下了飞机，我感到天气非常凉爽，蓝天白云，使人心旷神怡。第一天，我们首先去了腾冲著名的国殇墓地和“和顺古镇”。和顺古镇是个有民族特色的美丽小镇，拥有浓郁的江南水乡的韵味，这里民风淳朴，生态良好，民居建筑古色古香。镇上居住着许多不同民族的居民，不仅有清幽的石板街道，优美的石头小桥，还有抗日司令部旧址、古老的图书馆和寺庙。我们游览了大半天也没能走完整个古镇，可见这个古镇是多么大，多么美!

第二天一早，我们来到雄伟的“火山群国家公园”。这里最壮观的是大、小空山。我最喜欢的是大空山，在这里我第一次乘坐了热气球。随着热气球越升越高，我从高空向下望，渐渐看清了火山口的模样，大自然美景尽收眼底。但我觉得还不够尽兴，又跟着大家沿着石阶爬上大空山，山不高，但石阶很陡，山上林木郁郁葱葱,爬上山顶虽然很累，但我终于见到“庐山真面目”啦!这座火山中间是空的，像个倒扣着的窝窝头，非常有趣，真是不虚此行。

你知道为什么把腾冲取名为“腾冲”吗?就让我来告诉你吧，是因为火山热海。你可能有点儿听不懂，那就先听我给你讲一讲“腾冲热海”吧。

国庆节这天，爸爸妈妈带我去腾冲热海游玩。腾冲是闻名中外的地热风景区，有中国独一无二的地热景观。我们坐着电瓶车进入群山环绕的热海景区。一下车，浓烈的硫磺味就扑鼻而来。走近看，原来就是著名的大滚锅。只见它翻滚沸腾、热气腾腾。导游告诉我们大滚锅有1.5米深，长年温度超过96度。我们拿着在路上买的鸡蛋来到大滚锅旁煮。我们用木棍随便挖起地上的沙子，挖了一会儿，沙子里竟然流出了热水，而且越流越大，水温也越来越高。我说：“可以煮鸡蛋了!”我们就把用稻草拴着的鸡蛋放进了沸腾的水里，用一块石头压住它煮了十多分钟，就拿了出来，一敲，竟然还没熟，可能是因为煮的时间不够长吧。

云南是个旅游大省，旅游线路众多，最出名的丽江、大理、香格里拉线我们去过了，最有味道的西双版纳游也见过了，此次听朋友推荐腾冲瑞丽是新的经典，值得一去。我们又快乐出发，当然此次出游的主人公是韩沐阳小朋友，希望他能感受到不同民族风土人情以及美丽的自然风光。

腾冲历史悠久，西汉时称滇越，1913改为腾冲县。1942年5月，腾冲被日军侵占，1944年9月14日腾冲光复。在腾冲我们停留了两天，腾冲火山地质国家公园是最值得去的地方。腾冲最有特点的就是它的火山地热，据导游介绍腾冲的火山属于休眠火山，也就是几万年后也许还会爆发(呵呵我们这次是赶不上了)。公园内有97座火山体。其中火山形态保存完整(有火山口、火山锥)的有25座，火山锥类型多样。公园内三座有名的火山是黑空山，大空山、小空山。其中小空山最矮，只有169米，我们选择了攀登小空山，阳阳表现特别的好自己走了上去，都是平缓的小楼梯，很适合小孩子攀爬。南方最大特点就是到处都是绿色，空气新鲜，蓝天白云，景色异常美丽。

腾冲游阳阳最大的收获就是认识了火山石，腾冲由于火山资源丰富，路上的铺砖都是由火山石完成，当地居民还把火山做成各种形状供游客选择留念。火山石非常轻，放到水里可以飘起来，而且有不规则的小孔，阳阳凭此判断火山石。

除此我们还参观了叠水河瀑布，中国最大的城市瀑布。由于我们见过黄果树瀑布，所以觉得这得瀑布不够壮观。还有国殇墓园──系纪念抗日战争中远征军第二十集团军攻克腾冲阵亡将士的陵园。阳阳太小并不能理解为什么人要埋在土里，但是他对墙上的浮雕很感兴趣。浮雕雕刻的很逼真，阳阳能看出当地老百姓打日本鬼子，以及当地的马帮，用马运输设备。

今天我和爸爸坐车来到了旅游胜地腾冲，我们下车后就走出了车站，直接到了一家提供一日游的交通旅行社，爸爸把合同签了，我们就在交通旅行社提供的宾馆住了下来，这个宾馆是一个三星级的宾馆。我们在宾馆休息了一会儿，大约五点钟，感到肚子有点饿了，爸爸和我就去找一家当地风味的餐馆准备吃饭。我们到了一家饭店，点了四菜一汤就开始狼吞虎咽的吃了起来，吃了一个多小时，到了六点四十分左右，我们走出了饭店，来到了政府公园，我忽然看见不远处政府公园旁边的剧院屋顶上有一台长十几米、高五米左右的超大超薄的液晶电视，这是我有生以来见过的最大的电视，爸爸和我津津有味的看完了一部介绍腾冲旅游知识的纪录片。接着我们又去了来凤公园，因为来凤公园在来凤山上，所以我们就去爬来凤山，我们到来凤公园玩了一会儿，感到有点累了，回宾馆洗漱后看了一会儿电视就上床睡觉了。

