Every year, Spring Festival makes me happy, because I can spend a long

holiday to stay with my families. On the New Year’s Eve, all the families got

together. We woke up early in the morning and then my mother started to purchase

读完了课文，该听写了。我先看看单词表吧，哇!有的单词字母好多，我得好好记清楚，字母少的就看一遍。开始听写了，糟糕，我只顾去记字母多的单词，字母少的反而没有记住。不管了，这些不知道的单词胡编乱造也要写完。由于刚才一着急，字母多的单词也忘记了一些，只好空在那里了，最后错了不少。第二次也好不到哪里去。第三次了，妈妈说，再不全对的话，就把每个单词抄写一篇。这次我一定要认真记牢，反复在心里默写几遍，做到万无一失，要不然，罚抄每个单词一篇可不是好玩的。这次我满怀信心了，当然也全部正确了。

今天，我初次接触英语，也是经历了一些曲折吧。从中我也体会到，学习不同的东西需要用不同的方式去对待，但是，有一点少不了，那就是刻苦!

今天是星期天，昨天上了一天课外辅导班的我，终于可以在家美美睡个懒觉了。十点钟我懒洋洋地起床，刷牙、洗脸、吃早饭。父亲、母亲这段时间都加班，家里只剩下孤零零的我一个人，我望着已有一个星期没有打扫卫生的家，心想：“爸妈这段时间上班比较辛苦，没有时间打扫卫生，如果我今天能够把家里打扫得干干净净，爸妈回来一定会非常开心的！”

想好了，说干就干。我学着母亲的样子，武装一下自己：头戴浴帽，围上围裙，带好护袖，右手拿条帚，左手拿簸箕，开始了我的首次快乐大扫除。

首先从我的小卧室开始打扫。只见我把椅子架在写字台上，把床下的活动箱全都拖了出来，我拿起条帚，一下一下，从左到右，从里到外，慢慢地、轻轻地扫。忽然，一只黑色的小东西从床底下向我快速爬来，“咦！什么东西？”我忍不住伸过头去看个究竟。“啊！蟑螂！”我大惊失色，惊慌失措地连忙向后退了几步，我随手拿起条帚当防身武器，壮着胆子，对蟑螂说：“你，你别过来呀，我很厉害的！”此时，蟑螂似乎被我吓住了，缩在墙角一动不动，我胆子大了些，把条帚拿在手中，大叫一声：“呔！蟑螂拿命来！”叫罢，便拿出吃奶的劲，用条帚猛向蟑螂打去，蟑螂刚好被我打中头部，当场死亡，“呼——”我终于为家里除了一大害。地扫好后，我拿来湿拖把把小房间地面拖了一遍，又用湿抹布把床头、写字台、椅子上的灰尘轻轻抹掉，转眼间，我的小房间看上去整整齐齐，干干净净了。接下来，我一鼓作气，如法炮制，把大房间和客厅打扫一遍。不知不觉中一个多小时过去了，我累得腰酸背痛，浑身冒汗。但我心中却特别高兴，因为我的辛勤劳动，使得家里变得整洁、干净了。

爸妈下班了，看见家里整洁的地面，大吃一惊。得知原委后，母亲摸着我的头，夸奖地说：“我的儿子长大了！我的儿子懂事了！”

这是个别样的星期天。今天，我没有出去和小朋友玩，而是在家主动帮爸妈打扫卫生，虽然过程比较辛苦，但我乐在其中，因为今天我特感觉充实，感到特别有意义。

In Tianjin,there are many buildings of bygone times.Some of them are

imposing and have great artistic and historic value.However,these buildings do

mot fit in well with each other,because most of them were built by foreigners in

different times.The traffic in the city is not very convenient.The street are

usually narrow and twisted.If the government wanted to have them widened,a large

number of buildings would have to be pulled down.Some buildings are too old and

are nothing more than cottages,and in place of them,some new high buildings have

been set up.However,the new ones are still few and in many places they seem

quite out of place.

Yet those Western-style buildings give Tianjin a different characteristic

from other cities and those new ones lend the city fresh vitality which will

spread rapidly with the reform going on.

During the National Day, our family went to Yunfu Mountain Hot Springs.

To the hot springs, we swim for swimsuit. First of all we came to the childrens pool, where there are a lot of fun slides there are things, I did not even do not do the warm-up exercise could not help but jumped out of the pool, "wow, really comfortable."
