参加市赛的早上，我和妈妈坐车到了目的地。当时，太阳特别大，天特别热，而且人山人海。我们到了之后赶紧报到，接着就排队去比赛了。因为我是最后一个，等了好久才轮到我，裁判先让我抽图，准备看图说话，再自我介绍。我觉得自己前两个环节表现得挺好的，最后是回答问题，这个环节有点难，四个题中我只答出两个。紧接着裁判宣布结果，我心想：肯定有我！肯定有我！结果，真的有我！我拿了市赛一等奖，进入了省赛。

省赛的准备过程是非常艰难的，又是背台词，又是准备自我介绍，还有模拟考试。仅仅是看图说话环节，一训练就是一上午……

终于迎来了省赛。我怀着紧张的心情走进赛场，里面很安静，选手们都在努力地背词，我也不甘示弱。自我介绍环节，我们都做得非常好，看图说话环节就比较惨了，得知成绩后，我的心情非常低落，爸爸妈妈安慰我，要我别泄气，要我在下午最后一个环节加油，还特意给我复习了几遍演讲内容，我的心情又明朗起来。下午的比赛开始了，轮到我上场了，我站在台上，信心十足地完成了演讲，最后的分数还不错哦！

Guangzhou sport university was founded in October 1958, it is one of the oldest sports university founded in China.The first time I entered the campus as a freshman, I was deeply attracted by her cultural atmosphere and historical connotation. When I first went to university,I was very nervous because I didnt know any one there.Sam,my classmate, soon changed all that.He was the first one to talk to me on my first day in school and I was grateful for his friendliness.

We soon became good friends after we discovered that we had a lot in common.For example,we both like literature.He soon became the editor of the school magazine while I am a regular contributor to the articles there.

The protection of the border is not a new problem for us, and our government has long proposed clear targets for governance. As every ordinary person in real life, although it is impossible to work directly in environmental protection, we can start from small things and start from me. Can you raise your hand when you see the tap in the bathroom? When the battery runs out, can you classify it instead of throwing it away? 今天，我们外国语学校举办了一年一度的活动——英语节。

今天上午，我在火炬学校参加了青少年英语比赛，我怀着紧张的心情，走进了考场。

比赛之前，监考老师讲完规则后，每人发了三张试卷，其中一张答题卡，两张题目，铃声一响，比赛正式开始。

环节一：听力和默写。考生们纷纷拿出笔，做好了听写准备，监考老师在上面报单词，每个报两遍，考生在下面默写，过十几秒继续下一个单词。考生们都聚精会神在下面听和写，一个字也不说，安静得连考生的呼吸声都能听见，时间过得很快，不一会儿第一环节结束了。

环节二：笔试。第一题是选则题，我觉得比较简单，紧张的心情稍稍放松了一些。轻松的答题，很快便答完了。第二题是根据已知的问句用英语写答句，我看了很久，有点懵了，因为问句我看都看不懂，又没人问，根本做不出，结束铃声响了，到最后不得已放弃。

我真希望这次比赛能取得好成绩!

今天就是英语外研比赛的日子了，我被安排在下午2.30那场，老妈的单位离考场比较近，上午我便跟她去单位值班。

我在老妈的办公室里，一直都在背稿，时间过得很快，稿纸在我的手中不停地抖动，说好的不紧张呢?

