中考还是以考察初三内容为主的,所以重点要放在初三的知识上，但也不要忽略以前的知识因为通常是相结合的。

具体方法：

上课一定要认真听讲(这是做多少题都无法代替的!!!!)

各科买一本专门针对中考复习的书，要那种答案详尽的，既有按知识点，考点划分的专题训练又有最后套题的(个人觉得《点拨》的中考复习的那套很不错)

从现在到4月份都可以做专题训练，4-5月份就要开始注重对套题的训练，对考什么，怎么考大概有个映像。

中考前的2个星期尽量不要做新题了，回归课本，狠抓基础!!比如说背背课文，古诗，单词，公式，方程式之类的。 再看下以前的错题!!如果都能做到错过的题不在错那一定能考好!!!

重视模拟考试因为中考和它的模式差不多的，题型也可能雷同，所以可以根据它做一些有针对性的练习，一定会有帮助的

要跟着老师所说的走，毕竟他们很有经验，熟悉中考的许多事情。认真跟上老师的复习进度

最后在考前的那几天一定要平稳心态，不要临时抱佛脚了，保证充足的睡眠，提前做好考试的准备。

错误既然铸成，后悔无济于事，倒不如认真反思，把错误当成一块垫脚石。

先分析一下学生目前学习的状态吧!

首先，学生还没有回到学习的轨道上来。谁都知道初三很累，谁都料到初三这个学期会紧张如战场，所以，在寒假里，大多数的人都像快要溺死的人，紧紧抓住消闲的最后一根稻草。等半是期盼，半是不情愿，但仍不得不来到学校，一下子融入紧张的学习生活中，是很难适应那紧张的生活节奏的。白天难以集中精神，晚上对作业疲于应对，加上早上早起，睡眠不足。导致一天又一天的恶性循环，致使学生学习状态不稳，学习效率不高，考试成绩不佳在所难免。

其次，没有找到良好的学习方法。跟各位老课任老师谈起来，最难教的其实不是平时，也不是初三上学期的紧张，而是初三下学期的综合复习。平时的学习，再紧张也是按部就班，知识范围有限，学习起来也不会感觉像是漫天撒网。很多学生在考完之后如梦初醒，评价自己这段时间的学习简直就像梦游。

第三，是无的放矢，找不到重心所在。这次月考，因为初三上学期课程已经全部进行完毕，这学期转入全面复习阶段，但原来各个学期都有明确的进度，唯有初三很笼统，只有“单元复习”几个字。加上各位老师的复习策略不一，有的是从初一开始复习，有的是从初三开始倒着复习，而这次月考，基本是跟我们的复习计划背道而驰，比如语文英语我们是从初一开始复习，考试范围却是初三。历史新课还没有结束，考试内容却是初一。也就是说复习的内容和考试内容正好脱节。所以我平心静气想一下，也权当安慰自己，幸亏是这样，而不是我们复习完毕却考成这种情况。反过来一想，还是不能原谅自己：还是教的、学的不扎实。

第四，学生面对中考的心态状况不一。跟上面的相比，其实这才是最严重的问题。我们都知道，面对大赛，最关键的是心态，号称二分技术八分心态。而在战争之中，决定胜负的往往不在队伍庞大，而在于军心，四面楚歌就是明显的例证。

在这区区几十人中，有好几种心态。心态最稳定的是学习排名前十的学生，这些学生目标明确，心无旁骛，知道关键时刻应该迎难而上，学习稳扎稳打。

患得患失的是十几名左右的同学，想考一中，差点实力;想要放弃，又不甘心。所以在别人埋头苦干的时候，这些人却是前瞻后顾，左顾右盼，心思不能集中。

最差的，最苦的是最后一批人。其实面对中考，没有谁会举重若轻，但当自己实力差别太大，想使劲却又无计可施，想上进却发现脑中几乎是一片空白的时候，无奈之下便选择了放弃。

面对这些，我已预料到，也做过许多有的放矢的谈心，但没有事实做依据，很多人还是没把我的劝说放在心上，甚至认为我小题大做。事实胜于雄辩，月考之后，吹尽黄沙始到金，还是放平心态，同仇敌忾，从头再来吧。

