Spring festival is the most important festival to Chinese people.

在60米预赛点名时，我又看到了一个熟悉的面孔——王远，她就是体育健将，我有些害怕，又一种说不出来的喜悦感，预赛是她轻松地跑了个小组第一，到了决赛点名时，她果然进了，到了候场区，我问她在原来的学校跑第几名，她们：“第一呀！”啊，说得我心怦怦跳了起来。

这个星期四，是阳光体育活动中打乒乓球的日子，其中有一件事令我难忘。

这是一个晴朗的下午，太阳在天上笑，小鸟在枝头上歌唱，蜜蜂在采蜜，我的心情也特别的好。

我们排好队来到乒乓球桌前，我好兴奋，因为我是第一个打乒乓球，拿起球拍，我狠狠得亲了一下它，并说了一声：“好好打啊，我的乖乖！”

球拍还真是争气，来去几个回合，球飞来飞去，听话极了。我非常谨慎，生怕有一点闪失。这时，旁边的同学在小声议论着什么。“无非我打得时间长了点呗，又没违反规则”。（谁输了球谁下去，这是老师规定的）我不以为然，继续打着球。忽然，后面有个人使劲推了我一下，我的球象箭一样飞了出去，打了个“死”球，结果输了。这时，我的心如同一把刀绞了一下，我恨不得狠狠地揍他一顿......

这件事让我很生气，一直想不通，回到家里我把这件事告诉了妈妈，妈妈笑了笑说：“这很简单啊，阳光体育活动主要是干什么的？”“是呀！阳光体育活动主要是锻炼身体的，比赛只不过一种形式。一课只有30分钟，班上有45个同学，象我这样打下去，有的同学不是玩不成了吗？虽然那位推我的同学表达方式不对，但我为什么不能宽容一些呢？如果我们的同学都宽容一点，我们的学校将会更加美好！”

体育使人拥有健康的体魄，体育精神是火炬，照亮了人们的心灵，激励人奋进，而优秀的运动员们，就是体育和体育精神的化身，就是那么高举着火炬的人们。

“加油，加油......”这阵阵呐喊声是从哪里传来的呢？哦，原来是社区组织在东苑广场的草坪上激烈的抱球接力赛呀！

之间我们小孩队和成人队的第一位员每人怀抱两个球，两脚一前一后，身体前倾，两眼注视前方，等待比赛开始的信号。裁判员一声哨响，比赛开始了。所有队员都撒腿向前跑，你追我赶，各不相让。

抱球接力赛不像一般的跑步，要是一不小心球掉了或摔一跤，很容易闹出笑话的。不出所料，我抱着球才跑几步，就被石头绊倒了，手里的球飞了一个。我马上去捡，好不容易捡回来，回头一瞅，成人队的人已经把球送到第二个人的手里，我捡完球继续往前跑，快到第二个人了，我以为我到了，结果鞋子突然之间飞了，管不了那么多了，为了第一，我箭一般的冲上前去，球传来传去，到了最后一个人手里，在我们的加油声中，他顺利到达终点。

比赛在我们的欢声笑语中结束了，我们的了第二，我想名次不重要，重要的是人人开心，这使我知道“团结就是力量”。

去年，我们学校开展了一次有趣的运动会。

比赛的项目有很多：跳绳、踢毽子、400米跑、接力跑、100米赛跑……我报的项目是踢毽子和女子接力跑。运动会还没开始的时候，操场上十分热闹，大家都期待运动会早一点开始。“同学们，现在运动会正式开始！”校长宣布道，“第一个项目是踢毽子，请参赛的同学准备好，准备进场！”

比赛踢毽子的时候我的心像端了一只小兔子似的，怦怦直跳。老师一下令，我就快速的跳起来“一、二、三、四……”“停！”老师喊道。我只踢了58下，方馨第一，她踢了68下。

老师把一、二、三名的名字报了出来，没有我的，我十分伤心。正在这时候，一位六年级的大姐姐跑过来说：“小妹妹，你别灰心了，得不得名次并不重要，重要的是你参与了，志在参与嘛！再说你下午还有接力跑呢，下午在努力也可以啊！”我听了，点了点头，破涕为笑。

下午，女子接力赛开始了，我们班的啦啦队在旁边为我们加油。我们班的“飞毛腿”邓艺林像剑离了玄一样飞了出去，她跑的真快啊，不一会儿就把其他班的同学甩在了后边。经过我们大家齐心协力，获得了年级第三名，我们大家高兴的欢呼起来。

自从我听到大姐姐那句意味深涵的话以后，我就明白了，比赛并不是那么重要，重要的是重在参与。

今天，我们三年级的全体同学来到了西湖区科技学校，参加手工制作活动，大家兴奋极了。

首先是制作航模。一位年轻的老师站在讲台上，边做边介绍：做航模要从尾到头做，先拿出木棍做机身，接着做尾部，然后插上翅膀，最后做头部，再用皮筋把头尾两头的钩子钩住，这样就做好了一个航模。大家按照老师教的方法，拿起材料认真地做起来。用了十几分钟，我终于做好了，一看同学们也都做好了。我们带着做好的航模来到操场，一起放飞。没想到自己制作的航模像飞机那样飞了起来，心里真高兴啊！

接着，我们又做了百变气球。老师拿着手里的材料说，只要吹好了气，打好了结，想做什么样的都可以。老师先给我们示范，变戏法似的，一会就做了帽子、板凳狗和山羊。接着要我们照着样子做，还宣布做得好的奖励一个气球，但每样只限五个人。大家赶紧动手，拼命地做。结果，全班同学几乎都做了帽子，做板凳狗的只有三个人，做山羊的没有一个人。我也只做了帽子，因为山羊非常难做，帽子却很容易做。走的时候，老师送给我们每人一个打气筒，回家以后还可以自己动手制作。

这次活动，我学到了知识，学会了动手制作，真是一次非常有意义的活动。

I like sports, because doing sports is really a good thing. Firstly, it

helps me keep healthy. Exercise is one of the most active and effective means to

enhance the physical health. Secondly, doing sports is a good way to relax. When

you are upset, sport may pull you out from depression. Finally, it’s easier to

make friends while take part in sport activities, because you have the same

interest. It’s important for making friends. All in all, I get a lot from

sports.

Table tennis is one of the most popular sports in China. It’s my favorite,

too. It’s a good way of exercise, and it’s easy to play. You don’t need many

skills. I often play table tennis after class. Most of my classmates like it. So

we always have partners. But if you want to play well, it’s not so easy. You

must focus on your gesture, your hands and your steps. I want to be better, so I

practice it very often. I have my own teacher to teach me. I work hard on
