我知道自己闯了祸，像一个犯了错的罪人一样顿时立在自己的座位旁边不敢出声。还好老师给我面子，没当着全班同学的面数落我，让我和同桌跟着他去办公室谈，他让我写份检讨拿给他，可当我第二他拿给他检讨的时候他看也没看一眼，告诉我说下不为例，果真是宰相肚里能撑船，多么随和的一个人，他大人不记，我这个小人自然就好过了。

“长大!真的长大了!连初三也要与我渐行渐远了。”

每一次打开相册，我都在惊叹，何时何地，我竟如此之长大。童年已经远离，初三，也要对它说再见了。但回想起初三的时光，它过得很充实，因为有那么多的爱一同陪伴在我的身旁，使我的初三生活美好无比。

老师之爱

老师……在初三的时光里，老师的爱让我更加灿烂的成长，他们努力地去当一个风像标，告诉我们怎样做人，怎样去理解知识，怎样去学习，让我在学校也象在家一般的温暖。老师，将一生的时间贡献出来，去教会别人怎样才能使自己以后的生活变得更美好，他们无怨无悔地成为了我们人生路上的垫脚石，让我们努力向上爬。

父母之爱

父母……总是在第一时间，知道我们想什么，要什么的人。进入初三，学习的压力变得重了许多，而他们也会在你的身旁陪伴着你。到深夜，当你那屋里灯灭了的时候，他们才会安心地睡觉，那是多少个夜晚啊!我经常想，他们早上上班，晚上还要在家里陪着我们，有时他们困了，都因你还没有睡觉而无法入睡。父母之爱，陪伴我，伴我成长，伴我度过初三，伴我……，他们的爱，让我更加懂得了，要用自己的全部去爱他们，去守护他们，让他们的鬓角少一些白发，少为我操点儿心，少……。

朋友之爱

朋友……在我理解是上帝派来守护你的小天使。在初三的这段时光里，在我哭泣时，他们会哄我，他们会替我打抱不平，这样初三的哭就被平分了;在我开心时候，我也会去告诉他们好玩笑，好玩的事情，这样初三里我的快乐也发(分)享给了朋友，让他们也同我快乐，感谢他们陪伴我初三的生活，感觉很踏实……

初三的生活，是一颗多味的糖，让我尝尽了世间的味道，也是在初三这个花的季节里，我也美丽的开放，它证明了我的那段一生里最美好的时光。想回到从前，时间却又一去不复返，初三!我们只能对望，但初三的生活，却早已点点滴滴刻入了我的心里了，好好的，好好的珍藏起来了!!

各位老师、同学们：

今天，我们举行中考百日誓师动员大会，目的很明确：距20__年中考仅有100天了，竭尽全力备战中考是我们九年级工作的当务之急。今天会议的目的就是要唤起我们九年级的教师行动起来全身心的投入到指导学生的复习中;唤起我们九年级的学生行动起来以正确的方法，饱满的热情，全身心的投入到中考复习中来，力争在20__年的中考取得优异的成绩!

同学们：中考是你们人生旅途的第一个加油站，她意味着你们的希望，你们的前途，甚至是命运;中考是人生命中的一个阶梯，只有登上了这个阶梯，争取到了继续学习的机会，才能为实现人生价值奠定基础。如何在中考中取得更好的成绩，考上每个人各自理想的学校呢?我认为，首先要有信心，有目标，然后要以科学的方法、顽强的学习毅力去行动，去拼搏。下面围绕着以下几方面谈谈个人的看法。

一、要有信心

信心，是决战中考的前提，是走向成功的第一步。所以在中考复习中要确立“我能行”的信心。如果连信心都没有，时刻被失败的情绪包裹着，是很难在中考中取得好的成绩的。其实我们每个人都有希望，都应该有信心。因为近年来随着招生数量的扩大，让我们每个人都能看到继续读书的希望，从去年我校升学情况来看，我们80%以上的学生都升入了高中继续学习，75人考上省级示范高中，上一批次达到110多人，只要你想继续学习，100%的学生都有机会(我们的职教中心也是我们学习的希望，而且掌握一技之长是我们就业的保障)。实践已经证明只要你努力了你就会有回报，就有机会升入高一级学校继续深造。社会上的用人单位现在更注重的是能力，所以即使目前暂时后进的同学，但是只要我们有一技之长，以后不论是中专生还是专科生都会在社会上找到自己的位置。由此可见，我们在座的每位学生都应该有信心，只要我们努力就有希望。