星期四下午，我实在按捺不住焦急，于是我快刀斩乱麻，声色俱厉地给学生开了一次班会课。

我一个一个的跟学生们分析，让学生自己分析自己最近的学习状况，然后一针见血指出他(她)目前存在的问题。不包容，不徇私，不夸大，不隐恶，对症下药，实事求是。然后一直到晚上八点，全部处理完毕，让学生们晚上都好好的反思、总结，以便第二天能够以崭新的面貌投入到学习中去。

第二天星期五，我又给孩子们找出症结所在，扫除前进路上的绊脚石，然后集体明确：

1， 端正态度。人的天资有大小，但一个人的努力与毅力应该无分别。能考100分就不能考99，能考59，就不考58，可以允许成绩有差异，但是这成绩必须是你尽了全部的努力。然后我给学生们学习只是我们人生的一个方面，然而做事情的态度却能决定你成事与否。

2， 头脑清醒。我说世界上有一种人叫穷忙族。整天忙得不得了，但生活却没有实效，这种人生很悲哀。想想我们自己是否也陷入了穷忙的境地?知识明明学过了，为什么两遍三遍十遍八遍就是记不住?所以在做事的时候，就得有心。学过的东西就得动用一切手段，耳听，手记，圈点，互说，互问，温故知新……记住，记住之后就不能忘。

3， 通读教材。初三时期是综合初中所有知识的时期，这时候的学习，“临时抱佛脚”基本无效。原来小月考，知识有限，临时发力，偶尔也能取得好成绩。然而到初三，如果还是以点带面，就好比是捡了芝麻漏了方瓜。再看看成绩好的同学，人家的力气都是用在平时，把教材吃透，把知识织成网络，才会驾轻就熟、从容自如。

4， 稳扎稳打。最近作业确实够多，以至于学生们早早到校不干别的，互通作业，甚至照抄。现在反思一下，照抄的作业有无功效?还不是欺骗了老师更贻误了自己?!子曰：知之为知之，不知为不知，是知也。背得挺熟，为什么不反思一下自己的行为呢?

至于我自己，于危如累卵的局面之下也郑重反思。

首先：调整心态。正确面对这一次失败。我也想清楚了，这一次的月考，失败比成功好。成功往往使人麻痹，失败才会使人看到距离。月考的结果，接下来的谈心，第二天就让孩子们有了崭新的改变。我相信以后孩子们学习会更清醒，做作业会更尽责，心态会更平稳。

其次：以大局为重。作为班主任，我也必须不断学习，不断调整。刚开始我还是按照原来的管理方法来管理，还没有合理调整管理策略。以后的日子里，更应该多关注复习方法为重。至于自己，所有的书稿，约稿全部推掉，心无旁骛，放手一搏。

第三：搞好协调。初三学生，全盘好才会真的好，不能有一门弱科。所以做班主任，发现问题，及时沟通。有时候也不妨舍小家顾大家，为了全局，统筹把握。

第四：与学生同甘共苦。这上下的日子里，全程跟踪，做学生的主心骨、贴心人、排头兵，坦诚以待，有问题及时解决。

This summer ,i want to go to beijing.Its a great pity that i only stay for two days in Beijing that i cannot enjoy every tourist attractions. But i can still visit the attractions of the most representative. Firstly, I am going to the Great Wall, which is the longest wall and one of the eight wonders of the world. It was built by hands only, which seems unimaginable. On the second day, i can visit to the Imperial Palace where you can learn more about Chinese history. It was built in 1406 and there were 24 emperors living in there. And then i can go to Summer Palace or Beihai Park.

Late one afternoon, I was on my way home from school. I walked slowly along the street with my head drooped. The scenes on both sides of the street were beautiful, but I had no interest in them at all. I walked and walked, thinking of what had happened that day.

