首先当然是要把图书馆"整容"一下了。书架上的书肯定已经有一层薄薄的灰尘了，那就用干布把书擦一擦，把灰尘抖落下来，然后，把书搬下来，用湿布把书架擦一擦。这样一来，当我们重新走进图书馆的时候，不是会有耳目一新的感觉吗!

其次就是把一部分的旧书换成新书，因为上次我们去图书馆的时候，看见有些书已经很破旧，甚至有些连书面都没有了。这样学生看了会怎么想昵?

最后，制作一些借书证，把借书证的编号记在本子上，再把借的书和时间记录下来，这样就不怕学生们借了书忘了还厂。学生们凭证就可以借书阅览了。

这样既可以丰富了我们的知识，又可以让大家喜爱学校，一举两得，不是很好吗?希望校长可以考虑采纳我的建议。

三、 一直以来就有句古话：严师出高徒。老师对学生严厉了，学生才能学好，较之以往，这句话放到现在并不是很合适，因为现在提倡的是素质教育。所以我希望，今后能不能多开展素质教育和心理教育，让学生变的更加懂事和尊师道。

四、 洛宁虽然仅仅是一县之城，但是,我觉得应该让学生练习说普通话，而不是自己的家乡话，毕竟普通话已深入到我们的日常生活和学习中，在与他人的沟通和交流，会是一种便利。希望咱们学校能从低年级开始学习普通话，让学生养成这个习惯。
