一年一度的运动会终于来临了，我们已经等得不耐烦了。今天虽然下着零星小雨，但却怎么也不会浇灭我们心中充满对运动会的热情的熊熊燃火。

今天是运动会的最后一天，我们的同学们都拿出了12分的精神来迎接今天的比赛。广播里早早地就开始召集运动员参加比赛，而我们啦啦队队员也提起嗓子，准备为运动员加油。当广播员说到60米决赛即将开始的时候，我们睁大了眼睛，一眨不眨地望着跑道，寻找我班的运动员。啊，找到了，是我们班级的“三大急速”运动员，我们松了一口气，这次肯定又把前三名给包了。但是好景不长。只听一声枪响，运动员如离弦的箭一般冲向终点，可是奇怪的是，贺诗芸不仅起跑慢了，而且在冲向终点的时候，脚是瘸的，我越来越想不通，她到底怎么了？要不要紧啊？下面还有最关键的4×100米的比赛呢！她可不能出什么事呀！我们啦啦队越想越着急，在终点的栏杆上等着她回来。她一瘸一拐地向我们走来了，脸上的表情很是痛苦，好像身体上被什么折磨着，心里干着急，我们看到了她的表情，也很着急，马上上去扶她，边扶边问：“你怎么了，有没有事。”她有气无力地说：“我的脚抽住了，好像走不动了，痛死了。”听到这个消息，我们好像受到了晴天霹雳一般，不知所措。她突然说：“我想我是不行了，4×100米的接力赛让别人跑吧！”听了她说的话，我们叹了一口气，今天的比赛成绩又要落空了，没希望了，但这也只能是下下策，总比不比好，我们选好人选到老师那汇报，准备比赛。在一旁的贺诗芸心里很难过，她再三犹豫要不要参加比赛，有一次她试着站起来跑跑看，但是不行，疼痛始终折磨着她，她又无奈得坐下。过了一会儿，她又站了起来，好象病痛好了点能走几步，试着加快脚步，但是还是不行，我们拉拉队看着她，也为她捏了一把汗，希望她参加比赛。就这样，她试了一次又一次，终于工夫不负有心人，等到她第5次站起来的时候，她的脸上露出了笑容，甚至还高兴地跳了起来，马上告诉我们，她的脚已经好得差不多了，可以参加比赛了。我们拉拉队很是兴奋，她又可以加入到运动员的行列里，为我班争光了。最好我们以第二名的好成绩，在积分榜上添了一笔。

运动会是一个考验班级团结友爱的时候，团结就是力量，成绩并不算什么，主要享受的是其中的过程，这次运动会，贺诗芸同学为了能为我班争光，即使脚抽筋了，也要来参加，这种精神是很值得我们去学习的。

With the advent of information age, people are becoming increasingly fascinated on the electronic products, especially the cell phones. Not surprisingly, you could easily notice that most of us are obsessed in sending messages, playing online games with their mobile phones. It cannot be denied that this phenomenon may negatively impact the relationship among people, and therefore they will become estranged and isolated.

虽然一直以来，2班在团体活动方面都不咋地，但庆幸的是，我们努力过，为自己的理想努力过，奋斗过，不再是那个幼稚懵懂的班级。

最后一次校运会，在我们辉煌的突破中落下帷幕。想起上周11月5日，6日那2天的经历，想起是“最后一次”，我没有留下遗憾。明年的此时，我们班都早已各奔东西，但我相信，将来我们再聚集在一起，回想起来会是多么高兴和怀念。

其实运动会刚开始，我更希望做个看客，为别人呐喊，助威。因为我不想又出现去年的现象，怕给对我期望高的人，带来失望。不过，还是被班长硬推上去了。

校运第一天上午是100米预赛。我的心里压力真的很大。因为，我根本不知道自己能否通过预赛，没想到竟然跑了小组第一!其实我知道，4班徐鹏鹏，没有用全力。下午，是200米预赛。庆幸的是，我那组的对手都不咋样。不过看到第一组的比赛十分激烈，这也迫使我要尽力去跑。结果很轻松，又是小组第一。接下来是20人接力比赛。刚跑完200米，我已经有点体力不支了。20人接力中我们班的女生，经常跑错位置，右边接棒，偏偏要跑到左边来!无奈无奈，到我接棒时，是最后一棒，什么都不管了!撒腿向终点跑去!终于，我们不是倒一，这证明，我脚抽筋是值得的!哈哈哈哈

