Everyone have their own favorite season. Someone loves the spring the most,

while other one loves winter.The one who like summer might for its hot weather

It is known to everyone that the unrestrained slaughter of wild animals has diminished the number of some endangered species. More and more species are being driven to extinction every year. It is terrible to think that magnificent animals are being sacrificed to human vanity

There are already laws enacted to prevent the importation of rare animals and the products made from their flesh, skin and bones.

These laws must be strictly enforced. Violators of these laws must be severely punished .Moreover, the public must be informed about the natural treasures we stand to lose .If we don’t take immediate action, we will be depriving future generations of our most precious heritage.

In Taiwan, because most people do not understand the importance of wildlife, the wildlife is in a poor situation. We Chinese are fond of eating anything delicious, so there are many animals killed by hunters. 蜻蜓是个挺奇特的家伙。它的头呈三角状，两对睁得滴溜圆的黑眸子炯炯有神，好像能看懂你的心思似的。小巧玲珑的身子好像风一吹就能把它刮到地球的极端去。扑扇的大翅膀与它的身体是多么匀称，飞翔时好似一个窈窕淑女轻悠悠的漫步。 优美轻盈的身体，蜻蜓是个很挑剔的淑女呢！

它们只选择雨后的竹林安家，有时也会调皮的到人们家去做做客。不过，它可友善了，不会打搅你。平时季节更替可以看到很多蜻蜓，有时候只看到稀少几个，但蜻蜓就喜欢到我家来！所以，我经常和蜻蜓戏耍，梦里，她就是国色天香，蜻蜓可是消灭害虫——蚊子的好帮手哩！捕食时，绿色的花纹能帮它作掩护，等悄悄的靠近猎物时，它就以迅雷不及掩耳之势牢牢咬住猎物。但它毕竟是个窈窕淑女，吃东西当然也是细嚼慢咽啦！它在捕食猎物时是英勇的战士，可吃东西是就是脱下粗犷面孔的花木兰喽。

我家有一条棕黄色皮毛的小母狗，全身上下除了它的皮毛最光鲜亮丽，就数她那双炯炯有神的珠子最显眼了，因此在我心里也给它叫做“明珠”。

“明珠”最有趣的是它的行为，常常使人乐不可支。

早上，当我走下楼时，它总会探出它的小脑袋出来表示欢迎，当我走到最后一层台阶时，他就会以迅雷不及掩耳的速度跑到我的脚下，与我的脚趾来个亲密接触，而它也会害羞的缩了回来，继续和我“工作”。

中午，当我放学回来的时候，第一眼看到的是一条正在向我飞奔而来的“猎豹”，它突如其来的表现使我措手不及，于是我只有像含羞草一样退后的份儿了。

吃完中午饭，就去给“明珠”送饭了。当我把饭放在它那睡趴的脸前的时候，它居然“送”了我个转头！就像心里在说：“怎么是这种饭菜！我要吃五星级大酒店的山珍海味，你不给我买我就绝食。”我只好无奈的摇了摇头，端起盘子走了。可是当我迈出几步后，那小姑娘似乎知道错了，便又以它那惊人的速度跑了过来，“汪汪”地叫着。它那可爱的举动令我觉得又好笑又得意：“看你以后还绝不绝食了。”

一天当中它跑了不知道多少回，但是每次都是那么敏捷，令人“惊喜”。

“明珠”，我家一条可爱的“猎豹”。

今天，我读了《白耗牛》一书，受益匪浅。《白耗牛》讲述的是这样一个故事：在一个牧场里，丢失了一只珍贵的耗牛。这时，个叫贡嘎的学生，要为玛尔吉阿婆找回这只白耗牛。他翻山越岭终于从一个守林人那里了解到白耗牛被偷到了长岭山的牧场，还得知牛贩子康劳要杀白耗牛。他只身勇闯虎穴，终于从康劳的手里抢回了白耗牛。

读了这个故事，我想：“连个学生都能这样为国家保护珍贵动物，而现在很多人却随便捕杀野生动物，破坏环境，使动物们生存受到了威胁。”

我曾在电视上看到这样组镜头：非洲草原土，横七竖八地躺着被割去象牙的非洲象，周围一片鲜血;一条肮脏的冒着白泡的河流中，漂着一条一条死鱼;还有被关在笼中的猴子……

记得有一次，爸爸带我们到饭店吃饭，我忽然看见了饭店一角关着两只山甲，鱼池里还有中华鳃，这些可是国家保护动物啊!怎么能被吃掉呢?

这不禁让我回想起了我看过的一部纪实影片：一只活泼可爱的小猴子被关到了一个特别的笼子里，只露出一个脑盖来，侍者拿出锤子对着脑盖敲了几下，小猴的脑盖便开了，而那些可恶的客人竟然用热水烫过的勺子舀着猴脑吃保护动物作。小猴在那里大声惨叫着……

这是为什么?人类本应与自然和谐共处，但有些人却为了金钱，不择手段，屠杀手无寸铁的动物。从此，大自然的生态平衡被破坏了。

地球已经千疮百孔了，如果我们人人都像贡嘎一样，那么很多珍稀的动物也不会灭绝，动物们也不会向人们苦苦哀求了!

朋友们，快清醒吧，动物是人类的朋友!我要大声呼吁：“保护动物，人人有责，让我们共同保护我们的家园吧!"

