TheSpringFestivalis the most important festival all the year round for

the Chinese. During this Spring Festival, I have a good time. First of all, I

did so well in the final exam that makes my parents very happy. They say that

it’s their best gift for the New Year. And we come back our hometown to spend

this biggest festival with other relatives. We had a big dinner on the New

Year’s Eve. There were about thirty people had the dinner together. It was

really great. After dinner, we enjoyed the Spring Festival Gala Evening. On the

New Year’s Day, we gathered together to play games or cards. We children got

lucky money from adults. This was the most exciting thing for us. On the

following days, we visited to each other, bringing our best wishes.

WhenSpringcame, she found the earth cold and bare, but she soon changed all that, and by the time Summer arrives, the world is a very different place. It is a green world now, green leaves on the trees, green grass in the fields, green plants crowding in the hedges and flowers opening everywhere.

I feel I am free, free of thinking anything. In such a pleasing environment, doing anything is a great pleasure. I am fully indulged in this tranquility. If only time could stop!

I turn on the radio to enjoy some light music. Much to my disappointment, however, almost all the programs are about the war in Iraq. It is hard to believe that under the same blue sky,some people are suffering from bleeding and death of war while others are enjoying a happy life.

The sun is hidden by the clouds. After a few seconds, it shines brightly again.

Peaceful life seems to have gone, but it will come back one day, I am sure.

SpringThere are four seasons in a year. They are spring, summer, autumn and winter. And every season has three months. I think every season is beautiful and I think spring is the

best season of the year! So I like spring very much. What about you?

When the weather become warm and sunny, everything comes to life again, they seem to tell us— spring has come . In much of China. Spring is usually very short. But the days get longer. It’s usually from March to May. Sometime it’s colder but it gets warmer. At spring times, In the fields everything begins to grow. Trees turn green, and flowers start to come out.

However， when reached the top， we were shocked to see litter here and there， such as bottles and banana peels. Then we started to pick up the litter. Afterwards， we put the rubbish into the nearby recycling bin and non-recycling bin respectively.

We were tired but happy.

Festival. People all over the country come back home and get together to

celebrate it. And its a custom to set off fireworks to celebrate the Spring

Festival. People enjoy various foods which was prepared several days ago with

their family in this day. children are the people who love the spring festival

the most, because they can get pocket money from their relatives .There are also

many activities which can be enjoy for free .Spring Festival is always a

wonderful festival in Chinese’ heart. Do you want to enjoy it? If so, come and

I had a wonderfulSpringFestivalholiday.I went to the park with my

friends.We met at eight o‘clock at the school gate.We went to the park by

bike.It was a sunnyday.We sat under a big tree and talkedwith each other.We

talked about some movies andfunny things.Then we hadhamburgers and some drinks

for lunch.Then we played some games.

We went home at 5pm.Although we were all fell tired,we were very happy.It

was great fun!

On the New Year’s Eve, after finishing the dinner, for most Chinese people,

they will sit at home, watching theSpringFestivalGala with their families.

The show has been a tradition for us, in our parents’ generation, Spring

Festival Gala is popular, even though today many new forms of amusement are

invented, which makes the gala less popular, yet the traditional show still wins

people’s attention. It has become part of people’s life, most people will open

their TV and watch it in the big day. I will watch the show, maybe most of the

parts do not attract my attention, but it is the happy time for me to stay with

my family. I enjoy the moment.

Every year, when theSpringFestivalcomes, which is the biggest festival

in China, Chinese people from all over the world will come back to their

hometown and spend the day together. For me, as I grow up, I am not that excited

about spring festival as I was a kid did. But it is true that this day let

people stay together no matter how busy and how far they are. I barely have

chances to see my relatives, but in Spring Festival, we will have dinner and

talk the whole night. It is such a great moment for us to cherish. The meaning

of Spring Festival is important for everyone.

SpringFestival, also called the Chinese New Year is the biggest festival

in our country. It comes between late January and the middle of February. Every

Chinese enjoys this festival very much.

During Spring Festival, we have seven days off. We usually get together

with our families on New Year’s Eve. We have so many delicious dishes, such as

chicken, duck, fish, meat and so on. But we consider fish as our major dish,

since having fish represents a wish that we will be prosperous in the next year.

However, people in the north often eat dumplings. It means to ring out the old

and usher in the new year. After supper, we always watch TV programs, the Spring

Festival Gala is the tradition. Or we also play fireworks outside. On the first

New Years Day, we always pay New Year’s visit to our relatives and friends, so

as to exchange our best regards with each other.

By the way, I think the children are the happiest ones, because they can

wear their new clothes and receive a lot of red envelopes.

How I wish every day is Spring Festival.
