几个礼拜前，我们迎来了一个新的阶段——初中。我们迈入了中学的大门，领略了四十五中的风采，同样也感受到四十五中独树一帜的教学理念与教学方法。从那时起，我也就爱上了四十五中。

开学前，迎接我们的是五天的艰苦训练——国防教育。在这五天里，我们学会了坚持与独立，和那永不言败的拼搏精神。对我来说，那是一段刻骨铭心的回忆。

军训只是在磨练我们的意志，而后，正式的初中生活拉开了帷幕，开启了我在四十五中学习生活的新篇章。

让我先来说说初中和小学的不同之处吧。在作息时间上，小学没有初中那么紧张，现在我早上要提前一个小时起床，上学的路程比小学也长了三四倍；在课程安排上，我感觉中学学业任务的确变重了，学科变多了，作业的份量与难度也大大提升；在学习节奏上，初中比小学要更认真，更严谨，说到就要做到！毫不含糊！毫不拖泥带水！在教学方面，小学老师管得很细，什么事都会提醒，而初中老师呢？很多时候是靠学生的自觉，让自己提醒自己，自主学习，做时间的主人；在课余时间，四十五中还有丰富多彩的社团活动，同学们可以按照自己的兴趣去报名参加。这些活动调剂我们的学习生活，更丰富了我们的知识呢！

其实让我感觉变化最显著的，正是我们辛勤的园丁——老师们。我最欣赏和尊敬的老师是语文卢老师和英语汪老师。卢老师有丰富的教学经验，上课生动有趣，常常用夸张的动作与表情吸引我们注意，而且讲解课文很有深度和广度，常常能把我们带入课文中去，课堂上会发散性的讲解更多的知识；汪老师上课全英文，常常做一些funny的小游戏，让课堂气氛活跃，使同学们都爱上了英语。汪老师发音十分标准，知识丰富，每一节课都让我们收获累累果实。

短短两周的中学生活，我还交到了许多朋友，认识了更多的人，明白了“人外有人，天外有天”的道理。这里聚集了许多“高手”，和这些优秀的人在一起，让我感受到四十五中的不一般。身为七（六）班这个温暖大家庭的一员，我很庆幸，也很自豪，我徜徉在知识的海洋，更享受着与这个集体的共同进步和成长。

进入初中后，我们有新的目标、新的挑战、新的机会、新的可能和新的要求。新的目标和要求激发着我们的潜能，激励着我们不断自我超越；新的挑战让我们越战越勇，百战不殆；新的机会和可能让我们能够改变自己在父母、老师和同学心目中那些的不够完美，重新塑造一个“我”！

My name is Beth. Im 14 years old, and I study in No. 1 Middle School of

Hangzhou. My school is very big and beautiful. Im very happy in the school.

I usually get up at 6:15 in the morning. Then I do morning exercises in the

playground. At 6:40, I have my breakfast. You can see many students and teachers

in the dinning room. After breakfast, I often read English with my

classmates.

We have six classes every day. The first class begins at 7:50 am. I like

到了学校，我们大吃一惊，比我们想象中的水多多了。走廊里的水有几厘米深，最严重的使我们班的教室，有十几厘米深的水。桌子上张满了红色、绿色的毛，黑板擦变成了红褐色，我伸手摸窗户，一块块铁片迎面而来……同学们说：“完了，第二个每温暖的家完了……”老师鼓励大家说：“只要我们齐心协力来打扫教室，我们的家就一定会更好的。”听了老师的话，同学们挽起裤子，拿起扫把、抹布、水桶等工具热火朝天地干起来。在大家的不懈努力下，我们班的灾情得到了控制。

Mid-autumn day is thought to be the best festival with human touch or interest and poetic sentiment and mood of a painting. It’s a reunion festival, on the day, people always miss close relatives and friends. Wherever they are, they always go home to see their parents and brothers and sisters, or their wife or husband and their children. The people who are in far away also give a call to the persons they are concerning with.

