在国内，第一，政府要保证有一个宽松的政治环境。要发动广大群众积极参与国家的政治生活。政府不再是一个孤立的国家管理行政部门，而是广大群众利益的代表。共产党作为执政党要正确认识一个字：“民”。上到国家主席，下到各级村支书，都应知道，官与民是相对相统一的。无民则无官，若失去民心，官也就不再为官了。

第二，经济方面。这里我不用多说，国家的发展是有目共睹的。但是要千万注意，投资过热，避免出现泡沫经济。还有通货膨胀现象。另外关系到民生方面的三大难：“上学难，住房难，看病难”。这三项，是共产党能否得到广大群众永久支持的关键。政府要发挥其经济职能，加强宏观调控。这也是国家能否长治久安的关键之一。

第三，教育方面，我认为国家应加强思想文化的教育。要突出社会主义文化的特点。要在全国范围内加强社会主义荣辱观的教育，对于广大中小学生，要让他们好好的学习历史政治，培养正确的价值观。另外要加强爱国主义精神的培养。不要像现在，教出来的学生，大多不了解国情。

第四，科技方面。下面会讲到，就不多讲了。

在国外，首先就要讲讲外交了。我个人认为，国家在国际事务中，应积极参与，充分显示中国作为大国的风范。要知道，现在的中国，不再是清政府的腐败无能，也不是民国的内忧外患，也不是毛泽东时代的一穷二白，也不是邓江时代的韬光养晦。中国的发展是全世界都清楚的一个事实，故而才有中国威胁论的甚嚣尘上。所以作为一个大国，我们应当担负起我们应担当的义务，在国际事务中应当有所作为。

再者，对于亚太地区的形势，我个人认为。中日之间矛盾已久，想在几十年内化解是很难的。况且我们都应当记住日本人自明治维新后对中国的屡屡进犯。更应当记住八年抗战我们死去了五千多万同胞。所以对于日本，时刻不能放松警惕。至于美国，有人说中美会结盟，我不同意。中国早就倡导不结盟。如果同美国结盟，第一，会失去第三世界国家的支持，第二，会损害中国的诚信形象，近乎变化无常了。

总而言之，在外交上，我认为没有永恒的朋友，只有永恒的利益。对于应得利益中国不会拱手让人，对于不该得的利益，中国不参与。对于违背中国利益的举动，中国要予以强硬抵制。

要想和平与发展，那就要有军事实力作为后盾。中国的军事实力怎么样，小弟了解不多。但是我知道的是。要保持陆军的神话。对于海军，国家正大力建设。海洋战略，我也不多说了。至于空军方面，我认为，天基力量不够，就说卫星导航体系，中国自有的是北斗，另外还用美国的GPS全球定位系统。我想说，如果哪天，美国破坏中国这方面的GPS，那我们就陷入只知家门口情况的被动防御当中了，所以要注意。

It is undeniable that the worsening environment has become the biggest concern of the present-day world. Land resources are dwindling because of water loss and soil erosion.