二、要有目标

同学们，你的升学目标是什么呢?是重点中学还是普通高中，是重点中学的小班还是普通班;是普通高中的重点班还是普通班。我认为这是因人而异的，首先你们要对自己有一个正确的认识，要给自己定准位，给自己制定的目标经过努力是可以实现的。如果你的成绩位于淅河中考的前50名，那我们就一定要把升学的目标确定在一、二中的小班上，因为十几年来主抓中考的经验告诉我，淅河前100名的学生都有希望获得一、二中的“名额分配”指标，如果你努力了，拼搏了，进入小班是非常有希望的;如果你能进入我校的前120名，那我还是希望你把升学目标定在一批次上，因为如果你努力了，前120名进入一批次的指令计划还是有希望的，当然你也可以把目标定在普通高中的小小班或小班上。如果你的成绩在我校月考120名以外，那么你可以把升学目标确定在普通中学的普通班上，以此类推，我们还有曾都二中和实验高中。总之，我们不可以心中没目标，没有目标就没有前进的动力，势必经受不了中考的挑战。升学目标确定之后我们在复习中还要确定成绩提升目标。我们要抓住总复习前的第一次考试，因为这次考试我们的成绩可能不尽人意，但这是我们没有经历系统复习前的考试，由于我们的初中知识还没有系统掌握，我们综合运用知识的能力还有很大的提升空间，所以我们的成绩较低是很正常的，但这恰恰是我们复习的起点，是我们复习时的起始成绩，我们要把这次成绩作为基础，在此基础上确定我们成绩提升的阶梯目标，既要设定总成绩的提升目标又要设定单科成绩的提升目标，要注意我们设定的目标要有层次性，要逐层提高。目标是我们前进的动力，目标可以激励我们为之奋斗。

三、要敢拼搏

我们说：信心是基石，目标是动力，则拼搏是保障。所以，在树立信心，确定目标之后我们一定要付诸行动。当然我们在付诸行动过程中既要做到科学高效又要做到勤奋刻苦，这就是所谓的拼搏。

第一，科学有序、高效复习

人们常说“亲其师信其道”，这话很有道理。所以我们在复习中一定要亲近老师和老师处好关系的同时要相信老师，要按照老师指导的方法复习，跟上各科的复习进度和复习思路，在学校组织的模拟考试中一定要向中考一样对待，在复习过程中绝对不可以单搞一套复习的路子。另外在复习过程中还要多动口，遇到不懂的问题就及时问老师;要多动手，老师布置的学习任务要动手做，只看不做就会出现看到题，题题都会，做起来题题都有失误，务必要防止眼高手低;要多动脑，每完成一段学习任务后都要对知识进行归纳，完成一个综合性的题目都要认真反思，总结规律，积累经验。除此之外，我们在复习时候还要心中有计划，安排好学习时间，做到复习有序。切忌学习这一学科，心里放不下另一学科，忙忙这再忙忙那，结果一天下来什么都没有做好。正确的方法就是，除上课时间外，自己要做好计划，要根据自己各学科发展的均衡程度，分配学习时间，尤其是在系统复习阶段，不要喜欢那科就把学习的时间更多的放到这个学科上，而是要敢于攻坚，把薄弱科的成绩提上来，因为考上理想的学校是需要各科成绩均衡的发展。(考上一、二中语数英三科成绩得在110左右，小科成绩接近满分)

第二，净化环境、营造氛围

和谐的学习环境，浓厚的学习氛围是提高学习成绩的外部保障因素。可想而知，班级是我们学习的地方，如果班级环境杂乱，班级纪律不好，这样的学习环境，我们的学习一定会受到干扰，再加之绝大多数学生放弃了学习，不是上课睡觉就是下课疯闹，这个班级学生的学习成绩能好吗?所以，中考之前这一百天，我们一定要为自己负责，为他人负责，为父母负责，为老师负责，严格要求自己，不做危害班级，危害他人学习的事情。不论是在宿舍，还是在班级，首先考虑的是做些有助于自己学习、有助于他人学习的事情。危害学习的事情坚决不做、不利于团结的话坚决不说。学校也要求班主任老师在自习前跟班，管理好班级。在这一百天里一定为大家创造一个良好的学习环境。同时也真心的和大家说，如果你真的不想学习，或者真的学不下去的同学，找我谈谈。我一定帮你出谋划策，帮你设计好你的发展前途，也免得你在这里度日如年。