第二日，才是重头戏。上午，有我的100米，200米决赛。陈嘉明跟我说，不要想那么多，尽力!不要看别人!真的很感谢他。

一大早，我就换好裤子准备了。比赛时，由于太紧张，裁判老师还没发枪，我就跑了一点点，第二次又是这样。不知道老师是不是在开玩笑，等我平静一点时，他就开枪了!害得我还在起点呢，别人已经跑了。说时迟，那时快，我也不要老命了，追赶上去，可能是由于昨天脚抽筋了，可能是追得太猛了，所以仍落后了一点点。终于，我超过了6班的选手，与徐鹏鹏并争第一，哈，结果还是输给他了。到终点后，他很友好的跟我握手“谢谢你，放水了(没尽力)”。友谊第一嘛，呵呵，我也很满足了。

11点时，200米决赛终于来了。对此，我有十分的把握，我们班前三名有2个，结果怎么样都很美好。加油!哈，最后，不负众望，冠军--我的;季军--鸿哥的，早说2班包揽前三了!哈哈哈哈!

下午，最后一项，就是4*75接力了。我是最后一棒，看着前面已经落后，真想快点接到棒，冲到前面去。然而这个梦想还是破灭了。3班已经有人接到最后一棒了。没法子。不过，还是让我追上一个。哈哈，不过到终点还是摔了一跤，幸好没事。

这次运动会，我没有遗憾了。

在学校的各门功课中，体育课一直是我的弱项，一年一度的达标运动会就成了我的心病，转眼今年的达标运动会又到了，怎么办呢？

临达标前一天晚上，天下起了倾盆大雨，第二天早上仍淅淅沥沥地下着雨，我估摸着今天运动会不开了，果然，校长办公室来短信说今天不开运动会了。可是我想，达标运动会迟早总是要开的，还不如早点开完算了。天虽仍下着雨，但是我仍然带上了跳绳用的绳子，穿着运动鞋以防万一。

午饭后，雨停了，天还是阴阴的。学校下了通知：下午达标运动会照常举行！哦！还好咱穿着运动鞋呢！

达标运动会开始了，我们班先去体育馆比仰卧起坐。这个项目我心里比较有底，不慌不忙在垫子上先躺下，手抱着头，裁判一声哨响，我立刻做了起来，“一个、两个、三个……”我心里暗暗数着，动作越做越快……“吁——”一声哨响，时间到了，我问了帮我压腿的高年级同学，“我做了几个？”“47个”“哇！我做了47个，满分！哦！太好了！”

接着我们来到篮球场比立定跳远。立定跳远是我的弱项，我最担心了。我怀着紧张的心情，摆好预备姿势使劲往前一蹦，呀，只有1。45米，呜呜……再跳第二次，只有1。46米，第三次我用尽全力往前一跳，越过了1。65，只可惜我没往前扑，手往后一撑，我的最后成绩还是只有1。46米，我当时好想哭出来……

我们又来到操场上投掷实心球，这个项目是我最怕的，但是我还是暗暗鼓励自己要有信心。轮到我了，我拿起实心球奋力往前一投，4。3米，再一投，只有4米，哎呀！“一、二、三”我心里默默数着，“投——”呜呜……还是只有4。3米，唉，看来还得好好练练呀！

就这样，第一天的达标运动会结束了……

第二天，……

我们班还剩两项体育达标项目没完成，于是，周老师决定先考4×10往返跑，我们来到了达标场地。不一会儿，轮到我了，我迅速站好位，做好准备，“预备——吁——”只听哨子一响，我就像离弦的箭向前飞跑，跑到折返点我迅速换好木块，赶紧往回跑，冲刺！……“金星宇12″6”“哇——”我差点喊出声来，我怎么跑得那么慢？可惜呀！

