那一年，他的头发像灰布上滴了点白颜料。

后来，有人告诉我的是李师傅，是一个退役老兵，在我们社区当保安好几年了。每天都有繁杂的事情，为人很好，大家都很喜欢他。于是我开始慢慢注意他，他与人交谈亲切和蔼；几年来，即使在人手最少时，他一人兼班也继续坚持着工作；即使这的工资有多么低，在别人一个个走了时，他仍然坚守在自己岗位上；即使在广州的多次接他去安享晚年时，他依然坚持留下。

那一年，他的头发像不生锈的钉子。

那天，雨下得很大，地面的水洼倒映着他守夜的背影。他在屋里踱来踱去，简陋的屋子里只有一瓶温开水，就连那墙壁都脱了皮。我走到家门口，一遍遍地用力敲门没有回应。我急急地跑上楼又跑下楼，在这儿等一下子又往那边去看。他迈着老兵独有的步伐走到我面前。雨水浸湿了他的鞋子，白发上还夹着雨珠，刚开口一个喷嚏打了出来。“怎么了？没人在家吗？”，“伞都没打一把。”望着他一闭一合干枯脱皮的嘴巴，我怯怯地说：“没有，我想打个电话给我妈妈”我用手揪着衣角，心想：别人会帮我吗？他立即摸摸上口袋，掏出一串钥匙又小心地放回去，看来那是开大门的钥匙。他又从右口袋拿出一个皱巴巴的本子，上面隐隐约约写着“今停车XX辆，外来车收费XX元”他看来有点沮丧，转即不好意思地对我说“东西太多了，我再去找找。”几分钟后，那个身影又回来了，白发上夹着更多的雨珠。“给你”话音刚落，一个白色的脱了外装的旧手机就放在了我手中。我听见电话那头妈妈的声音时都激动得快哭了，而他一直等到妈妈回来才带着满头的雨珠离开。

那一年，他的白发像脱了外装的旧手机。

“倒……倒……”时光荏苒，这声音却如此熟悉。那些年，他的白发像黑宣纸被白墨一点点渲染。而他的精神、他的付出、他的贡献像钉子般钉在了我们心中。

那些年，他平增的白发是最美的！
