这些本身没有缺陷的人面对挫折就逃避，而本身就有缺陷的人却敢于面对着上帝带给他们的不公，海伦·凯勒不就是一个很具有代表性的一个例子么?她是一个聋盲的残疾人，但在后天的努力下，以坚韧的毅力战胜了病残，学会了说话，用手指“听话”并掌握了五种语言，考入了哈佛大学女子学院并从那里毕业。海伦·凯勒用它自身的经历证明了人只要敢于面对挫折，就会走向成功。那些弱者恰恰就是认识不到这一点，认为这“没什么”，那就永远不会走向成功，就是缺乏了面对困难的勇气。

如果一辈子经不起挫折，不笑对痛苦，永远只是一个“无名小卒”，强者在面对挫折时会想尽一切办法去战胜它，笑对痛苦，这有这样才会走向人生巅峰，弱者正是选错了这一步，结果就成了一辈子无所作为。

要善于抓住挫折这一机会，从而为自己争取更为广阔的天空。走好挫折这一条“挫折”，正视挫折，才能走向成功!

对我初中生涯影响很大的老师就是阎丽老师，她的姓很恐怖，她总是自称自己是阎罗王，要管住我们这群小鬼。

她是个很美的老师，有一种古典美女的气质。记得我刚进安外的时候，第一次离开家去外面读书，刚开学军训的时候，阎老师总是对我慈爱的微笑，她总是担心我们这群孩子军训累了，热了，时常跟着我们军训的列队，教官下命令休息时，我一个孤零零地坐在草地上，阎老师和教官聊天，然后我听到他们的交谈，阎老师对教官说我很像她之前认识的一个孩子，然后就朝我笑笑，当时心里说不出的暖，也许阎老师不曾记得，但我至今难忘。

因为我的小学不学英语，所以我的英语底子不好，进入安外有点跟不上，阎老师就放弃中午休息的时间给我补习，从最基础的教起，不耐烦的一遍又一遍，我清晰的记得当时办公室里就是我和阎老师，她就坐在我身边教我，当我一个知识点了解的时候，她就满足的笑笑，然后摸摸我的脑袋，那种近似母爱的感情让我至今心里充满温暖。

当然，阎老师凶的时候还真的很可怕（阎老师，得罪啦，呵呵）记得那时我和一个男生和另外两个一个女生负责早上扫楼梯，我和另外一个男生刘涛总是早早过来打扫，等到女生来的时候我们都已经打扫好了。我们心里很不平衡，所以，有一天早上我和刘涛都没扫，等女生扫，最后女生以为我们已经扫好了，也没有打扫。最后，阎老师发现楼梯很脏，就让我们值日生出去扫地，两个女生和刘涛都出去扫地了，就是我坐在座位上读书，因为我平时做的最多，心里很不平衡，所以有点火大就没去。阎老师最后知道我也是当天的值日生而没有出去一起扫地，就很气愤的直接在班里很多人面前发我的火，还把我叫到她办公室谈话，她很凶地问我为什么不和他们一起扫地，我心里很委屈，就说之前几乎都是我一个在扫地，两个女生几乎都没扫过，我的心里不平衡就没出去扫地。说话的时候，眼泪都是含着的，因为确实觉得很委屈。阎老师就对我说，老师一直很看重你，觉得你身上有一股正气，当她说到这里的时候，我哽咽的难受，心里更难受。然后又说“吃亏是福”我知道她对我的要求远远胜过其他人，我也不忍心让她失望，所以很努力地做人，很努力地做事。

还记得她的一句话对我影响很大“今日事，今日毕！”这么多年来，我一直谨记这句话，可以说这句话已经渗透到了我的生活，今天的脏衣服，我也从来不留到明天洗，呵呵，有点傻哦。

很感激有一个这么善良的老师引我英语入门，更重要的是那些品行影响我至今。阎老师，好久不见了，你还好吗，希望你幸福。还有，阎老师，知道吗，你笑起来比凶的时候美多了。

Protecting the Wild Animals

Last week, I saw a very impressive documentary about panda. A professor studied panda in the early 1980s went to the wild life and kept trace of wild giant panda for many years. As a result, he found that it was human being that made these lovely animals die out. At that time, many people believed that giant panda became less because of the low rate of newborn babies. But it was not true. People cut trees for making profit at that time. Panda lose homeland and they lacked of food. Thanks to these valuable data, the government took the policy to protect the animals. So today, the number of giant panda is increasing. People realize the importance of protecting the environment and it is the best way to protect wild animals, they are the indispensable part of the nature.

上周，我看了一部令人印象非常深刻的关于熊猫的纪录片。一位教授在20年代80年代早期就开始研究熊猫，他到野外生活，多年寻找野生大熊猫的踪迹。结果，他发现，正是人类，让这些可爱的动物面临灭绝。当时，许多人认为，大熊猫变少是因为新生儿的低出生率。这是不正确。人们为了利益砍伐树木，熊猫失去了家园，也没有食物吃。多亏了这些有价值的数据，政府采取了政策去保护它们。所以现在，大熊猫的数量正在增加。人们意识到保护环境的重要性，这也是最好的方法来保护野生动物，因为它们是大自然不可或缺的一部分。

在这条大街上，有一家冰淇淋小店，名字很甜蜜，叫“幸福小屋”。这家小店虽不起眼，但来品尝的人很多，或许是因为这家店的老板娘人很好，总爱对人笑的缘故吧!不单单是这些，老板娘也总是很积极的去帮助那些需要帮助的人。 On this street, there is a small ice cream shop with a sweet name, called "Happy House".Although this shop is inconspicuous, there are many people who come to taste. 每当我经过这家小店时，都要进去品尝一下他家的冰淇淋，而每次的我都如同一个永远不变换风格的人，总是细细的品尝他家的“蓝莓椰蓉冰淇淋”。

因此，我就变成了这家小店的常客，而老板娘也总是帮我准备好“蓝莓椰蓉冰淇淋”。

这天下午，天空中漂浮着几多很美很美的云，看着心里很是舒服。我听着mp3，走向了这家“幸福小屋”。

老板娘见我一来，便对我笑了一笑，就把他提前准备好的冰淇淋端了上来。这次，老板娘并没有忙着去招呼客人，而是坐在了我的对面。我漫不经心的将耳机摘掉，老板娘很好奇的问我：“你为什么总是要着一种口味的冰淇淋，不想尝尝其他的么，还是我做的不好吃”?

我用平淡的口气回答了他：“因为我认为这种味道的冰淇淋有一种幸福的滋味，每当它融化在你口中时，你就会感到丝丝的幸福。”老板娘好像并没有听懂，依旧问：“为什么是幸福的滋味，而不是其他的滋味?”我含了一口冰淇淋说：“因为我觉得，老板娘你人很好，而且这里的每一位客人们，都给我一种不一样的感觉，他们总是对我笑，而你也是一样，你们就如同我的亲人，让我感到很幸福，在我看来，幸福的颜色就是蓝色，且味道也是这种感觉。”

老板娘听了之后，在那愣了半天，然后对我笑了笑就去招呼别的客人了。

第二天，当我再一次跨进这家店时，发现这里的每一个人都在对我微笑，老板娘依然将“蓝莓椰蓉冰淇淋”端给了我，接着就对我笑笑，当我将它含进嘴里时，依旧体会到一种幸福的味道!
