三、征文目的：

(一)通过征文活动，广泛传播安顺近年来依法行政、法治政府建设成果;

(二)通过征文展示安顺近年来法制宣传所取得的成效;

(三)通过征文突出法制观念提升对普通安顺人思想上和生活上的转变。

四、征文期限：2016年4月1日----2016年8月1日

五、颁奖时间：2016年8月下旬

六、参加对象：全市广大干部群众。

七、征文内容：征文内容紧扣建设法治安顺主题，反映我市在全面推进依法行政、加快法治政府建设过程中的新举措新成效新业绩，涌现出的先进人物、成功经验、典型案例等。

八、征文形式：文字稿件，字数在3500字以内。

九、征文要求：

(一)征文作品必须客观真实，系作者原创，杜绝虚假捏造，严禁抄袭剽窃，若经发现，将取消评比资格。

(二)各县区政府(管委会)、市政府各工作部门、各直属机构应积极参与征文活动。市政府各工作部门、各直属机构每个单位至少报送2篇文章;各县区政府(管委会)至少报送10篇文章。

(三)征文版式为纸张A4纸，正文标题采用二号黑体，正文采用三号仿宋字体。

(四)所有作品务必在首页注明作者姓名、单位、联系方式等。

(五)各县区、各单位参加本次征文活动情况，将列入2016年度依法行政目标考核。

十、征文评审：

征文截止后，由市依法行政领导小组办公室联合承办单位，组织有关专家学者对来稿进行评选。

十一、奖项设置：

一等奖：2名，每篇奖励1500元;

二等奖：4名，每篇奖励1000元;

三等奖：6名，每篇奖励500元;

优秀奖：若干名，每篇奖励200元;

组织奖：3名，每个奖励1000元。

获奖作品将刊发在市政府法制办主办的《法制动态》刊物上，并由市政府法制办向省政府法制办主办的《政府法制工作》、省政府法制信息网、安顺市人民政府网站、《安顺工作》等推荐，对先进人物先进经验联系电视台进行专访。同时，对优秀征文作品编印成册，入选作者每人获赠1册。

本次征文统一接受电子文稿，来稿请注明“征文”字样。征文收稿截止到2016年8月1日。

我知道，人们喜欢的正是这纯朴的美，在这种远离城硝的地方，大家更能放松自己的生心，更能反朴归真。但是，人们却不懂得怎样珍惜这天然的美，着纯朴的美，让我们从现在做起，学会珍惜吧！

春姑娘又来到我们身边，虽然安顺的绿化仍不是很GOOD，但总有一些坚强的小草，悄悄地探出了小脑袋，将生命的绿，展现在我们面前！
