、三等奖，队员们为其颁发奖状、奖品，以资鼓励。赛后，实践团将同学们的作品在橱窗中展示，以供大家交流学习。同学们表示今后一定再接再厉，学好英语。队员们鼓励大家在日常生活中也要勤学勤用，在实践中探索英语的奥秘。

此次比赛有力调动起同学们学习英语的积极性，提高了对英语的实用能力，提高了学生英语读写能力。据悉，此类活动还将继续开展，为学生创设运用英语写作展示的平台。

我曾经参加过各种比赛：小到班上的抢板凳比赛，大到学校的打乒乓球、打篮球比赛。可这些比赛又算得了什么呢？最多就是作为一个儿童的美好瞬间罢了，最让我念念不忘的，还是半年前的那一场机器人比赛。

在比赛前的几个星期，老师为我们争取到了参赛的资格，最终我和其余四名队友成为了学校第一次参加机器人比赛的选手。为了这来之不易的参赛机会，带队老师和我们都十分珍惜。为了把机器人改造得更好，我们对能够修改的部分都进行了尝试：先是换了吸球的“炮筒”，由长变短，由粗变细，后面又变长，又变大，然后又反复试验，不停改进。几经周折，最终我们一致认为，为了保证机器人吸球的效率，吸球的管道应该只比乒乓球大一点点，同时这个管道的长度不能太长，也不能太短，只要超过机器人本身的长度三厘米就行了。

机器人在练习中改进，我们的技术也在练习中得到了进步，我们的动手能力更是得到了最大程度的提升。尤其为了在比赛中获胜，我们在无可奈何之际，曾经一次次地放弃，可是，为了自己第一次参加比赛，为了老师好不容易争取来的比赛机会，我们又重拾心情，继续努力。在训练过程中，老师一次又一次耐心地辅导我们训练，为我们争取更多的时间，也为我们完善机器人改造，在他的身上，我也学到了许多，正如书上所说的：坚持才会赢。怀抱着梦想和期待，在用掉半桶电池后，我们迎来了比赛。

比赛那天，我们全体参赛师生一早就乘车来到县中学，入场，列队，做比赛前的最后检查和准备。当所有参赛队伍到齐之后，我们惊喜地发现，只有我们的机器人全副武装，这使我们的信心瞬间燃烧了起来。可就算这样，我们也不免紧张。在比赛之前，大家都去上了几次厕所。终于，我们带着通过检测的机器人来到了真正的比赛场地，进入了等候区域。

突然，一个熟悉的名字传来了——**镇中心校。这下，终于到我们了。可看着别的选手们精彩的比赛，我们心中信心的火焰突然熄灭了，只剩下阵阵紧张。但此时，怎能退缩呢？于是，我们迈着整齐的步子，抱着自己的机器人，来到了赛道。比赛规则是和平时一样：按照报名序号，每人两次机会，循环进行，取两次得分的最高分作为比赛得分计入团队总分。

几分钟后，轮到我了。第一轮，我因为紧张只得了七分，但这却激起了我必胜的决心，所以，我在第二轮时，沉着地操作遥控器，遇到机器人卡壳了也不紧张，冷静处理，最终拿了10分。可是，另外一个队友因为紧张而发挥失常，只得了两分。幸好，还有一个队友超常发挥，最终，我们获得了第三名。

在回家的路上，我不断地回忆着从决定参加比赛到比赛结束的这个过程。在一次次努力中，我好像得到了成长；在一次次放弃中，我好像也得到了成长；在最后的比赛瞬间，我先是紧张后来又轻装上阵，我好像得到了升华。是啊，生活不就是如此吗？经历过这次比赛，我仿佛一下子长大了，我期待着下一次机会的到来。

我参加过很多次舞蹈比赛，但是最让我难忘的是我跟随舞蹈精品班参加的那次大型海选比赛，因为那是我最光彩的一次表演。

国庆小长假前的那个周六，四点半一放学，爸爸就来接我去上市里，在去的路上，爸爸开着车，我就在车里换上了鲜艳的舞蹈服，衣服上有梅红色的亮片，粉红色的羽毛。我又穿上肉色的丝祙和粉色的舞鞋，这一身很是漂亮。

到了场地，老师开始给我们化妆，先打上粉底，然后画眉毛，腮红和眼影是紫色的，眼影上面又打上一层白色亮晶晶的亮粉，老师还给我们画了眼线，董老师说，要等吃完饭以后再抹口红。我们画完妆，一个个像小仙女一样美丽！董老师让我们赶紧去吃饭，我们抓紧吃完饭就回来候场。因为我们舞蹈团是最后一个上场，所以我们就先看别人在台上的表演，他们一个个都打伴的花枝招展，舞姿也很优美。

终于轮到我们团上场了，我们每个人都很兴奋，个个都显得胸有成竹，我们拿出百分之百的信心，想要跳好这支舞。我们是分批上场的，几个小伙伴先上场，他们随着音乐翩翩起舞，过了一会，我和晓雯一起侧手翻翻到台上，我们大家集中精神，认真投入地跳着，展示了很多技巧，博得了观众们热烈的掌声。

经过我们的集体努力，我们团取得了优异的成绩，我们开心地和老师拥抱在一起。我想，以后我还要刻苦练习，争取取得更好的成绩。

下车后我看见舞台前一片人山人海，于是，我和妈妈就走了进去，我们在里面找呀找也没有找到位置，最后终于找到了一个位置，我就坐了下来。妈妈到前面照相，我们很幸运刚到表演就开始了，第一个节目是大合唱，这个合唱里面有我外公参加，歌名《深圳的歌》，第二个节目也有外公参加，歌名《田野上》。看完第二个节目我就觉得很没意思，我就跟妈妈说：“我去旁边那里玩”。妈妈同意了，我就到旁边的攀爬架玩，过了一会儿我就爬到一个攀爬架上看表演，突然我看见我们学校的音乐老师，郁老师在舞台上，她是总指挥哦。我就飞奔跑到妈妈那里气喘呼呼的说：“舞台上的总指挥是我们学校的音乐老师，郁老师。”妈妈听了立刻过去帮郁老师她们照相，我也回到攀爬架上。