我的英语老师唯一的爱好就是跳江南styl，他喜欢笑，讲起课来很随意，讲着课随便都可以插入5分钟的笑话，或者不经意间就和同学们聊起天来，所以他整个人看起来很随和，同学们都喜欢他的课，因为在他的课堂上总是乱七八糟的。

我也不例外，我特别喜欢上英语课，当然喜欢英语课的另外一个原因是我的英语成绩还不错。有一天上英语晚自习的时候，英语老师组织同学们考试，先交完试卷的同学们可以自己干自己的事情，他要求同学们不要说话就行，于是我拿出一张纸，在上边画上两只小猪，用英语在旁边标注着英文两只小猪的对话，写完后我居然大胆的在纸上边用铅笔标注着英语老师的名字。当我拿着自己的杰作开心的给同桌看时，居然被我那小气的同桌给告发了。

我知道自己闯了祸，像一个犯了错的罪人一样顿时立在自己的座位旁边不敢出声。还好老师给我面子，没当着全班同学的面数落我，让我和同桌跟着他去办公室谈，他让我写份检讨拿给他，可当我第二他拿给他检讨的时候他看也没看一眼，告诉我说下不为例，果真是宰相肚里能撑船，多么随和的一个人，他大人不记，我这个小人自然就好过了。

In China, Mid-autumn Day is considered to be a symbol of family reunion. On this day, all the family members gather together at home to celebrate this special occasion. Last year, I could not celebrate the festival with my family because I was in university. However, this special day left a deep impression on me.

I still remember the atmosphere of that evening. All the students who could not go back home assembled in our classroom, having a party to celebrate this traditional festival. We tried our best to show our own enthusiasm. As an ethnic minority, I performed a peacock dance, which received warm applause. After the two-hour party, we went out to the playground and sat together to appreciate the moon because it is a tradition on Mid-autumn Day. We ate moon cakes, played cards, and listened to romantic poems recited by one of our classmates. In that harmonious atmosphere, nobody felt lonely or homesick even though we were far away from our homes.

Thanks to our classmates, I experienced such a colorful and interesting Mid-autumn Day at my university. Thus, I learned to value all the festivals I spent during my university life.

在中国,中秋节是家庭团聚的象征。在这一天,所有的家庭成员聚在一起在家里庆祝这特别的时刻。去年,我不能和我的家人庆祝节日,因为我在大学。然而,这个特殊的日子给我留下了深刻的印象。

我还记得那天晚上的气氛。所有的学生不能回家聚集在我们的教室,有一个派对庆祝这个传统节日。我们尝试努力显示自己的热情。作为少数民族,我进行了孔雀舞,热烈的掌声。两小时后,我们去操场,坐在一起欣赏月亮,因为它是一个传统的中秋节。我们吃月饼,打牌,听浪漫的诗就被我们的一个同学。在这种和谐的气氛,没有人感到孤独和想家,即使我们远离家园。

一、学习和奋斗目标

逐渐掌握各个学科的基础知识、基础技能，各个学科成绩平均分在第一学期期末初步定为50-60分，下个学期一模稳定达到70-80分(分值按100分满换算)，也就是良好程度。中考考上学校第一定位二中、侨中(80分上)，第二定位一中、英才侨中(70分上)。第三定位(60分左右)，建议就读里中。

二、 具体方法和计划

1、每天的作息时间安排：6.30分起床(可能的话6点起床)。6.30-6.40刷牙洗脸等。6.40-7.00读英语单词.每次记住14个就可以了，不需要多。7.00-7.30吃饭和骑车上学。然后按照学校规定执行。吃饭时或吃晚饭可以看会新闻(当然吃饭时看电视对身体不好)。放学回家到7.00为自由设定时间，可以帮忙家务、看会新闻、回映英语单词古诗、朋友聊天什么的不能看小说、电影、电视连续剧了。7.00到10.00是晚上学习时间。也可以短点，但不要少于2个小时。保证每天用于学习的时间要9个小时以上。10.00睡觉，睡前要像放电影似的，放映下今天学的知识，特别是英语单词。不要晚过10.30睡，要保证有充足的睡眠时间。星期天是唯一没上学的一天，你可以自由安排下时间。最好把老师布置的作业完成，在抽3到5个小时复习。