接下来最后一个项目是跳绳，因为我第一次跳得太急，手甩得太高绳子绊住好几次，所以只跳了134个，我决定再补跳一次。这一次我很注意，手脚配合地非常协调，速度很均匀，最后我出乎意料地跳了189个，满分！我心中有一股按耐不住的高兴，我高兴得跳起来，终于笑了！

达标运动会已经结束了，我虽然也取得了一些成绩，但和完全达标还有很大距离，我得积极锻炼身体，让自己“身体倍儿棒，吃嘛嘛香！”有一个强健的身体，才能更好地学习，更快乐地成长！

Be Grateful to Our Parents

I consider my parents as the most important people in my life. This is not because they re wealthy or famous. Rather, what I value about most is the care and love they show to me.

在这个秋高气爽，瓜果飘香的季节里，在10月13日，我的学校平阴四中迎来了一年一度的秋季田径运动会。这场运动会，也是我进入初中以来的第一场运动会。

比赛开始了，我看似悠闲地坐在观众席上，你可不要被我的悠闲所迷惑，其实我心里是“十五个吊桶打水--七上八下”的。因为我所关心的我们班的运动员们好像比别的班的略逊一筹。

第一项比赛三千米竞走马上就要开始了。听到三千米这个数字后，我不禁打了个寒战，三千米！要围着操场走上十圈，走三千米已经够累了，还有几个对手时时刻刻都会超过你，不管是毅力还是勇气，都有很大的难度。

只听一声枪响，比赛开始了。每位运动员都毫不犹豫地加速向前走去，由于我们班有一位女同学参加了，所以，我们从比赛一开始就目不转睛地盯着参加这场比赛的运动员们。

一开始，我们班的那个同学就落后到倒数第二名，我感觉，我们还有反超的希望，反正还有很长时间。但是我们班的那个同学体力渐渐下降，最后一名离她越来越近。到了最后几圈的时候由于最后一名和我们班的那个同学是小学同学，他们开始说起话来了，我看着，总感觉怪怪的。不出我所预料，最后一名在离终点十米处反超了，我们班取得了最后一名的成绩。

在男子4*100米接力中，我们班第一棒落后在第三的位置上，可是，当第一棒将接力棒递给了第二棒时，第二棒立刻像离弦的箭一样冲了出去，实现了反超，连续超越两名对手，成为了第一，当田乐源把接力棒递给张旭的时候，我们的胜局已定，只见张旭冲向终点，离终点越来越近，后面的对手再怎么奋力追赶也无济于事，我们赢了，第一名！当他们回到班级时，我们的掌声久久不能停息。

最扣人心弦的是下午的男子4*300的接力，我们班一开始就处于领先的位置，在我们的田乐源接棒的时候，我感觉，我们就要赢了，当第二名接棒的时候，田乐源已经跑出去快半圈了，可田乐源还在加速，他好像有用不完的力气，遥遥领先后面的选手，当我们的最后一棒张旭接棒的时候，第二名已经毫无胜算，张旭就像一只黑色的猎豹一样，飞快的向前冲去，“张旭，加油！张旭，加油！”我们热情高涨，加油助威声高过其他班级，离终点近了，更近了，十米，五米，二米，一米，赢了！我们的欢呼声一浪高过一浪……

当宣布成绩的时候，我们班获得了总分第2名的好成绩。

同时，我也明白了一个道理：集体荣誉不是一个人得来的，是靠我们的团结拼搏出来的。成功是靠拼出来的，只要肯努力拼搏，才能品尝到成功的果实。

我相信，这个启示会伴随我一生。

我们参加了一个很有趣的运动会。

First we had the throwing competition.Johnny throw thefurthest.

首先，我们参加的是投掷比赛。约翰尼掷得最远。

Then we have the 50 meters dash, I won the secound.Peter who was in class 7 grade 4 won the first place.Then its 200 meters running.I ran the firstplace.