我坐着汽车经过十八盘，一路上，导游为我们介绍了泰山：“泰山，古称岱山，又叫岱宗，是五岳之东岳;主峰玉皇顶海拔1545米。在古代，它因峻拔雄姿和帝王所崇，被推为“五岳之首”誉以“五岳独尊”;到今天，它又因雄伟山势、壮观景色和古老、博大的中华文化神韵，1987年被联合国教科文组织世界遗产委员会作为世界自然遗产列入《世界遗产名录》，成为全人类共同拥有的宝贵遗产。”我听得入了神，不知谁叫了一声“看”，我才回过神来，向车窗外望去。哇，我被眼前的一幕惊呆了，一副画面呈现在我的眼前：怪石嶙峋，一棵棵嫩绿的小草上嵌着五彩缤纷的花朵，一只只小麻雀在树枝上叽叽喳喳的叫着。雄伟壮观的泰山就在我眼前，妈妈带我坐上缆车，向南天门进发。在缆车上我欣赏着窗外美丽的风光，不一会儿就到了南天门，我背起背包准备登山，爸爸告诉我想要攀上顶峰就不能怕累。我点点头继续向上登。

在不知不觉中，我离顶峰只剩一半的路程了，在爸爸的鼓励下，我咬咬牙，终于登上了玉皇顶，我站在峰顶向下俯视，一切尽收眼底，所有的事物多变得很小，这是我才体会到“会当凌绝顶，一览众山斜的含义。远处峡谷里呈现出五光十色的景色，云和雾连在一起，又是我感受到“云深不知处”的意境。

I’m a 20 year-ol d boy, and the following is my story.

A month after I graduated from high school in August, 2013, I was coming home from swim_practice in the training centre of the city and was involved in a car accident. I was so seriously injured that I was in a coma for more than two months at Prince Georges Hospital.

I suffered a lot from the experience of dying eight times during my coma and I couldn’t open my mouth to talk or to communicate when I eventually came around. At that time, it seemed that walking was never going to happen again due to all the extreme injuries. Just like my body, my dreams were completely destroyed. But I was not going to let my injuries stop me from realizing my dreams．

After receiving a total of 15 operations and 36 blood transfusions, I had to make every great effort to learn to talk, eat, walk, shower, and live on my own again. When I was out of hospital,_I still had to go to outpatient therapy in Waldorf, Maryland. After I spent a few months in a wheelchair,_I took baby steps to walk on my own. It was a miracle that

I was able to walk again, but I still wanted to prove that I could not only walk, but also run.

When it came true, I wanted to get back into the pool again. After having a few lung tests, I was able to go in the pool a little bit each week. After a few months of swim training,_I began my freshman year at St. Mary’s College of Maryland and then became a proud member of the swim team.

By telling my story, I want to make a positive influence on the world. I am just trying to live dad push me round in my them and their family members. I wanted to let them know that everything was going to be okay. Somehow, things would work out for the best.

On Spring festivals eve,the whole family prepare the dinner.Of course,dumplings is essential.In the

evening,family members always sit at the television and watch Spring Festival Gala.At 0:00,people set off firecrackers and fireworks,at the same time,children pay New Year,s call to old people.The old people give money to the children as a lunar new year gift.Usually,people stay up late or all night.

On lunar New Years Day, the Chinese family eat vegetarian dumplings which imply they will plain and neat in this year. People change their new clothes,this stands for a new beginning.Next,people visit relatives with some gifts.The second day is son-in-laws festival,the husband and married women visit their side of the family.In a word,Chinese attach great importance to Spring Festival.

Almost every family will watch it until 12 oclock. During the spring festival,people can visit their relatives or friends .Its also a happy time for children . This summer ,i want to go to beijing.Its a great pity that i only stay for two days in Beijing that i cannot enjoy every tourist attractions. But i can still visit the attractions of the most representative. Firstly, I am going to the Great Wall, which is the longest wall and one of the eight wonders of the world. It was built by hands only, which seems unimaginable. On the second day, i can visit to the Imperial Palace where you can learn more about Chinese history. It was built in 1406 and there were 24 emperors living in there. And then i can go to Summer Palace or Beihai Park.

到南京旅游过的人都知道南京有条美丽的“母亲河”叫秦淮河，她有着古老的历史。这些知识是我们去游览秦淮河之前爸爸告诉我的。

春节，我们全家人去南京旅游，爸爸带着我们去游览了秦淮河。穿过夫子庙步行街，我们就来到了秦淮河畔，岸边立着一块大石碑，上面介绍了秦淮河的历史。我高兴地站在石碑边，爸爸给我拍照留念。我们买好票，排队登上了画舫开始游览秦淮河。

大人们辛苦了一天，会在晚上聚在一起吃年夜饭。奶奶是大厨，她做的饭菜美味诱人，最拿手的保留菜肴会被一抢而空。席上，我们会互致祝福，说声感谢，祈祷来年平安幸福。

新年来临时，我总会试穿新衣服，甚至连新鞋都要试一试，在镜子前转来转去，提前感受新年穿新衣的快乐滋味。时间一分一秒的溜走，我也在不经意间甜甜的睡着。一觉醒来，我就又长大一岁了。大年初一，我会早早的起床，吃了红枣、约上几个小伙伴一起去拜年。大人们穿着新衣也三五成群的行走在洋溢在节日的喜庆里，大家互相道一声“新年好”，我会收获很多的糖果，口袋塞得满满的，只能拎着零食袋，回家后，我会像凯旋的士兵一样把战利品上交给妈妈。

春节里，人们走亲访友、互致祝福。这一刻，大家彼此传递着亲情、友情、乡情。年年岁岁花相似，岁岁年年人不同。家乡的春节可真是丰富多彩，令人回味啊!

During the summer holiday, I spent much time in reading. I finished one of the four masterpieces ofChina, Journey to the West. It’s really an interesting book, telling many adventurous stories. I had watched the TV series before, but I found that the book is much interesting. Except for the adventurous experiences, we still can learn something from this book. We should be brave and confident to ourselves, no matter how many difficulties we meet. Our fellows and teamwork is important to us. When we are in trouble, they are the person we can rely on. And the trust between people is of great importance. It can combine people to a group and work together.
