Yesterday our grade held a sports meeting.We have six classes in our grade. All the classes did very well.

In the Boys 100-metre race, I.Jn I.in from Class 2 won the first. At first, Zhang Lin from our class and I.in %ao from Class 1 were neck and neck. Lin Lin fell behind, but, finally he tried his best and came out first.

轻轻地翻开书页，欣赏卷面上灵动的文字，如同涓涓细流，滋润了我干涸的心田；细细的品读文章，体会字里行间里的情感，如同股股热焰，振奋了我那颗消沉的心。慢慢地回味语句，赏析句句段段的惬意，如同丝丝清风，轻轻拂过我那颗躁动的心。

“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。”一代伟大诗人屈原，感动了春秋。当时独生处于汨罗江畔，悲伤占据了整个内心，如同挥之不去的暮色，笼罩着苍凉的大地。滔滔不绝的汨罗江水，在奔腾不息，一刻也未断绝，就像屈原万般悲伤的思绪，剪，也剪不断。带着对祖国人民的悲伤，带着对国家兴亡的愁虑，带着一颗被悲伤所侵蚀的心，抱石投江，纵身一跃，在茫茫天地间构成了最美的弧线。屈原的爱国情怀，深深地触动了我的心灵，让我明白，人生路上，也应带有一颗爱国赤心。

“风住尘香花已尽，日晚倦梳头。物是人非事事休，欲语泪先流。”无尽的愁虑在女词人李清照的心头无限延伸。当年的易安，与丈夫对酒当歌，畅快淋漓，无忧无虑地度过每一天。可晚年，是如此的哀愁，当年“争渡争渡，惊起一滩鸥鹭”的欢快心情已被岁月的无情所磨灭，当年俊丽清秀的容颜也只剩下“人比黄花瘦”，已变得憔悴不堪，。丈夫已去，无心梳妆，只有独自一人斜倚窗前，独自一人悲叹萧瑟的晚秋，度日如年。读到这里，泪水不禁满上眼眶，在眼里不住地打转，为李清照的孤单寂寞感到伤心同情，又不禁想到，生活中的我，又是多么的孤独，但又不禁心生感叹：孤独寂寞，往往充满着人生，人生路上，免不了孤独。

“先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐。”范仲淹旷达的胸襟，让他“不以物喜，不以己悲”。在欣赏洞庭湖“沙鸥翔集，锦鳞游泳，浮光跃金，静影沉璧”的美景时，他仍能“把酒临风，宠辱偕忘”在淡泊的意境中享受他喜洋洋的人生。读到这里，我不禁对范仲淹的淡泊情怀产生莫大的敬佩。生活中的我，总能被一些利誉所冲昏了脑袋，总不能把金钱荣誉所释怀，我的人生，被太多的物质所羁绊。是范仲淹，让我明白，人生路上，必须携有一颗淡泊的心。