然后我们参加了50米短跑，我得了第二名。7年级4班的彼得获得第一名。接下来的就是200米赛跑。我得了第一名。

After I finishe my dash running, I went to have the long jump.Micheletried, but Jennifer jump further thanMichele, Peter jumped further than the two, finally I jump the furthest.

在我结束了我的赛跑之后，我就去参加跳远。米歇尔参加过了，但是詹妮弗跳得比米歇尔远，而彼得比他们两个都跳得远。最后是我跳得最远。

Next we have the relay race。We have eight people to have the competition.Im the first, so I can ran as fast as I can.The other people tried their best to run, and I tried the best, so Im proud of me, finally we can just get the sixth, but Im happy say, we all tried the best.

What an interesting sports meeting that Ill never forget.

在这个金秋送爽，瓜果飘香的日子里，我们学校迎来了一年一次的秋季运动会，我们聚在操场上，观看这一扣人心弦的比赛。

运动会开始之前，我们班的运动员跃跃欲试，想在这操场上飞驰，获得那赞许的目光。但是，我们都是新生，根本就不清楚对手的实力，这也给运动员带来了一种无形的压力。

运动会正式开始了，第一场比赛，是竞走赛，走十圈，也就是三千米。这谈何容易？我们班的尹维佳同学参与了这场比赛。刚开始，她走得很快，速度上是占了上风，但是，是要走十圈啊，我们不知道她可不可一撑下来，而我们这些观众所做的，只是卖力地喊着“加油！加油！加油！”蹊跷的是，目前走在最后一名的选手已经与倒数第二差了一大截的距离，但是她依然不紧不慢，表情仍然沉着冷静。到后面，我才看出来，这是她的战术，这时的尹维佳已经开始疲倦了，不知不觉已经掉到了倒数第二名，她的脸通红，流着汗，大口地喘着粗气，而这却给最后一名创造了良好的反杀机会，果然，她超过了尹维佳。最后一名，归我们了。

尹维佳回来就哭了，我们理解她，没有一个人嘲笑她，而是送上安慰和鼓励的话语。虽然我们第一场输了，但是，别的班就没有想到，我们班有一个速度极快，爆发力极强的逆风翻盘级选手，他叫张旭。

下午，张旭的最后一个项目，二百米跑，就要开始了。他穿着一身黑色运动装走向起点，在操场上就像一道黑闪电。

“啪！”一声尖锐的枪声响起，张旭迈开矫健的步伐，冲向终点。“张旭，加油！张旭，加油！”我们拼尽全力大喊。张旭就像打了鸡血，似乎根本就没有一丁丁一点点疲劳的意思。这让我联想到迅猛龙，“六千五百万年前的白垩纪，迅猛龙那矫健的身影以五十千米的时速穿梭在蒙古戈壁滩上，它们拥有超强的爆发力，超久的耐力，超快的速度……”

而张旭，不就是一条黑色的迅猛龙吗？他既迅又猛，将对手远远地甩在后面。“张旭，加油！张旭，加油！”我们喊得更卖力了。在最后的五十米，张旭瞬间提速，发起最后的冲刺，让别人超过他的可能性化为零。最后十米！五米！两米！张旭跑到了终点，第一名是张旭！

此时的我们，十分激动，只能以兴奋地呐喊迎接张旭。他走回来，我们为他响起震耳欲聋的掌声，大家都热切地拥抱他，庆贺这位第一名，别提我们有多高兴了！

运动会马上就要结束了，大家都讨论我们会是第几名，喧闹中，不知是谁喊了一句“我们有张旭我们怕啥，放心，咱们这十四个班绝对能进前三！”我们以鼓掌表示完全赞同。

果然，我们班得了第二名。我们取得如此之好的成绩，全都离不开每一位运动员的努力，这真是一场意义非凡的运动会啊！

一年一度地校运会开始了，在操场上，人们的欢呼声、叫喊声响成一片，犹如一片欢乐的海洋。拔河比赛在操场中举行，只见长绳被拉得紧紧的。还没开始，我们班的同学早已和对手较上了劲，中间的红绳被左拉右扯。裁判员把红绳调到正中间。