On this day, people often eat moon cake, nuts and some special food. And in some places, the days before Mid-autumn day, they do the rabbits with wheat, which stand of peace and reunion. On the evening, family members or friends always stay together to watch the moon as eating moon cake and nuts, or as talking each other happily.

Nowadays, with the development of technology, the market competition is

fierce and people feel great pressure. In order to improve the working

efficiency, they force themselves to work overtime. However, they are not

machine and need to slow down life pace, or they will break down sooner or

later.

We cant slow down the working hour, but we can control our private time. A

lot of young people mix with working time and private time, so they cant enjoy

their life and feel depressed all the time. The smart person will find the

balance. They will put aside the working stuff when the clock tells them that it

is time to be off work and find the way to release their pressure, such as

Spending the time with friends and families is always a good way to enjoy

在以前的时候，在学校里什么困难有时老师可以帮上忙，自然轻松。学习也不是很紧迫，即使自己管不住自己，身边至少还有严厉的爸爸，妈妈。在家里，自己是被宠着护着，什么事情自己拿不定注意，身边还有父母呢。生活过得有秩序，井井有条。

可是上了初中，一切自然都变了。好象进了一个陌生的世界。在学校小事自己解决。学校也很紧张，功课又多，自己管不住自己的时候，爸爸，妈妈也不太管了。因为他们觉得上了初中要学会自觉。在家里，现在已经不是以前那个被宠被护的“小公主”了。什么事情都要自己拿注意，因为他们说长大了，要有主见。就这样，初中的生活在混乱中度过。每一天的生活没有任何秩序。

初中的生活，遇到苦恼的事，伤心的事总是自己在一旁流眼泪。在同学面前总是笑嘻嘻的，装坚强。其实笑只是掩饰自己悲伤的一面，现在我才懂，”笑中有泪”的含义。因为没有了以前父母宽敞的肩膀。痛苦时那个肩膀就像温暖的火炉，就像流浪的小孩找到了归宿。可是现在，我没有了归宿，伤心时只有自己哭的份儿，在也没有肩膀可以让自己依靠。因为那个肩膀上靠着的人是从前的我。

个个都说初中的生活自由，轻松，以前我自然也在期待有一天可以快快长大，去享受初中的生活，等到得到了后才知道，原来自由的代价是悲伤，这种代价太大了，也太痛了，让我一时反映不了。

郁闷的时候，总在想着以前的一切。以为只要自己成绩好了，父母也自然会更疼爱自己。可是当自己把在学校里的一切告诉他们时，他们却只说了一句”努力”。然后又投入工作里。对于他们的冷淡，更是愤起了我的信心。我一直在心里想着：也许父母只是想用那种不屑的延伸来让我更加用学习去注意他们，吸引他们。所以我在更努力的恢复以前的成绩和自己。

初中的生活留下了无数的痛苦与快乐，痛苦是短暂，快乐是永久的，这是我一直坚信的。

对于以前的自己，初中生活是个神秘的棉纱，总想掀起它真正的面目，看看里面的惊喜;可现在掀开了，带来的却是很多的苦恼，困惑，高兴，伤心等等。这个惊喜真的让自己无法一瞬间去接受。但是它还是一涌而来，想退也退不了，也许这样一来才回令自己更加会记得和回味初中的生活。

Nowadays, with the development of technology, many young people stay

indoors and play computer all the time. Especially for those who stay up very

late or go out to play for fun until midnight, then they wake up at noon the

next day. This is the unhealthy lifestyle, and they need to make some

changes.

First, having regular break time and enough sleep is the basic way to keep

healthy. Some young people hang out for fun after work. They need to release

their pressure and have fun with their friends. They go home very late and then

next day get up, preparing to work. In the long run, they not only have low

efficiency, but also damage their bodies.

Second, keep the balanced diet. Most people are picky about food. They only

choose the food they like and lose the balance of nutrition. For most kids, they

like to have meat and refuse of the vegetables and fruit. It is not good for the

growth of their bodies.

The healthy lifestyle helps people live the harmonious life. Besides having

enough sleep and keeping balance diet, taking exercise is also in need.
