There is nothing complicated about eating a proper diet. For good health,

and dislikes. If you eat foods from each of the basic four groups each day, you

大家好!我叫朱思怡，现在在杭州天地实验小学三年级上学。

我有一张圆圆的小脸，一双乌黑发亮的眼睛。我常将长长的头发扎成一只马尾辫，又干净又精神。在班里我成绩一般，比较内向，但是我有一两个比较好的小伙伴，我们经常一起玩耍一起学习。

我有很多缺点，我比较马虎。记得有一次数学考试，在计算题上因为我的粗心大意，不够仔细，就把3写成8，6写成9。这导致了最后计算错误。明明可以考98分的我，最后却只考了89分。

我还比较胆小，就连看见毛茸茸的小狗或者小猫，我都会害怕。因为我家邻居家养了只小狗，所以每天回家我都要躲在妈妈身后。每次看见它汪汪大叫，我就会浑身发抖，急速跑回到家中。

我缺点不少，但是我的优点也很多。比如我不乱丢垃圾，能帮妈妈做一些力所能及的家务，每天的回家作业我都能很快完成。我们班班主任还因此打电话给妈妈表扬我，因为我作业完成得快，正确率又高，上课还积极举手发言，ip学习成绩比较优秀。

我有许多优点，也有许多缺点，我要争取改正这些缺点，取长补短，让自己更上一层楼。

前不久，为了迎接体育中考，学校在每周一下午都组织全体初三学生练习长跑。但每次练习时，我总能看见三三两两的学生或蹲在树下，或坐在灌木丛后面，一边聊天，一边不时地东张西望。有同班同学经过时，他们就会问：“你们这是第几圈了?”他们的眼神里透露出欢快，也夹杂着紧张。每每看到他们，我就觉得想笑——他们是在为自己逃避长跑训练而欢快，亦或是怕被老师发现而紧张?

至今，我已有了九年的学校经历，渐渐发现身边有许多同学都有一种依赖思想——依赖他人监督。辟如做作业要班主任监督，认真上课要巡堂老师监督，做操要执勤学生监督。学校还特意设置了一种监督机制：“流动红旗制”，若是这周没有这个称号，全班都得挨批。而在这种“依赖思想”之下，又催生出了一种新的思想：“应付思想”。为了应付各种监督，在早自习之前三两笔把作业赶完，在课堂上猫在一摞教科书后面一边玩手机一边装作“认真听课”，在做眼保健操时心不在焉地揉揉眼睛……至于有什么是为了自己，想必也只有吃喝玩乐之时了。

再回到跑步这件事上。

学校为何要求我们练习跑步?直接原因当然是为了提高同学们的体育中考成绩。而教育局为何要设置体育中考?究其根源，是为了强健学生的体魄，更好地面对未来人生道路中的种.种挑战。但这好意似乎不能被多数人所领会。每次跑步前都有很多人唉声叹气，跑步时有人千方百计地逃避。他们认为自己很“聪明”，认为自己“躲过了一劫”，“捡了个大便宜”——岂不可笑哉?

如今体育中考已经结束了，只是每次体育课上老师都会要求我们跑一圈热身。每到这时，我都会尽自己的能力跑完。有人对我说：“你真傻，都考完体育了干嘛还那么拼命?”我不回答。我只知道——我不为别人，只为自己奔跑。

长大的我们，很多事情都是要自己决定。成长的过程也就是一个独立的过程，在这个过程中，首先我们就要学会自己做决定。

当我们面对生活中的小事时，我们就应该尝试着让自己来做决定了。比如，我们决定自己买哪一件衣服，卖那一双鞋等等。我们在心里要有自己的判断，根据自己的喜好，也从实际出发去选择，然后自己做出最终的决定。这还只是生活中的一些最小的事，在我们的成长过程中，我们要学会独立，首先就从这些小决定开始。

等到我们又渐渐长大，也等到我们步入了成长新的阶段，我们要做的决定也就会越来越多。并且有些决定还会影响我们的一生，所以，在自己做一些决定之前，我们要慎重的去做出决定，我们一定要想好之后才去做出决定。

成长是一个不断面对选择的过程，在这个过程当中，决定也就时常伴随着我们。并且随着我们越来越长大，那么有些决定也就会影响我们未来的成长方向，这也就不得不要求我们在做出这些决定之时，慎重的对待。

自己决定，这四个字也就意味着我们要对自己的人生负责。当我们不再是从前那个过度依赖身边人的小孩后，我们走在自己的成长道路上，我们就掌握着自己向前的方向。自己决定，我们的人生掌握在自己的手里，我们也就一定要好好的经营我们自己的人生，并且在面对每一次将会影响我们人生方向的选择上，慎重的决定。

每个人都会长大，现在的我也正在成长之中，而我也正在学会着让自己来做决定。成长的我应该要渐渐地独立，找到自己的目标，在面对选择前自己决定，然后坚定的向前，朝着自己的目标出发。

我喜欢拉二胡。拉得顺手时，我得意洋洋跟着音乐的节奏摇头晃脑，就好象演奏家的样子，如痴如醉。碰到困难时，心里不但着急，有时会说自己、打自己，还会和妈妈顶上几句。不过，跟妈妈顶完嘴后我又很后悔，你说怪不怪。

我还蛮爱做收工。别人扔弃的纸、纸盒、纸袋、布料等。我也能把它们变成一个个美丽、小巧的船、枪、车子、纸楼、滑梯、花等玩具。做手工时我很投入，无论谁叫我出去玩，我都不会离开那件没作完的作品半步。家里到处都是我的宝贝“破烂”。

我就是这样一个平凡的小女孩。

你们好！我叫钱晓悦，是个聪明伶俐的小女孩。在这个美丽的世界里，我度过了九个春节。

我在班上的个子不高不矮。在我那长相平淡的脸上，嵌着一双充满好奇的眼睛，眼睛上面有两道淡淡的八字眉，眼睛下面有一个矮矮的鼻子，它可灵敏了，只要一有好吃的，它总能第一时间闻到。以上就是我其貌不扬的长相外貌了。

我喜欢画素描画。素描画是用铅笔画的。画素描握笔姿势不像写字那样竖着握笔，而是把铅笔平卧着画。一开始，我很不习惯，后来经过培优班老师的指导和我不断地练习后，这两年我的进步很大，不仅熟练的掌握了握笔姿势，还爱上了素描，我现在还经常利用课余时间练习画素描画。

我还是一个关心班集体的孩子哟！有一次，轮到李怡然同学做清洁，可晨读铃快打响了，他还没来，怎么办？作为班干部的我非常着急。突然，我灵机一动，我可以替他作呀！于是，我拿起了扫把，把我们班的包干区全部打扫干净了。这时，李怡然来了，他和陈明翔一起把地拖好了，终于完成了清洁任务。为这老师还表扬了我和陈明翔是个关爱班集体的好孩子。
