我是土生土长的北京人，我最喜欢吃北京烤鸭了。

每年五一、十一，我们全家聚会，都要买上一两只烤鸭，当奶奶把烤鸭端到桌上时，我看见烤鸭的皮焦黄焦黄的，上面的油珠闪闪发亮。哎呀，我忍不住咽了咽口水，真让人馋涎欲滴呀!我把头凑过去，深深地吸了口气，一股浓香扑鼻而来。

这时候，我忍不住就要吃起来了，爷爷笑着说："别急，别急，吃咱们的北京烤鸭也有一番讲究呢。你知道吗?一只2公斤重的鸭子，能片出108片鸭肉片呢，而且片片有皮带肉，薄而不碎。大小均匀，吃到嘴里酥香鲜嫩，独具风味。用筷子挑一点甜面酱，抹在荷叶饼上，放几片鸭肉盖在上面，再放上几根葱条、黄瓜条或萝卜条，将荷叶饼卷起，真是好吃极了。"照着爷爷说的方法，我拿起一张圆圆的、热乎乎的，像纸一样薄的荷叶饼，托在手心里，抹酱、放鸭肉，夹上黄瓜和葱丝儿，小心翼翼地卷了一个卷儿。我把鸭饼放在嘴里，美美地咬了一口：脆脆的黄瓜、浓郁的酱香、香美多汁的鸭肉、甜滋滋的荷叶饼，那味道——真是美妙极了!

他说：“就是因为在颁奖典礼上从来没有出现过中文。中文是世界上最重要的语言之一。”

“我要用中文”，这使人感到，履行热爱祖国的天职是一种最纯洁、最温柔、最敏锐、最强烈、最高尚和最值得敬重的行为。

9.  《结婚进行曲》——每位新娘听到这样的歌词都会特别感动。也许在某一天听不出其中的含义，但在映衬婚礼当时的场景，感动是必不可少的。这样的中文婚礼歌曲在婚礼上听到的不多，或许是因为怕新娘因感动而落泪弄坏妆吧。

清明是我国的传统节日。随着清明节的到来，我家也开始忙碌起来。

清明的前一天，奶奶要做很多汤圆(海门人叫圆子)作为祭祀的贡品。只见奶奶在盆子里倒入糯米粉加入适量的热水，用筷子来回均匀地搅拌，充分混合后就游刃有余地揉成一个光滑的面团。只见奶奶捏了一个像乒乓球一样大小的面团，转着圈用大拇指轻轻一按面团变成一个小碗，再把炒熟的豆沙馅放进“碗”里，再把”碗口”小心翼翼地合拢，直至天衣无缝，一个圆头圆脑的糯米圆子就大功告成了。奶奶熟练的手法，没过一会一大盘晶莹剔透的圆子如精灵一般跃然桌上，又好似一群可爱的雪娃娃。最后奶奶把煮熟的圆子用保鲜膜包好，圆子就算完成了。

扫墓作为清明节最重要的活动，在我们家自然也是必不可少。一大早，我们一家就带着祭品向早已约好的地方出发了。一路上扫墓的人很多，路上有点堵车，半个多小时的车程走了一个多小时。到了烈士陵园，里面都是人，我发现现在都用鲜花代替纸钱来缅怀亲人。爷爷奶奶摆好供品，我也把早已准备好的鲜花摆上，开始依次祭拜太爷爷太奶奶，表达对太爷爷太奶奶的哀思。我也双手合十，深深的鞠了叁躬，不禁想起小时候每次去太奶奶家，太奶奶总把最好吃的留给我。不知不觉扫墓的时间到了，我们依依不舍的离开了烈士陵园。

吃过早饭，我照例要跟爸爸一起包利是，利是是岭南习俗，就是见人就发的小红包。往年爸爸总是拿出厚厚的一沓利是包，让我往里面塞钱，这是我很愿意干的差事。今年爸爸却只从柜子里拿出一小叠利是包，我不解地问爸爸：为啥只包这么少呢?爸爸说：今年大家都宅在家，想派也没多少地方派啊。哎，我听了有些沮丧。

包完利是，开始帮爸爸贴对联，贴窗花。我忙着为爸爸递东西，往窗户喷水，忙着这些的时候，沮丧就被忙乎的喜悦代替了。妈妈此时在厨房做饭，一股香气从厨房飘来。本来过年的喜悦就像有种什么力量一般，那股力量我肚子里的饿这个字压住了。但这股香气轻飘飘的，此时像大力士那样有力气，又把我拔河似的夺到饿的那边。
