句子是我们写作文最大的单位，有了漂亮的句子，用好的连词将其连句成段，在加上一些如星星般亮点词汇的点缀，一篇好的高考英语作文就有了。而这三个因素中最容易把握的是句子，最难的是高级词汇，限于大家的词汇还比较有限，一篇文章中出现那么一两个就够了。我们应该把重心放在句型上，因为这个最容易把握。

但是大家又有这样的困惑，学校里老师也给了我们很多的句型啊，动辄成五十上一百句的，大家背的挺多，但是面对考试的时候，发现背的那些怎么也用不上。其实不是那些东西没有用，而是它们太干了，就好比一根干骨头，大家嚼起来很没有味，也不知道该把他们往哪里放。

在这里我给大家提供一种比较切实可行迅速提高的练习方法，在接下来的时间里只要大家按照这个方法来，就一定会有收获。找历年真题，一周只需要写两篇，但是要这么来写：

1. 把你要写的内容要点用九到十句的汉语表达出来。

2. 逐一地进行翻译，不是用简单句，而是要刻意地去想。

(1)可以用什么样的复杂句。

(2)怎样去避开不会的表达，转义。例如：

这本书是如此的有趣，以致于我读了一遍又一遍。

1)This book was so interesting that I read it again and again.

2)This was such an interesting book that I read it again and again.

3)This was so interesting a book that I read it again and again.

4)So interesting was this book that I read it again and again.

这四句译文当中无疑评卷老师最欣赏的是第四句，因为它用了倒装。

再例如：

如果征收门票，需要建大门、围墙，会影响城市形象。 这句话中肯定“收”那个动作很多同学不会表达，那能不能想一个转义的方式，既避开了“收”这个动作还能表达原句的含义。

2)语法：主谓宾分明，清晰表达一句话的意思。要养成这个习惯，从生活中就得着手：

大家都知道，一篇高分作文在达到文章内容明白，通顺，句式完整的同时，还要求语言生动，形象，而生动形象这就涉及到了对于词汇的选择。各位同学在写作的

时候，切不可盲目地追求大词和生词，让阅卷老师感觉到晦涩难懂。因此，正确选择词汇就显得非常重要了。那么，如何做到用词的标新立异呢？

首先，为了避免简单重复，尽量使用同义词和近义词去表述。例如，增加可用increase,rise,grow,climb,go up,soar等；重要可用

important,critical,vital, significant,crucial等。但要注意词汇的准确性，即必须还要考虑适合的语境。例如：眼睛大，很显然great,large,huge,vast,

titanic, enormous etc,这些大修饰眼睛是不恰当的，而只能使用big来修饰。

其次，多使用词性变化来丰富自己的表达手段。和汉语一样，变化词性也是丰富英语表达的重要途径，是提高英语水平的重要标志。如果能够用to voice some

different opinions 来替代to give/express some different opinions; 或to double/triple 来表示翻倍或增加三倍则会使文章在表达上更为形象而生动。

最后，多使用派生形式来点缀文章亮点。英语的构词特点就是使用前缀、后缀来完成灵活多变的语言特色。例如，It is of great

importance/help/use/significance来替代it is very important/significant/helpful/useful 本身就是英语水平的一个综合展示。另外，作文中如果能够出现

not unnecessary/not unimportant 来表达非常重要或者必要，则更能显示我们的英语功底。

学生在进入考场后， 往往会因过度紧张而产生暂时性遗忘，甚至使得脑海中一片空白，不知所云。对此，我们不妨借用阅读理解中的文章短语为写作进行牵线搭桥， 让阅卷老师在千篇一律的词汇短语表达中能够找到一股清新的感觉。这种“借花献佛”的方式，不仅能够帮助考生缓解考试的紧张心理， 还能够让考生有更为展示自身语言表达才华的机会。

笔者以为，巧用试卷中短语词汇，以下几方面不可忽视：

(1)在读懂阅读理解文章大意的基础上能够用心关注其中一些细节， 特别是一些较为经典的现代语言表达方式、英语俚句习语;

(2)注意划出其中的能够与写作要求相关的词汇短语，能够为考生提供更为新鲜和确切的表达语言;

(3)突出语句之间的逻辑连贯，从文章的表达思维出发，注重前后衔接的有机性。这些方法的养成需要考生在平时的考试中予以适当注意运用， 以增强考试的熟练度。

例如，09 年的江苏高考试卷中出现的以“鼠标的必要性”为话题进行写作，很多学生往往会想到“Its so important that…”这样的强调句型。如果考生在注意阅读理解中的“hardly”引导的否定倒装句，我们就不难将上述语句可整合为：So necessarydoes a mouse become to us that hardly anyonecan live without it. 这样的表达方式，不仅能够让阅卷老师觉得耳目一新， 更为重要的是让你在不费力的情况下获得与众不同的表达效果。
