In my vacation, my family and I went to National Park. We visited the island in the center of the lake.

We took a ferryboat to the island at 9:00 am. The first place we visited was the Botanical Garden. Then we visited the Site of an Old Temple which had a history of over 600 years. Lunch was served at 11:30. After that, we went to see varieties of birds at the Birds House. We went shopping for some souvenirs at the Gift Shop before we left. Finally, we returned from the island by cable car at 3:30 pm.

On a Saturday afternoon our Chinese History teacher took us to visit a museum.

The exhibition hall was decorated in an antique mode. Charts and pictures were hung on the walls. Many ancient utensils, weapons and arms, robes, crowns, coins, or naments, books and farm tools as well as recently unearthed relics were exhibited. Each dynasty was presented in a separated room along with written and pictorial descriptions. 到了2号坑，我看见了镇馆之宝跪射俑，为什么说他是镇馆之宝呢?因为考古人员发现了20几个跪射俑的碎片，只有两个能拼接完整，一个送到陕西省博物馆，所以这里只有唯一的一个跪射俑。只见他单膝跪着，手拿弓箭，目视前方，这个俑也揭示出了古代的一种作战方式。我又去看了著名的铜车马，铜车马和真车比例是1:2，跟真车的构造一摸一样，车厢是个小棚，棚顶是伞状结构，结构非常的精巧，前面有个铜人在驾车，驾驭着前面的几匹铜马，铜马也是栩栩如生，车身上还雕刻着精美的花纹，真是让人叹为观止啊!

Yesterday ,I went to a zoo with my parents .

When we got to the zoo, we climbed up a little hill first. We can see many kangaroos on the hill, I played with some kangaroos. Then, we went to a pond. I fished in the pond, and got a big fish and 2 small fishes. I was very happy at that time. After fishing, we walked on grass. There are many parrots on the grass. And we were surprised that one of them can speak English. I spoke to it, and it said ‘hello’ to me. That made a lot of fun for me.

兵马俑规模宏大，已经发现了三个俑坑，总共有20000平方米。坑内有兵马俑近八千个，其中，一号坑最大，总面积14260平方米。坑里的兵马俑也最多，有六千多个。走进大厅，我就被它的雄伟气势吸引了。站在高处看，坑里的兵马俑一行行，一列列，十分整齐，排成了一个巨大的军阵。他们个个神态不一，栩栩如生，有的头戴鹤冠，脸部胡须，有的手握宝剑，昂首挺胸，还有的足登长靴，整装待发……。

走出了一号坑，我们来到了二号坑，这个坑总面积520平方米，而且未出土的兵马俑很多，面积也没有一号坑大。它的坑土上下起伏，呈波浪形。

Xian lies at longitude 103? east by latitude 34?north, and 412 meters above sea level. It has an average annual temperature of 13癈, and an average annual precipitation of 604 mm. Lying in the warm zone, the plain has a temperate climate with four distinct seasons. Chequered with the Weihe, Jinghe, Luohe, and Bahe rivers as well as the Jinghui, Weihui and Luohui canals, the fertile land on the plain has easy access to irrigation facilities and an abundant yield of farm produce.
