一、影子学校如家般温馨，感动在时时刻刻点点滴滴

自从步入九龙坡区机关幼儿园，我就成为了这个大家庭中的一员;园长的和蔼可亲时时感染着我们;她的睿智、无私、悉心教导的精神感动着我们。还有我那位可爱可敬的带教导师——宋月副园长，她的谆谆教诲,似清泉般滋润着我的心田;宋月副园长亲切甜美的笑容，时时萦绕在我的眼前.......这里俨然成了我的第二个家。

二、学习实践苦累化甘甜，收获颇丰倍增幸福感

“影子”研修阶段，我们在带教老师的带领下深入“影子学校”课堂，陆续观摩了他们的半日活动，还有我们学员自己的生活活动,集中教育活动,游戏活动和环境创设。课堂上，教师们耐心地引导幼儿大胆想象，大胆表达;真诚地倾听每位孩子的发言;微笑地面对每位学生;主动“蹲”下来与孩子们一道探究知识……这无不体现了以 “学生为本”的教育理念，从而带动了学校教育的和谐发展。我们还积极地参与观课、评课。根据教学目标，围绕“教什么”“怎么教”来展开讨论。影子研修，大家均有收获，充实并快乐着!每天都有新收获，每天都在感知、感悟、感谢中得到充实

三、实践研修紧张忙碌，反思感悟倍感欣慰。

“影子研修”，每天的学习时间安排得丰富多彩。不管是班级老师的半日活动和我们学员的研讨，还是亲身参与的实践课;研修学习后，我都在不断地反思。教学前一定要认真分析学情，了解幼儿已有的生活经验和知识基础;教学时教师一定要带着思想进课堂，找准切入点、选好角度，从幼儿的角度出发来确定活动内容和方式;努力引领幼儿发挥想象,大胆创新，让每个幼儿在五大领域里得到最佳发展。

在“影子研修”培训学习阶段，我们不仅欣赏到活动里洋溢的那份浓浓人情，感受到师生之间、生生之间和谐融洽的真情，更领略了影子学校教师们对教育独到的理解和坚持不懈的探究精神，这都将是我教育生涯中一笔不菲的精神财富，一定会受益终身。

My summer vacation life is happy, rich and memorable experience. 我的暑假生活是快乐、丰富而又难忘的。因为，暑假里有妈妈带我去环境优美大运文化园玩呀，姐姐带我去吃烤翅，哥哥陪我下棋、还有小姨和姑姑陪我打牌、下棋呢，我多开心啊!

在这个暑假里，我虽然没有去参加什么兴趣班。但是，写作业、阅读、自学《新概念英语》都是我每天必须做的事情。我有时候也会打羽毛球、骑自行车、看电视、玩电脑、帮妈妈做一些力所能及的家务事。我还看了好多书，学到了好多知识，也懂得了好多道理。

在大运会期间，我以实际行动参与到志愿者服务当中，到不同的U站去参加和体验不同的活动，我还到地下停车场去宣传“绿色出行”。还能出色地完成了任务，你没想到吧，我很快就找到5名车主，同意在大运期间停开、或者不开车的签名，我作为一名大运会的小主人，我能为大运出一份力，我是多么的自豪啊!

我告别南师大校园后，再一次重温校园生活的短暂10天，但是对于我来说，这10天的回忆将陪伴我未来的诸多岁月，接到国培(20**)高中心理健康教育培训的通知时，我兴奋不已，当得知培训地点是清华大学时，真的无法用言语来表达我当时的心情。都说秋风萧瑟，到了清华我全然不觉得，清华大学的秋天的的确确是金色的，在哪里我感受着淳朴、严禁的学风，自强不息、厚德载物的博大精深，清华大学的教授送给我们最温暖的话语，一直在耳畔响起：进了清华门，就是清华人，百战归来在读书，清华以你们为荣!