所有人都有自己喜欢的小动物，有的人喜欢温柔的猫咪；有的人喜欢可爱忠诚的小狗；还有人喜欢漂亮的孔雀。我最喜欢的还是雪白雪白的小白兔。

小白兔有一双火红火红的大眼睛，就像红宝石一样。往下看是一个精灵小巧的鼻子。然后是一张小嘴，里面镶嵌着两颗又长又白的大牙，可爱极了！

记得有一次暑假，我去乡下外婆家玩。外婆家有几只灰白相间的小兔子。我飞快地跑向兔笼，挑了一只最可爱的兔子准备喂它。我拿起外婆早已洗干净的胡萝卜心惊胆战地走向兔笼，然后小心翼翼地把萝卜尖塞进兔笼。小白兔象饿了几辈子似的朝着萝卜跳过来。我感觉是一只老虎要扑来一样，吓得一蹦三尺高，胡萝卜飞向空中，我抬头一看，胡萝卜差点掉进我嘴巴里！小白兔在笼中饿得上蹿下跳，目不转睛地盯着我手中的胡萝卜，那眼神感觉要把我也一口吞下去了。不甘心的我尝试着再次靠近笼子，我的手在颤抖中慢慢地把胡萝卜伸进笼子里。

这时顽皮的小白兔用它的前面的两只爪子伸出来抓胡萝卜，我心里一惊，手都变软了，胡萝卜直接掉地上了！我真想把小白兔直接拎起来，把胡萝卜塞进它嘴巴。但是这样怕吓着小白兔，所以我心生一计，我直接把胡萝卜从笼子的上面塞进去，这一次小白兔敏捷地跳起来接住胡萝卜，狼吞虎咽地享受起它的美食！一眨眼功夫就把胡萝卜消灭干净了！还满足地舔了舔嘴唇！就像我吃完汉堡后的感觉一样！我看着它，禁不住捧腹大笑！

小白兔真是可爱又调皮，我感谢小白兔给我带来了很多乐趣。这就是我的动物朋友，你们喜欢它吗？

According to a recent article on Newsweek concerning children’s’ education,

there is an increasing number of parents worrying their kids to an extreme

extent, depriving them of independence and freedom by keeping them around

parents all the time.

Some people applaud this phenomenon, suggesting that kids’ safety is the

most important. Thus, they’d better not enter the hazardous society without

supervision unless they become adults. From my point of view, some of their

opinion is correct but keeping children away from independence is a completely

erroneous decision. The reasons are as follows:

First and foremost, “locking kids” may hinder their healthy growth, both

mentally and physically. The kids who are locked may have heavy reliance on

their parents, as their comprehensive skills such as communication skills or

cooperative spirit being prevented from developing.

Secondly, what these parents fail to see is the fact that the crime rate

and accidents aren’t on a rapid rise. It is the abuse of mass media that make

crimes and violence more scary. The parents, who love their kids so much, are

completely forced to live under the illusion that our society is full of riots

or threats of accidents. Thus, kids can be allowed to have more freedom such as

walking to school by himself, for instance.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that

kids should be given more freedom by parents’ effort. At the same time, parents

should take many factors into consideration such as the time restriction for

children and the evaluation to kids’ maturity and capability. Only then can they

enjoy a safe and meaningful childhood.

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

oclock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next

I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on

playing till 2 oclock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day

of my winter vacation.

But I havent bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I

listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside

and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the

vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year

and play table tennis tegether. And I watched the spring festival party of the

CCTV in the last seconds of the 2004 year! I think this is the thing most people

of china doing at that time.

Thats all, all my dull, coldly and snowy winter vacation.

我家的小白兔可漂亮了，一对长长的耳朵，还有一双红宝石似的眼睛，别看它四条小腿很短，可跑起来和我比也毫不逊色，一身洁白的长毛像雪花一样亮的刺眼。

我们家的小白兔，可是有一套“独门绝技”：讨食加卖萌，瞬间击垮你的心理防线。当你打开冰箱的时候，它就会以迅雷不及掩耳之势，跑到你的身边，用两条后脚支地，两个前脚放在胸前，等着你给它拿好吃的；如果你假装没看到，不搭理它时，它就会用前脚趴在你的腿上，水灵灵的眼睛瞅着你，好像在说：“我，我，我在这儿呢，快给我点吃的吧！”看着它那呆萌的，让你哭笑不得的小表情，使得你不得不给他点吃的。

淘气就更不用说了，有一次我和妈妈把菜叶放在茶几上，就去各忙各的了。不知道是小白兔饿了，还是它他闻到蔬菜的香气就跑过去，竟然尝试着跳了几次都没跳到茶几上，最后是先跳到小椅子上，而后再跳到桌子上。

我喜欢我们家的小白兔，它是我最可爱的动物朋友。

Animals are our good friends. People should be friendly to them. But now, many people in China as well as in the world kill animals in order to get money. Its well known that there are many kinds of rare animals in China, such as pandas, golden monkeys and so on. Some people catch or kill them. They use their furs and skins to make clothes and shoes or eat their meat. As a result, a lot of rare animals have disappeared.

What a pity!

At present, our government have made some plans to punish these people. Recently, some nature parks have been built. Lots of money collected for protecting them. For example, some students put on perfom ances or have other kinds of activities to collect money for rare animals.

Its our duty to protect wild animals. As nature is like a big family, man and animals must live together in it peacefully. We must keep the balance of nature. If we do like this, our world will become better and better.
