My name is Li Hua. I was born in Dalian, Liaoning province in February 1977. I started school in 1984 when I was seven,and I studied in Guangming Primary School from 1984 to 1990. After that I went to No.6 Middle School of Dalian and graduated this summer. The main subjects ! studied at school included Chinese, Maths, English, Physics, Chemistry and Computer. I like English and Computer best and I am very good at them. Last year I won first prize in the school computer competition. In my spare time I enjoy listening to popular music and collecting stamps. 那天是星期天，我爸爸不上班。吃完午饭，我正准备睡午觉。突然，妈妈推荐说：“太热了，我们去游泳吧!”我和爸爸异口同声地说：“好阿!”说去就去，我们收拾了东西，拿着泳衣和泳圈从家出发了。一路上，我好兴奋呀!

我还不会游哦，套上游泳圈在爸爸妈妈的带领下驶入了水中。好舒服阿~水温正好适合，太爽了!但是，不会游泳有点小小遗憾，但是没关系。我早就‘偷偷地’在网上学了一些游泳的技巧，因为妈妈想给我暑假报游泳班，我不同意。不是我想偷懒，是我想自学成才哦!这天，我只练练呼吸、漂浮、蹬腿这些动作就能够了。在爸爸的帮忙与指导下，我找到了一点点窍门。按爸爸教我的方法结合网上看到的去做，谁知第一次唤气就喝了一大口水，我没有灰心，还在继续练着。奇迹最后出现了，我能够在水里不用游泳圈，在爸爸的看护下向前游一点点了，但游得不够爽。最后，我还是套上游泳圈在水里‘大闹’了一会儿，好好的过了一把“大闹天宫”瘾。我在水里“游”得不亦乐乎，玩得好开心呀!游泳真是太搞笑了。

二、我的暑假计划

为了让我暑假过得充实又愉快，我为自己制定了一个暑假计划。

每天，我会去运动一小时，这可以让我有个强壮健康的身体。我还会安排两小时做老师布置的作业。看书一小时，看书可以让我知道许多课外知识，向全面发展。看书时还会积累一些好词好句，提高我的写作水平。

除外，我还会让家长给我报一些兴趣小组，让我“充充电”。学游泳，遇到水灾等灾害能自救。学钢琴，能开发左右脑，让手指灵活。学跳舞，能令身体柔软和练出高中贵的气质。学钢笔书法，为我升三年级用圆珠笔写字打个好的基础。

“读万卷书，不如行万里路。”今个暑假爸爸妈妈会带我去不同的地方，让我开开眼界。我们打算去英国、北京、新疆、台湾、内蒙古、四川、湖北、湖南。因为去的地方很多，所以我要努力奋斗，早点完成作业。

Yesterday I Buying equipment for my bike,A “Bicycle stopwatch”.It can tell me my velocity.

In the afternoon,I ride my bicycle in the JIANGSU UNIVERSITY.At first,I ride18km/h,but soon I ride 22-25km/h,and then I start to speed up.About 10Minutes,I keep my velocity27-28km/h,keep it a long time,so it makes me feel very tired and thirsty.But I also feel excite. It’s so Furious. Feel the joy brought by speed. Especially when the velocity is 30km/h or faster.Also it’s the reason of why I love cycling.

I ride 16km ,use about30-40 Minutes. Cycling can exercise my leg muscles.At the same time it also can exercise my endurance.So it’s a very good exercise.And it’s to me--the half of my life.Maybe someone think it’s exaggerated.But it’s ture.

I am going back to my hometown this summer.I will take a good rest when I get home after a years hard work. I will eat all the nice foods I have been missing for so many years. I will find a good badminton coach to help me improve my skills.And I will try to see all my childhood friends and pay a visit to my high school teacher, who has played an important role in my life.In August, I will have this Yangzi river cruise with my parents. 三多做理综题。只会一味的死记硬背公式是不会在理综上拿到高分的。理综注重的是灵活运用，只有多做题，题型见多了，遇到相似的题就知道该如何下笔。像我在那抓破脑袋想这题应用什么公式，好不容易公式想出了却不知道该如何解题，时间浪费了分也丢了。

四整理笔记，回顾以前所学的知识。学过的知识只有不断回顾才能让它记忆深刻。像我总是把以前所学的知识全都堆积到考试前几天来复习，这种做法不仅没有效果还让我越复习越紧张。把笔记整理几遍可以发现哪些知识是重点，哪些知识自己还没吃透等等。

五利用网络多和别人交流。网络是个很好的交流平台，我们可以在网上与他人互相交流学习经验，了解大学的招生信息等等。

1、 每天的四个“1小时保障”

每天保障做一小时的语文或数学寒假作业;

studied panda in the early 1980s went to the wild life and kept trace of wild

giant panda for many years. As a result, he found that it was human being that

made these lovely animals die out. At that time, many people believed that giant

true. People cut trees for making profit at that time. Panda lose homeland and