第三，时间合理、劳逸结合

学习切忌“一曝十寒”，我曾经有一位学生就是这样的，当我找到他给他鼓鼓劲时候他就能学到通宵，结果白天课堂上承受不了，开始睡觉，当我时间长一点没和他谈心，他就忘了学习。这种学习态度和学习方式是最无益的。大家都知道毛泽东一生惜时如金,勤奋读书,因而获得了渊博的学问。他在湖南第一师范读书时,曾写过这样一副对联作为自勉:“贵有恒何必三更起五更眠最无益只怕一日曝十日寒”再此，我也希望我们在座的各位同学，效仿一下伟人，把这幅对联作为我们的自勉联，让它激励我们，合理安排好学习时间，在紧张的学习生活中既要学会劳逸结合又要持之以恒，坚持不懈。

四、心无杂念，遵规守纪

中考在即，我们尽量要把自己的生活简单化，摒弃一些繁思杂念和不良习惯。不要被一些影响目标实现的枝端末节的小事分散精力。我们要遵规守纪，不进网吧，不看课外书，不用手机聊天，晚上好好作息，保证睡眠。课堂遵守纪律，课间保持教室肃静，搞好个人和班级卫生，积极为自己创造良好的学习环境。一百天的时间内，学校和老师也许对你们有更苛刻的要求，更艰苦的训练，更严厉的批评，也许会令你们难以接受，但我们相信大家能够理解，这一切，都是为了大家能够出类拔萃，为了大家能够有所作为。

在这里我也希望全体教师们，发扬淅河一中团结协作、无私奉献的精神，再多一些辛苦!再多一些付出!再多一些对学生的关注!再多一些对学生的辅导!力争把更多的孩子送入高中!送入更好的高中!送入高中更好的班级!

最后：愿同学们：奋战100天，给父母一个惊喜!拼搏100天，给学校一个奇迹!苦战100天，给自己一个支点!也愿老师们：奋战100天，给学校一个惊喜!拼搏100天，给社会一个奇迹!苦战100天，再创淅河一中新辉煌!

In China, Mid-autumn Day is considered to be a symbol of family reunion. On this day, all the family members gather together at home to celebrate this special occasion. Last year, I could not celebrate the festival with my family because I was in university. However, this special day left a deep impression on me.

I still remember the atmosphere of that evening. All the students who could not go back home assembled in our classroom, having a party to celebrate this traditional festival. We tried our best to show our own enthusiasm. As an ethnic minority, I performed a peacock dance, which received warm applause. After the two-hour party, we went out to the playground and sat together to appreciate the moon because it is a tradition on Mid-autumn Day. We ate moon cakes, played cards, and listened to romantic poems recited by one of our classmates. In that harmonious atmosphere, nobody felt lonely or homesick even though we were far away from our homes.

Thanks to our classmates, I experienced such a colorful and interesting Mid-autumn Day at my university. Thus, I learned to value all the festivals I spent during my university life.

在中国,中秋节是家庭团聚的象征。在这一天,所有的家庭成员聚在一起在家里庆祝这特别的时刻。去年,我不能和我的家人庆祝节日,因为我在大学。然而,这个特殊的日子给我留下了深刻的印象。

我还记得那天晚上的气氛。所有的学生不能回家聚集在我们的教室,有一个派对庆祝这个传统节日。我们尝试努力显示自己的热情。作为少数民族,我进行了孔雀舞,热烈的掌声。两小时后,我们去操场,坐在一起欣赏月亮,因为它是一个传统的中秋节。我们吃月饼,打牌,听浪漫的诗就被我们的一个同学。在这种和谐的气氛,没有人感到孤独和想家,即使我们远离家园。

感谢我们的同学,我经历过这样一个多彩和有趣的中秋节在我的大学。因此,我学会了珍惜所有的节日期间,我花了我的大学生活。
