端午节来啦!端午节是我们纪念大诗人屈原的日子，是赛龙舟的日子，也是吃五黄(黄瓜、黄鱼、黄鳝、黄酒、咸蛋黄)的日子，但我最喜欢的就是包粽子了!

今天，是我第一次跟妈妈学包粽子。妈妈准备好事先已泡了3小时的糯米、酱了一晚上的五花肉、梅干菜笋干、洗干净晾干的粽叶、麻线、蜜枣和红枣，我们准备开包啦!只见妈妈先拿出粽叶(大的一张就可以，小的要两张)，把粽叶的二分之一往上翻，然后把左边的粽叶向右一旋，手把粽叶轻轻一捏，就成了圆锥形的漏斗。接着，妈妈把糯米在漏斗中摊平，再把一条精肉、一条肥肉和梅干菜笋干放在摊平的糯米上，再铺上一层糯米，用手用力往下压一压，最后把粽子的上部翻下来，用绳子扎紧，一个三角形的肉粽就做成了。我按照妈妈的示范，也开始认真地包起来，可是叶子在我手里就不听使唤了，不是漏米，就是叶子破，我只能帮妈妈打下手了，帮她剪包粽子的麻线和放馅儿。我们包完肉粽，还包了蜜枣粽。

包好粽子，就到煮粽子了。妈妈先把粽子放进高压锅，30-40分钟后，粽子就出锅啦!这粽子香喷喷的，整个家都弥漫着粽子香，我早已馋得直咽口水。我们开始品尝粽子了。哇!自己包的粽子真是别有一番滋味!
