冬天里，蔚蓝的天，没有一丝浮云。枯黄的树叶，离开了大树母亲的呵护，静静地躺在树妈妈的周围，仿佛是在听故事。踩在厚厚的枯叶上，噼噼啪啪的，像正在燃烧的干柴。“落叶不是无情物，化作春泥更护花”，小小的树叶也知道主动舍弃是为了更大的收获。那小小的树叶真可爱!踩踏着风的旋律，在枝与地面的舞台中，尽情旋转，飘落，用自己的方式告别它的美丽。

北方的初冬像一位美丽的姑娘，高贵而矜持。她舞动着神奇的面纱，送来阵阵寒风，所有的树木都酣睡到叶挂枝头的春天。我依靠在窗前，望着墨兰的天空。一轮圆圆的新月从远处悄然升起来，那样的白净，那样的安详。初冬的月儿，又冷又清，洒下冰冷的余辉。高高的夜空，一丝轻柔的月光洒在大地上，淘气的小星星像仙女抛出的锦绣，在夜空中划出一道金色的弧线。

人们都喜欢跟月亮打交道，因为有嫦娥的眷恋，相信月亮是有情谊的，是一位痴情的佳人。多情只有春天的庭月，犹为离人照落花。我觉得太阳过于热情奔放，星星太清冷，只这月儿恬静，恰到好处。清冷而高洁的月光照耀着大地，整个苍穹笼罩在圣洁的气氛中。我爱你冬天的月儿，更爱你北国的冬天。

我喜欢北方的冬天，当白雪覆盖大地时，一切变得是那么简单、悠远和宁静。走在雪上，发出吱吱的声响，那是雪一生中发出的唯一声音。而南方的冬天，往往下雪的地方，雪花落地，很快融化，带给人夏天雨水造成泥泞的感觉，少了纯粹冬天的味道，经不起风吹日晒，极快地消失。

我喜欢冬天。因为冬天是个让人清醒的季节;令人思考的季节;考验万物生存能力的季节。冷酷下，该消亡的消亡了，该蕴储的蕴储。一冬的安宁后，来年的春天，覆盖在白雪下的欲望，野心勃勃地出来，呈现一片盎然状态。怯懦的消亡了，坚强的重获新生。

Dear Sir,

I am working on a new project which is called A Survey of New Industry in the Maywood District. According to the design of our district, we need information about firms that have recently moved into this area. Your firm is one of the largest of these, so I shall be very grateful if you can spare the time to help me.

Three points are specially important to the project. The first one is the training schemes for school leavers. The second one is about the transport arrangements to overcome poor road and rail links in this district. The third is the plans for expansion.

Any other information will be useful, but those points are the ones with which I most need your help.

冬天到了，自然少不了雪的相伴。我出生在新疆乌鲁木齐，那里雪下的多，雪景很美。每年冬季来临，雪花就像天空中掉下来片片白色的花瓣，如天女散花般飘落到尘世间，将大地装染成一望无际的白色世界。 Winter is here, naturally it is indispensable for snow.I was born in Urumqi, Xinjiang, where there are more snow, and the snow scene is beautiful.Every winter coming, snowflakes are like white petals falling in the sky, falling into the dusty world like a heavenly girl, dyeing the earth into an endless white world.

雪，终于来了!在北京的我太想念你了!已经分别的太久了……

“你好!雪儿姐姐。一日不见，如隔三秋。最近可好啊?”我冲出家园，大声的在雪堆里喊。隐隐约约听到：“嗯……我很好……你呢?”“我也很好!”说着，天上散下了柳絮一般的雪，桃花瓣一般的雪。

雪花落在我的头上、身上、脸上。张开手掌，一片片美丽的花片慢慢铺满了我的双手，六角、星星、细针、枝状……像一幅美丽的画。

她是那么美!来时一尘不染，落时一声不响。一朵朵雪花，晶莹剔透，哪一位艺术家能做出这样精美的工艺品?这真是大自然的杰作啊!