节目快结束时我们就先走了，麻堪社区大舞台再见。真是有意义的歌咏比赛，下次有机会我会再来参加。

到了赛场，哇！真是人山人海，有的大人在着急的等待，有的同学紧张的要哭，还有的同学紧张的直冒汗……我找了一个空，挤了进去。轮到我抽号了，就要这个吧！打开一看，耶！是39号，不错，和我的参赛号一样。我拿好笔和纸，信心十足的上楼做听力。之后又满怀希望的回一楼讲了一个英语故事。最关键的时刻到了，马上就要公布成绩了，我又紧张起来。我也感觉到我的手心一直在冒汗，以前从来没这么紧张过。人名一个一个的念着，我的心情也是时起时落，终于在最后颁发的一等奖获得者名单里念到我的名字了，“我得了个一等奖，这表示我晋级了！”

加油！相信自己能走到最后。我兴奋的对自己说。

莲花实验学校是一所外来家庭孩子比较多的学校，学校教育也尽量从细节上沟通家校，让爸爸妈妈多点时间关注自己的孩子，例如，校长会给家长打表扬孩子的电话，告诉他们孩子在学校表现。“聊天中，我会和爸爸妈妈建议，饭桌上听孩子说说学校的事情，陪他们看看书，每月一次的家长沙龙，更多的是讲怎样陪伴孩子成长，大型活动如开学典礼、青春仪式，邀请爸爸妈妈和孩子牵手进会场，都是一个陪伴概念的体现。”体谅到家长工作很忙，学校每次邀请家长的活动都会主动把请假条写到家长的单位，就是希望父母能够真正参与到孩子的成长中来。

我想跟爸爸妈妈一起吃晚饭

从小学三年级开始，每天下午放学，我要做的第一件事情就是去家附近的菜场买菜。

小青菜、西红柿、鸡蛋是我常买的。带着菜回家后，我就开始洗菜做饭。两个西红柿加两个鸡蛋，配上小菜炒一炒，再做一个青菜汤，这就是我的晚饭。

我是湖北襄阳人，在我6岁的时候，我跟爸爸妈妈到了昆山。爸爸妈妈打工，我就在珠江学校读书。

家乡的很多事情我现在都已经记不太清楚。但我还记得，小时候在家里，爸爸妈妈总是陪我一起吃饭的。一家人坐在桌子前，很开心很开心。

到了昆山以后，爸爸妈妈工作忙，就连晚餐也在单位吃。所以从小学三年级开始，我就自己学会了做饭，一个人烧，一个人吃，有时候没有菜，就自己炒个蛋炒饭。

为了让家里看上去不那么冷冰冰、静悄悄，我经常开着电视机吃饭，可还是会吃着吃着，就特别想爸爸妈妈，想我的故乡。

五月十八号——十九号我参加了河南省春季围棋级位赛，两天经过六轮激烈的比拼，以三胜三负的成绩，顺利晋级为二级。

比赛的过程经历了胜利的喜悦，更有失败的眼泪。第一局开始，对局的是一个小女孩，我执黑，她执白，我以三连星开局，她用的是小目定式应对，没走几步我就有点发慌，老师也教过我们小目的定式，我根本就没有掌握，她赢我负是预料之中，哭着出了赛场。老师，妈妈，伙伴一起来安慰，打气。

十九号最后两轮是决定我晋级的关键，经过昨天的三轮失败，我没有气馁，失败带来的经验教训是最深刻的。

十八号的晚上，我回到酒店后，雷钧看到我非常失落，问我：“你明天执黑还是执白棋？”赶紧问妈妈我执黑执白棋。一看手机，执黑。雷均哥原来是要给我补充一个三连星定式啊！有了这个定式，一定棋开得胜。

第二天进赛场前，雷老师语重心长的给我打气加油，并肯定了我的棋力不差，关键是心态不稳，过于急躁，没有发挥好。老师的鼓励和支持让我重拾信心，加油！自信起来，不辜负老师的期望和妈妈的陪伴。

进了赛场我们按照老师的要求先手背后静坐三分钟，开始对弈，我执黑，对方执白，我经过二连星开局，挂角，差不多得到了棋盘的四分之三，不到二十分钟就以胜结局，出来后得到了老师和伙伴们的祝贺，我更加有信心了。还有最后一轮，我心里都在给自己加油！

妈妈的拥抱和鼓舞，雷老师对我的肯定，让我更加有动力坚守最后一轮的胜利，哪怕是输了也要拼到最后，深呼吸，不骄不躁，放平心态，发挥正常水平。

第二轮我执白，对方执黑，我还是二连星开局，然后挂角……不到十五分钟就见分晓，我终于守住胜利了，真是有惊无险啊！

晋级成功了，但是也很惭愧，是靠实力，还是幸运，大多是侥幸吧！通过这次比赛，我的缺点暴露无遗，自己觉得功夫在棋堂里还是可以的，大的赛场见识了强中自有强中手，才知道了自己是多么的不堪一击啊！

在一次次的失败中学到了很多东西，急于求成，急于战胜对方的心理，往往都会成为失败者。棋艺的提高不是来自于胜利，而是来自于失败，胜不骄败不馁才不会迷失自我。“胜”固欣喜“败”亦喜！