本次培训收获很多，下面我分享下在学习的理念、心理课程的设计、心理咨询技术的应用三个方面的收获。

一、终身学习的理念

清华大学心理系樊富珉教授这样说：心理学是杂家，如果我们停止学习，心理学这条路是走不长远的，当然其他的专业也面临着同样的问题，但我只是心理学的老师，所以我只对心理学有发言权。樊富珉教授的这几句话对我的触动很大，尤其是第三天上沙盘技术的实践与应用课程时，我发现每一种心理技术都在实践中不断更新，增加新的内容，如果还停留在读书时所掌握的沙盘技术而进行实际操作，在某种程度上讲，一线的心理教师就是在浪费来访学生和自己的时间。要想丰富知识，与时俱进，树立终身学习的理念至关重要。

二、心理课程的设计

北京教育学院的迟希新教授分享了他的几个教案，他说分享的目的不是让我们去再加工，回到自己的学校去实践这几节课，而是要告诉我们：只要你用心做，任何一个心理主题的课程都能非常精彩，为什么没有人给中小学心理课程竖起大拇指称赞，是因为研发课程的我们还没有勇气攥起拳头拼搏。他展示的几个主题司空见惯，但是却让我们耳目一新，最受启发的就是“感恩”主题，迟希新教授说，这是个被嚼烂的主题，心理老师可以上，德育处、教导处、班会课都可以上，那么心理老师要带领学生体会和感悟的，必须有所突破。否则就像拿着盆，打上水，强行给父母洗脚一样，流于形式。迟教授的课程设计，导入部分花了很大心思，他喜欢用图片导入，这种导入方式也是很普遍的一种，但是有所不同的是，他不只是用图片还是用心在导入。他选择了一张四十几岁的儿子和白发苍苍的老母亲告别的画面切入，他保证这张图片没人看过，因为是他亲手拍的，他说那个画面对自己的触动很大，才会给自己的学生去看，常常为了找到适合的几张图片，他会神游在网络上几个小时，不能引起学生共鸣的坚决不用。从迟教授的一天课程中，我学会的不只是一些课程设计的方法，而是深刻感悟：教育，要做个有心人!

三、心理技术的应用

“澄清”是心理老师与来访学生会谈时，最常用的技术，往往一线的心理老师，认为这是应用了无数次的技术，根本不需要再考虑如何使用的问题。课上张渝鸿教授亲自指导我们现场进行“澄清”，发现很多老师，并没有达到预澄清的效果，张教授说：咨询过程是一个难于量化的过程，但是你所掌握的关于心理咨询技术的知识是可以量化的，再简单的方法都不要小看它，小看它的同时我们可能已经高估了自己。关于团体辅导与班级心理课的融合问题，张教授的见解也很独特，以往我的最大顾虑就是，团体辅导人数最多12人，要把团体辅导带进课堂，要么只带了一个空架子，要么只关注了一部分学生，其他的人仅仅是出现在课堂上而已，所以我是拒绝把心理课上成团体辅导的。张教授的观点改变了我的想法，她说：教育得从实际出发，现在高中生的学习时间特别紧张，每个班级的人数至少40人，不可能分班团体辅导，那你就要找到方法，把团体咨询的技术和效果植入到心理课堂上，什么样的心理老师最优秀，想别人不敢想的，做别人只敢想的事情。她列举了如何让学生分享感受和体验的例子。让每个学生都有参与感，都抒发感受是团体辅导的最大优势，但是心理课上做到这点很不现实，我们常用的处理方式是分组讨论，张教授给我们的建议是，渐增人数，不断增补成员的讨论方式，我们看了实拍录像，果然有想象不到效果。所以我现在我坚信：只要肯钻研，肯思考，没有解决不了的技术问题。

一、认真审题，切中题意

《中考考试说明》指出，书面表达要切中题意。看到考题后，先不要急于动笔，要仔细看清题目要求的内容，在自己的头脑中构思出一个框架或画面，确定短文的中心思想，不要匆匆下笔，看懂题意，审清格式、体裁、人物关系、故事情节、主体时态、活动时间、地点等。

二、围绕中心，拟定提纲

书面表达评分原则有四条：(1)内容要点;

(2)运用词汇和结构的数量;

(3)运用语法结构和词汇的准确性;(4)上下文的连贯性。

由此可见，要点是给分的一个重要因素。为了防止写作过程中遗漏要点，同学们要充分发挥自己的观察力，把情景中给出的各个要点逐条列出。注意短文字数不要低于或超过规定的字数太多。