举起旗子，说了声“预备!”两边的同学把绳子拉得更紧了，仿佛能听到“啪，啪”的声音。“开始!”裁判教师一挥旗子说。两边同学都拼命拉，有的同学涨红脸变成了“红脸关公”。有的同学神经肌肉蹦得紧紧的。几个教师死死地盯着红绳，脸上露出紧张地社情。

拉拉队员加油声音此起彼伏[注:这里起来，那里下去。形容接连不断。]，真是皇帝不急太监急，似乎比拉的同学还用劲。我们班的先锋李通咬牙切齿[注:切齿：咬紧牙齿，表示痛恨。形容极端仇视或痛恨。也形容把某种情绪或感觉竭力抑制住。

身体向后坐，眼睛闭上。经过一番努力，我们班不负重望，赢得了首枚金牌。观众们脸上露出笑容，拉拉队员们高兴得蹦蹦跳跳，有的甚至互相拥抱，为我们的成功欢呼雀跃[注:高兴得像麻雀那样跳跃起来。形容十分欢乐的情景。]，声音响遍整个校园。

在跑道上，200米跑快开始了。观众们早已把这200米的跑道围得水泄不通[注:汇：排泄。象是连水也流不出去。形容拥挤或包围的非常严密。]，堵成一扇厚厚的人墙，想挤进去，难!几名运动员弓前腿，箭后步，像上足弦的箭，随时准备出击。我看见裁判员拿起发令枪，说：“各就各位，预备!”运动员们注视前方，一听到“啪”一声枪响。

我们班的李通就像一支离弦箭，如一只出笼的猛虎，向前飞快跑去，把其他人甩在身后。李通是一只猎豹，朝着他的猎物——终点线飞奔而去，把其他的选手远远扔在身后，独郭自己的猎物。李通夺得了第一名，他的不言败精神是值得我们学习。

接下来，150米跑开始了，胡家豪冲了出去，有如一只飞鸟，要冲过终点线，拉拉队员们也放松了心，觉得稳拿胜券。可是，离终点线还有8米时，他却来了个“狗啃屎”，重重地摔了一跤，摔破了皮，痛得他都哭了。但他强忍热泪，站起来一瘸一拐地跑到了终点。

虽然他最后一名，观众们都为他的精神鼓起了掌——胡家豪坚持不懈[注:坚持到底，一点不忪懈。]，顽强的精神让我们惊叹。比赛项目还有很多：踢键球、跳绳、推球……里面有哭有笑，但这种精神是没有第一的，要知道有团结合作、永不言败、坚持不懈的精神，谁都是第一。这就是我们校运会的精神在。

盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼来了运动会，同学们兴奋地尖叫起来，蹦蹦跳跳地来到操场上，来迎接这一年一度、也是我们在初中阶段的最后一次运动会。

开幕式和奥运会差不多，不是各国代表队而是各班代表队出场;大家穿着整齐的校服，迈着整齐的步伐，昂首挺胸，面带微笑，是开幕式的最亮丽的一道风景;鲜花队、彩旗队、气球队、花环队……都已经在操场中央站好，为各个班送去甜美的祝福：祝他们在运动会上取得好成绩!

随着一声枪响，第一组参赛男生争先恐后奋力跑着，里面正好有我们班的运动健将杨浩。我们班的女生们站在最前头，举着五个大字：‘初三七班加油’高喊：“杨浩，加油!杨浩，加油!……”杨浩终于从后面冲了上来，第一个跃过了终点线!“耶!”我们如此兴奋、如此激动，何不为这个好消息而感到高兴呢?第二组里的邓硕伟也不甘示弱，和着我们的喝彩声，努力拼搏，第四个冲破了终点线!不管他有没有得名次，但在我们心目中，他就是最棒的!

