我家的家风还有很多很多，这些家风教会我勤劳俭朴，认真学习，诚实守信，尊敬长辈，孝敬父母。我也会将我家的家风一直传承下去，从现在起，用这些家风约束自己，鼓励自己，让自己成为对别人、对社会有用的人。

October 1stis the national day of our country, which is a public holiday for the whole country. It’s an important day that marks the beginning of PRC. On that day, there are plenty of celebrations holding throughout the country, from the central government to the general people. And public places, including big squares, parks are decorated in festive theme. In recent years, the national holiday means the golden week as well, which is a short holiday that all people expect to. With the improvement of living standards, people have more money and desire to travel and the golden week is a good chance for them. Besides, for those people who would not go out, it’s a good time to have a good rest as well. Therefore, the national day means a lot to the Chinese.

10月1日是我国的国庆节，这是全国的共同节日。这一天是中华人民共和国开始的标志。在那天，全国到处都有很多庆祝活动，上至中央政府到普通老百姓。公共场所，包括大的广场和公园，都装饰成节日主题。近年，国庆节同样也是所有人都期待的短假黄金周。随着生活水平的提高，人们又更多的钱和渴望去旅游，黄金周对他们来说是一个很好的机会。除此之外，对于那些不想外出的人来说同样也是休息的好时机。因此，国庆节对中国人来说意味着很多。

Medical facilities are generally adequate in Shanghai. It is advisable to drink only boiled and bottled water。

我生长在日照这个美丽的小城。听妈妈说，日照因“日出初光先照”而得名，她有着悠久的历史文化，是一块旅游、度假、休养的风水宝地。而“蓝天、碧海、金沙滩”则是日照最光彩夺目的亮点。 I grow in the beautiful town of Rizhao.Listening to her mother said that Rizhao was named because of "the first shot of the sunrise". She has a long history and culture. She is a treasured place for tourism, vacation, and recuperation.The "blue sky, blue sea, and golden beach" are the most glorious highlights of Rizhao.

我们这里的大海是富有灵性的，她会随着季节的变化而更换自己的着装打扮。春天，在这个到处充满生命之色的季节里，大海被染成了绿色。她对着蓝天，看到自己秀丽的装扮，欢天喜地，尽情的翻滚，尽情的欢笑。到了秋天，她便焕然一新，变成身穿蓝色长裙的窈窕淑女。海天一色，像一块宽大的蓝绸铺在游人眼前，勾起人们阵阵遐想，让游人留连忘返。大海永远将自己最美丽的一面展现给人们。

我们这里的大海又是宽容的。每逢夏季，四面八方的游人都来感受大海给予的凉爽、舒适。人们躺在大海的怀抱中，大海温和的轻轻抚摸着他们的身体。而当严冬降临，没有人再去关心她时，她也并不抱怨什么，依然乐观的跳着她的舞。她把自己的善良、宽容无私的献给了人们。

一直和大海形影不离的是那一片金色的黄金岸滩。她长达64公里，沙质细腻绵软。伸出手抓起一把来，那些调皮的小沙粒就会手拉着手，从你手中滑落，让你抓不住他们。沙滩是一个大家庭，除了那些可爱的小沙粒，贝壳们也是这个家庭中的重要成员。它们是沙滩的耳朵，将美妙的声音传达给小沙粒。有时，小沙粒会跟着风儿翩翩起舞;有时，它们又会激动地和大海拥抱。

看着这些可爱的沙滩“小精灵”，蓝天、白云也被感染。蓝天变得更纯净了，白云也舞动起来。海天间的一切都充满了生机。它们能够洗却你心中的烦恼，给你以美的享受，使你陶醉不已。在这种美景下，谁能不为之动情呢?

我爱日照，更爱日照的“蓝天，碧海，金沙滩”我爱家乡。

Everybody will meet all kinds of difficulties during their lives, of

course, they are willing to accept success, but the fact is that no one can win

all the time, they will meet failure now and then. Fail is an unpleasant thing

to face, people treat fail a bad thing. While for me, I think we can learn from

failure and be a better man.