2、新课学习和复习同步进行，要做到2不误。新课学习包括预习、课堂听讲、课后复习3大要点，预习可以在晚上抽时间预习，或者是在课间休息抽几分钟浏览下课文，在课本上划出重点(建议：除英语个别学科外，其他学科可以试试)。课堂听讲结合课堂笔记当堂记住本堂课的重点，要点，有时间要做下练习(掌握知识点的应用)。当天上午学习学科的重要知识点可以在午写时间复习，结合每节课优化设计上的随堂练习(加强记忆今天课堂学到的知识点)。有时间可以在做下优化作业部分(学会知识的运用)。有时候时间不够可以留在晚上(因为每天学习的学科难度有时候不同)。晚上抽时间复习下午学的各个学科，同时完成各个学科的作业(时间长短可以按具体情况定，晚上7点到8点30分左右)。

3、把初三的复习计划分为三大阶段。每个阶段有不同的任务、不同的目标和不同的学习方法。

第一阶段，是整个初三第一学期时间。这个阶段时间大约五个月，约占整个初三复习的一半时间左右。第一阶段可以称为基础复习阶段。每一个科目都在逐册逐章节地进行复习，你应该和学校的教师步伐一致，进行各科的细致复习。要充分利用这五个月，把每一科在中考范围内的每个知识点都逐章逐节、逐篇逐段，甚至农字逐句地复习到，应做到毫无遗漏。这个阶段，复习中切忌急躁、浮躁，要知道“万丈高楼增地起”，只有这时候循序渐进、查缺补漏、巩固基础，才能在中考中取得好成绩;只有这时候把边边沿沿、枝枝杈杈的地方都复习到，才能在今后更多的时间去攻克一些综合性、高难度的题目。

第二阶段从寒假至第一次模拟考试前，时间大约四个月。这个阶段是复习工作中的最宝贵的时期，堪称复习的“黄金期”。之所以这样说，是因为这个时期复习任务最重，也最应该达到高效率的复习。也可以将这个阶段称为全面复习阶段。你的任务是把前一个阶段中较为零乱、繁杂的知识系统化、条理化，找到每科中的一条宏观的线索，提纲挈领，全面复习。这个阶段的复习，直接目的就是第一次模拟考试。第一次模拟教育是中考前最重要的一次学习检验和阅兵，是你选报志愿的重要依据。一模成功，可以使人信心倍增，但不要沾沾自喜;一模受挫，也不要恢心丧气，妄自菲薄。应该为一模恰当定位，在战略上藐视它，在战术上重视它。

第三阶段从一模结束至中考前，时间大约1个多月。这是中考前最后的一段复习时间，也可以称为综合复习阶段。随着中考的日益迫近，有些学生可能心理压力会越来越重。因此，这个时期应当以卸包袱为一个重要任务。要善于调节自己的学习和生活节奏，放松一下绷得紧紧的神经。古人云：“文武之道，一张一弛”，在此时，每天不必复习得太晚，要赶快调整初三一年紧张复习中形成的不当的生物钟，以保证充沛的精力。另外，这个时期不必再做过多的过量的习题，更不应死抠难题和偏题，应该做少而精的练习。比如，花些工夫研究研究历年中考的题目，因为这些题目既是经过千锤百炼的精品，又是中考命题人意志的直接体现，可谓字字珠玑。临近中考前一个星期，可以浏览下文科的知识，比如语文、政治、历史等(不要硬记)，“临时抱佛脚”即时记忆，应付文科考试，一般都是考过没多久就忘了的。

具体在各个学科以前知识的复习时每次不能贪多，一个晚上8.30到10.00复习一科就可以了。可以这样安排：星期一复习语文(个人认为语文不需要去看初一和初二的课文)，星期2复习数学，星期3复习英语，星期4复习物理，星期5化学(可以抽半个多小时加强其他学科的。化学初三才学，可以复习的不多，但下个学期就要注意复习了)，星期6政治，星期天历史。具体各科学习目标和方法如下(除化学外，各科学科我不太熟悉，有什么地方有问题可以提出来改进)
