一是以爱为本，真正尊重、信任学生。都说没有爱就没有教育，爱是教育的灵魂，愉快教学也是充满爱的教学。要建立良好的师生关系，教师必须树立“以爱为本”的观念，真正关心爱护每一个学生，做学生的良师益友，善于与学生沟通。教师对学生倾注爱，必然会唤起学生对老师的爱，师生之间形成良好的心理氛围。“亲其师，信其道”就是这个道理。二是改革传统的教学手段与方法。我们要帮助学生不断获得学习上的成功，从而建立“成功――快乐――兴趣浓厚”的良性循环机制，形成自觉自主的学习机制，实现从“要我学”向“我要学”的转变。运用多种教学手段和方法，创设民主、平等、愉快、和谐的课堂氛围，最大限度地为学生提供各抒己见的机会，也在客观上促进了师生之间愉快的交流与沟通。

“给，圣诞快乐！”我提起一大包包裹，小心翼翼地递过去。眼前的红色与窗外的素白恬淡交映，我贪婪地盯着她，露出泉水般清冽的微笑。她低眉、不语、含笑……

那一股暖流渐渐汇成小溪，在心中静静流淌……

Before I went to school, I felt so excited, because I was so curious about the campus life. Now I have been in middle school, after seven years study, I feel the bitter and happiness. The bitter is that there are always exams, sometimes I cant do well. Every time when I get the low mark, I will be afraid of disappointing my parents. The happy thing is that I make many friends here. We play andstudy together. They are just like the brothers and sisters to me. This is the process of growing up, which mix pain and happiness. I am so lucky to have these friends in my life, they mean so much to me.

We wish to show our gratitude and thanks with a small gift. Happy Teacher‘s Day!

You are like a third parent. We all love you and respect you.

在一个寒冷的冬夜，北风呼呼地刮着，漫天飞舞的大雪像许许多多跳着芭蕾舞的白衣天使，向人们送来圣诞的福音。那是一个无比美丽的圣诞夜，人们欢呼雀跃，住在一所别墅地下室的老鼠托马斯一家也不例外。

鼠爸爸托马斯是一只健壮的成年鼠，鼠宝贝杰茜和杰瑞十分可爱，鼠妈妈艾丽以鼠家族的眼光来看有些神经质，她崇拜人类拥有的一切，她总是绞尽脑汁、想尽办法将家里一切布置得与人类家庭一模一样。她用人们丢弃的废纸包住萤火虫做吊灯，用人们扔掉的碎布拼成地毯。鼠爸爸和鼠宝贝虽然不太习惯这样的生活，但是他们都很爱鼠妈妈，就只好照鼠妈妈说的去做了。

圣诞节到了，人们开始为圣诞大餐与宴会做准备，老鼠一家也开始忙活起来。

本来这只是一个只有鼠才参加的宴会，只需要准备一些老鼠们喜欢吃的东西就行，可是鼠妈妈却不放过任何一个细节。她找了一些只剩一点点的蜡烛头和一块旧手帕，把它们摆放在桌子上。鼠宝贝们发现妈妈好像还是不满意，就上前问为什么，鼠妈妈说：“那户人家的桌上，有一盘火鸡肉。”鼠宝宝叹了一口气，哎，妈妈还是不满意啊。鼠妈妈搜遍了整栋别墅，才在厨房角落里找到一小块鸡肉。

第二天早晨，鼠妈妈兴冲冲地从外面跑进家门，对正在吃早饭的小老鼠一家说“你们知道吗？我在那户人家那儿看到了很多好东西！”小老鼠们一听都垂头丧气地坐在椅子上，心想：妈妈又有怪主意了。

下午，那户人家要照全家福了。鼠妈妈穿上一件用鸟羽毛做成的长袍，鼠爸爸穿着碎布头做的西装，小老鼠杰茜的白裙子和杰瑞的白衬衣都是用废旧纸袋做的。鼠妈妈说：“他们在拍全家福，一会儿那个拿照相机的人数一、二时，我们就跑到人们脚下站好，数到三时微笑。”

相片拍完了，鼠妈妈偷偷从那家人的全家福上剪下有自己家人的一部分，把它放进一个用细铁丝编成的小相框里挂在墙上。鼠爸爸说：“亲爱的，这下子你该满意了吧！”鼠妈妈摇摇头，说：“那户人家，他们的全家福是放在电视机上的。”鼠宝宝们说：“妈妈，以您的智商，搞一台适合我们小老鼠看的电视估计应该没问题吧？”“我不知道我可不可以搞到，但我得试一试。”鼠妈妈说。

于是鼠妈妈跑遍了十八条街道，找遍了一百八十八个垃圾桶，终于找到了一个磨损得很厉害的MP4，鼠妈妈把它搬回了家。只要一按按钮，MP4里面就会播放“猫和老鼠”的动画片，老鼠一家一遍一遍地看，怎么也看不厌。

窗外，雪渐渐停了，暖暖的阳光照在洞穴里每只老鼠的身上，老鼠一家围坐在“电视机”前，每只鼠的脸上都洋溢着灿烂的笑容，这是一个多么美丽而快乐的圣诞节啊！