女子800米赛跑中，我是第一组参赛队员。只听“啪”的一声，我自信满满地向前跑，可我没有预料到其他运动员有多么强悍!速度飞快无比，不一会儿就将我甩到了最后。大约跑了两圈，我因体力不支，开始减速，赛跑变成了我独自慢跑，脚趾也在和我最对，变得疼起来。“林曦，加油!坚持就是胜利啊!”杨雨欣在一旁对我说。我好像又来了一股劲，去她个不行吧!我最后一个跑过了终点线。

发令又响了，哦，原来是女子800米第二组要开始PK了;我们班的王婷同学，一鼓作气地向前冲，一下子甩开了其他运动员，跑到了前面。到了最后，她因体力不支，在加上脚持续抽筋，开始减速，慢了、又慢了，同学们紧悬的心，和着她的每一步跳起来;她最后一个跑了过去!

虽然王婷没有获得名次，但她那种奋力拼搏的精神非常可贵;她明知自己的脚抽筋了，还坚持比赛，这说明她热爱集体、热爱班级!虽然她只跑了最后一名，但她得的这个最后，比第一名更好!更有意义!杨浩同学也是，虽然参加了好多项，但他并没有抱怨，奋力去拼，为班争光，这部也是具有很强的集体观念吗?

之后，我们班又和其他班上的同学竞争了投篮、VS了30米迎面接力……我们在团体总分上，取得了第五名。

初中三年的生活就要结束了，我不会忘记同学们曾经在一起读书和玩耍，更不会忘记大家在这次运动会上奋力拼搏、为班争光的精神!

My name is Beth. Im 14 years old, and I study in No. 1 Middle School of

Hangzhou. My school is very big and beautiful. Im very happy in the school.

I usually get up at 6:15 in the morning. Then I do morning exercises in the

playground. At 6:40, I have my breakfast. You can see many students and teachers

in the dinning room. After breakfast, I often read English with my

classmates.

We have six classes every day. The first class begins at 7:50 am. I like

all the classes for my teachers can make the classes lively and interesting. My

favorite subject is English, so I join English Corner every week. I can speak

English with many other students there. Its very interesting and exciting. I

think its helpful for me to learn English well. After class, I always play

games with my friends. We play soccer ball,basketball, volleyball, ping-pong and

so on. They are very relaxing.

I like my lessons, my friends and my teachers. In a word, I love my school.

I find my school life more and more meaningful and colorful. My school life is

wonderful, isnt it?

Mid-autumn is a traditional festival in China. It’s also called Autumn festive, August festival, daughters festival, or Reunion festival and so on. It’s often on August 15th in lunar calendar every year, but in some places, it’s on the 16th August, such as Ningbo, Lanzhou and Zhou Shan.

Mid-autumn day is thought to be the best festival with human touch or interest and poetic sentiment and mood of a painting. It’s a reunion festival, on the day, people always miss close relatives and friends. Wherever they are, they always go home to see their parents and brothers and sisters, or their wife or husband and their children. The people who are in far away also give a call to the persons they are concerning with.

On this day, people often eat moon cake, nuts and some special food. And in some places, the days before Mid-autumn day, they do the rabbits with wheat, which stand of peace and reunion. On the evening, family members or friends always stay together to watch the moon as eating moon cake and nuts, or as talking each other happily.

Chinese people always appreciate the purposes and principles of Olympic ideal,support the efforts of Olympic Games to promote world peace.The Chinese Government and people are doing our the utmost/best to prepare for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing,and shooting at the pageant with advocating Olympic ideal,sparkpluging world peace and enhancing the relationships among the world.Olympic spirit are gonna spread again in orient cultural ancient China.

The government and people of China have always admired the purposes and principles of the Olympic spirit and supported the efforts made by the Olympics in promoting world peace.The Chinese government and people are doing our utmost in preparation for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.It is our hope to make it a grand gathering that will carry forward the Olympic spirit,promote world peace and enhance the friendship among people of the world,so that the Olympic spirit will flourish once again,this time in China,an oriental country with an ancient civilization.