Everyone is afraid of facing failure, because failure brings them the sense

of frustration. When facing failure, people choose to avoiding talking about it,

they feel that they will be looked down upon by others. Indeed, no one likes to

failure anything, they want to be successful all the time.

If people change their idea about failure, they can see the positive side.

There is an old saying that failure is the mother of success, which means that

people will learn from failure and make preparation for the success. So failure

is not that hard to face, if people take right attitude towards it, they will

gain success soon.

In a word, failure is not a bad something, it can bring success, only if

people treat it right.

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to

avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my

opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor

performance and ill health.

The environment has been polluted badly today and the nature punishes the

human being by all kinds of disasters, such as the heavy haze in Beijing, which

damages people’s health. World Environment Day is on June 5th. It pays attention

to call for the public to make an effort to bring the world a clean

environment.

Look at the pollution around us, which exists everywhere. The cars release

the gas which pollutes the air and the rubbish can be found in every corner of

the street. All of these daily incidents hurts the world we live. Especially the

factories, they release the heavy smoke and make the sky becomes dark. What’s

more, the wasted water flows to the clean river.

Though the government has made some action to punish the businessmen for

releasing the polluted sources, they still dare to take the risk of earning the

biggest profit. If we hurt the environment, it will hurt ourselves, because we

live together. The polluted environment threatens our health. If we want to live

the comfortable life, then the only way is to be nice to the environment.

离开家乡很久了。听说那里大变样了。昔日满山遍野的桃花遭到了无情的屠戮;昔日清澈见底的池塘遭到了无情的涂画;昔日连绵不绝的山遭到了蛮横的打压。 I have left my hometown for a long time.I heard that there was a big change there.The peach blossoms of the mountains in the past were beaten up ruthlessly; the clear ponds in the past were ruthlessly painted; the continuous mountains were suppressed by the past.

在我的记忆里，春天一到百花齐放，桃花也像睡醒了一样，尽情的深呼吸，吐山那令人陶醉的花香。满山遍野的桃花在风中翩翩起舞，洒下满山的花瓣，染红了这座小山。在其中间，蜜蜂欢快的奔波着，充满了春天的活力。不久之后荷花也开始苏醒，小心翼翼的看着周围。这时候也该到了抓鱼的时候了，约了几个伙伴扑入池塘为了我们的野味默默的奋斗。水声，尖叫声，笑声。池塘热闹了起来。池边柳树上的知了一声一声的叫着“夏天来了”。

家乡最美的不是池塘，而是那连绵不绝的山，我们一群野孩子的游乐园。山上有开阔的平地任由我们奔跑;山上有许多野果任由我们偷吃;山上有许多干草任由我们放火。山上有凉爽的风，有清凉的水，有可口的果子，有数不尽的乐趣。

我们也常常奔在竹林间，手持一把木制的“宝剑”任凭竹叶在风中狂风，围绕身体旋转，特别有绝世高手的范儿。那时迷恋着武侠中的绝世剑客们，一把宝剑在手，天下无敌。看得我们热血沸腾，冲入后山的竹林寻找剑圣，到头来差点被蛇咬了，只好灰溜溜的跑去偷些野菜做些自己的美味。

在回家后爬上屋顶，看着黄昏笼罩着的安宁的乡村，让人心里感到无比的柔言。沉浸在这宁静的风光中悄然入睡，月光照在屋顶上，那么白，那么温和。星星在天空中不停的眨眼。

科技的发展破坏了这里。山被削平了，池塘被掩埋了，竹林也遭到了砍伐，工业气体污染了天空，星星紧闭双眼，月光也变得灰暗。抹杀了我的游乐园，抹杀了我的“绝世剑客”，抹杀了我的“野味”，抹杀了我的家乡“月光”，消失了那一份安宁，消失了那份回忆，一起消失的还有我的伙伴。我的家乡将会更加富饶，总有一天我会忘记我的宝贵童年，但并不是现在!