这么美的雪，是怎么来的呀?我很好奇的向邻家姐姐打听。姐姐告诉我，下雪的云是由小冰晶和水滴形成的。云中的水汽吸附在冰晶上。这样呢，冰晶越来越大、越重。当小冰晶增大到能够克服空气的阻力和浮力时，便飞落到地面，这就是雪花。但是，往往在下降途中大部分被蒸发掉了，很少能落到地面，所以只有在天上有较多水汽，较冷的天气中才能形成雪。

原来我喜欢的这雪儿精灵来到我们这儿，那么的不容易呀!我不由得更加喜欢她了。望着这漫天飞舞的雪，犹如天使的翩翩身姿向世人展示她的纯洁和美丽。多么神奇和美妙啊!

雪，带给我无穷的向往。让我们自由，让我们欢笑。在雪的世界里，我们自由自在地打雪仗、堆雪人、滑雪……尽情的拥抱我们这可爱的天使!

或许，这就是雪的魅力所在吧!

Last year’s Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from Shanghai. My family were very happy to keep the Spring Festival with them. And it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.

On New Year’s Eve, my father and my uncle talked about their work together. My mum did some cooking with my aunt Grandparents and I watched the New Year TV programmes. At about six o’clock, we had a special family dinner. We all thought the dumplings were delicious.

On the first day of the New Year, we visited our relatives. In the afternoon, we went shopping in Jiefanf Road. My uncle bought some Jay’s CDs. He likes Jay’s music very much. There were so many people on the road. It was more alive than any other time of a year.

On the second and the third days, we spent a wonderful weekend in the country. There were much bigger trees than in the city. And the animals were more beautiful than in the city. We all enjoyed ourselves.

I had an interesting Spring Festival. How about you?

Nowadays, motorcycles are popular around us. They have become an important

means of transport in Chinese cities. Compared with the bike and the car, the

motorcycle has its own advantages. First, it is quite flexible. When there is a

traffic jam, it can go through the cars that are held up in the street. Besides,

it doesnt consume much petrol. Most important of all, it can carry another

person at the back. But every coin has two sides. The negative aspects are also

apparent. To begin with, its very complicated to get qualified fur riding a

motorcycle. Youll have to go through a series of procedures to get a riding

license. Furthermore, the maintenance is expensive. Worst of all, it costs a big

sum of money to pay fur the license plate, especially in big cities.

In conclusion, it has both favorable and unfavorable aspects. However, if

the authorities concerned simplify the procedures and reduce the cost of the

license plate, the motorcycle will be accepted by more people.

As the saying goes: snow is a symbol of winter. This is good, you see, yesterday the weather is cloudy, maybe it will snow today.

Sure enough snow to fall today, first off and on, stars, soon the vast floating, like goose feather, such as catkin. In the afternoon, on the earth, branches, roof, remained on the earth all things to be clothed with a layer of white coat, whiteness and all things in this world, there are the guardian of the snow elves. Guardian is snow in the winter, snow is pure, nothing can defile it.

Under the snow in slowly and quietly, so happy children, busy snowball fights, a snowman, only heard a joyous laughter is full of between heaven and earth.

Winter is beautiful, is full of spiritual, I like winter, more like snow in winter.

俗话说：雪花是冬天的象征。这话说得不错，你看，昨天天气阴沉沉的，说不定今天会下雪。

今天果然下起雪了，先断断续续的，星星点点，不久便大片大片的飘，如鹅毛、如柳絮。到了下午，大地上、树枝上、屋顶上，尘世间的万物都给披上了一层白色的外衣，而万物在这洁白无暇的世界里，都有了雪精灵的守护。守护冬天的是雪，雪是纯洁的，没有任何东西能玷污它。

雪在慢慢地、静静地下着，孩子们高兴极了，忙着打雪仗、堆雪人，只听见一片欢乐的笑声充满了天地之间。

冬天是美丽的，是充满灵性的，我喜爱冬天，更喜爱冬天的雪。