简单吃了点饭，老妈看我这副状态，她提议说，咱们提前溜达着去吧，就当散散步。

午后的街道有些冷清，看到不错的景致，老妈竟不忘给我拍张照片啥的，她可真有兴致。不觉中就来到了“宝睿国际未来小学”门口，我们是下午考生中来得最早的。

等了好久一些家长才陪着孩子到来，有接待老师把我们安排在家长等候区，并给选手们讲了些注意事项，接着老师又读了考场名单，我被安排在第三考场。

这是初赛，演讲的内容是自我介绍加才艺表演。我看到有的选手准备得真棒!不光自己化了淡妆，还梳了很复杂很漂亮的辫子，有的还穿了美丽的裙子。有不少同学手里拿了画板，上面是他们精心绘制的图画，他们边指着自己的画边小声念着英语，看来他们的才艺表演一定是用英语介绍自己的画了。而我的才艺显得多么的微不足道，我只打算读一首英文小诗。

上午考完的同学在群里发来信息，他们说很简单，评委主要看你的口语能力，觉得背不好的，也可以直接读，我终于有了一些安心。

马上就轮到我了，听到老师念我名字，稿子在我手中抖的更厉害了。原来考场里只有三位评委老师，但其中有一位外国人。我的心开始咚咚跳个不停，手心也开始冒汗。我刚说一句“Hello everyone.”，三位评委老师便微笑着向我点头示意。他们这一微笑，我反而不自在的很，我僵硬的站在他们面前，机械地象在用英文诵经一般，我甚至听到自己的声音就象一只大苍蝇在我周围嗡嗡着飞，它飞飞停停，停停飞飞，可恶极了。我发现三位评委老师都在低着头，记录着什么，也不知他们听清了这“嗡嗡”声没有。自我介绍环节很快就完了，我看没人看我，便拿出稿子，直接读那首“四季”的小诗。依然没人看我，平时读得一点问题都没有，此时竟卡了好几下，自己都觉得糟糕透顶。

三分钟终于结束了，我向三位评委鞠了躬说了“thank you”之后，心情才平静下来。

因为我是最后一场，所以，我来到家长区没多久，就有老师进来，当场宣布进入复赛的同学名单了。老师神采飞扬，声音洪亮，她说：“非常高兴地通知大家，祝贺以下进入复赛的同学，读到名字的同学也请家长一起上台!”

接着老师便念“张三，李四”，没有我的名字!

我沮丧极了，连为大家鼓掌的力气都没有了。

也许从我站到台上的那一刻就被评委老师“秒杀”掉了。老妈反倒安慰我说：“你在这里登过台，已经很棒了。但一定记住，台上一分钟，台下十年功啊。”

是的，通过参加这次比赛，我也找到了自己努力的方向。

路过一家烘焙店，我说：“老妈，给我买点吃的吧，我要化悲痛为力量!”

篮球，是一种老少皆宜的体育活动，它既可以锻炼身体，也可以陶冶身心。就在这个星期，我们学校举行了一次让人难以忘怀的篮球比赛。

星期一那天下午，我们五（2）班初战五（3）班，同学们准备不够完善，后勤队也还没有成立，篮球队员还没习惯，于是，平时看起来弱不禁风的（3）班屡屡创造奇迹，竟以一分之差让（2）班惜败，我们篮球队员并没有气馁，反而重燃斗志，迎战（1）班，（1）班很强大，在比赛中，（1）班虽然超越我们，但是我们班在杨稀博同学带领下还是得到了一点分数，以11比18败给了他们。

时间转瞬即逝，一下子来到了星期三。这一天，后勤队成立了，我有幸成为其中一员，篮球队员也勤加练习，越打越顺手，我们班已做了充分的准备，面对五（4）班，这是一场必赢的比赛！比赛开始了！同学们一上场就充满了（2）班精神——团结。进取。向上的精神。有时，队员们相互一个眼神，就能团结合作，所向无敌；有时，同学们高高举起手，在后方筑起一道铜墙铁壁；有时，同学们带球进攻，那球就像被施了魔法一样，紧紧粘在队员手上，时不时来个三分，全场掌声四起，响起了那永不过时的口号：“二班二班，非同一般，不是科比，就是乔丹！”这样下去，我们班很快突破10分，突破20……这时，由于那道“铜墙铁壁”上出了一个“小洞”（4）班拼死在层层防护中投进了一个球，赢了两分。就在最关键时刻，我们班的“猛虎”