三、语言通顺，表达准确

(1)避免使用汉语式英语，尽量使用

自己熟悉的句型。几种句型可交替使用，以避免重复和呆板。

(2)多用简单句型，记事、写人一般都不需要复杂的句型。可适当地使用陈述句、一般疑问句、祈使句和感叹句。不用或少用非谓语或情态动词等较复杂的句型。

(3)注意语法、句法知识的灵活运用。(4)描写人物时，要生动具体，例如：①外表特征：tall，short，fat，thin，strong，weak，ordinary-looking等;②内心境界：

glad，happy，sad，excited，anxious，interested等;③感情描写：love，like，hate，feel，laugh，cry，smile，shout等;④动作描写：come，go，get，have，take，bring，fetch等。

(5)上下文要连贯。上下文的连贯性也是评分的一条原则，同学们应注意下面过渡的用法：①表示并列关系的过渡词：and，aswellas，or等;②表示转折关系的过渡词：but，yet，however等;③表示时间关系的过渡词：first，andthen，

finally，after，before，atlast，atthattime，later，inthepast，immediately，inthe

meanwhile等;④表示空间关系的过渡词：near(to)，far(from)，inthefrontof，beside等;⑤表示比较关系的过渡词：inthesameway，justlike，justas等;⑥表示对照关系的过渡词：but，still，yet，however，ontheotherhand等;⑦表示递进关系的过渡词：also，and，then，too，inaddition，moreover，again等;⑧表示因果关系的过渡词：because，since，then，thus，otherwise，so，therefore，asaresult等;⑨表示解释说明的过渡词：forexample，infact，inthiscase，for，actually等。

四、不会表达，另辟蹊径

中考作文给分是以要点和语言准确度而定，不以文采打分。造句越简单准确越好，造复合句容易出错，容易被扣分，阅卷场上有句话：“错误面前人人平等，文采好不加分。”如遇到个别要点表达不出来或难以表达，可采用变通的办法，化难为易，化繁为简。总之，所造句子要正确、得体、符合英语表达习惯。

五、锦上添花，量力而行

如果你还有时间和精力，想把书面表达写得更好，那么，请注意以下几点：(1)句型多样化，不要i(we)……到底，使人觉得乏味;(2)适当使用一些并列句或主从复合句;(3)进一步描绘人或事物时，适当使用定语从句;(4)适当使用分词或分词短语，烘托谓语动词;(5)偶尔使用一下倒装句，增加新鲜感;(6)适当调换一下状语在句子中的位置，使句子不雷同;(7)上下句子紧接时，其中完全相同的成分可以省略，以节省篇幅。

六、书写工整，卷面整洁

字迹要清晰，让阅卷人看得清楚，不可字迹潦草，难以辨认，要保持卷面的整洁。

七、检查错误

检查错误应从以下几个方面入手：(1)格式是否有错;(2)拼写有无错误;(3)语言是否用错;(4)时态、语态错误;(5)标点错误;(6)人称是否用错。

总之，只要平时同学们多练习写作并有意运用上述方法和技巧，合理分配时间，在中考时一定能写出高质量的作文，得到令人满意的考分。

My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.

But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had no work. They lived a hard life.

i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. i used to run about every day in previous  summer vacations， but this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so. i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. though those examinations were still a year away， i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this， but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on  endless happy summers to e. with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life， for i was sustained by a hope.

I am now a student of Dongzhou Middle School, but I still remember that day when I was in a primary school.

That day, the weather was so bad. When school was over, it began to rain. All of us looked very worried, so our teacher let us go home at once.

When I went out of the school gate, I saw my father standing there. I went to him at once. My father had a raincoat, because hed just had a meeting and he went to school as soon as the meeting finished, so he had no time to return home. When he saw me, he took his raincoat off and gave it to me. I didnt want to receive it. He looked at me and said, Take it. I had to put on the raincoat, but my heart was not still. I cried, and I couldnt let myself stop. Since that day, I knew my father loved me. Oh, I cant forget that day all my life.

First of all, reading is very important if we want to learn English well. When we are reading English articles we not only get to know a lot of English words and expressions, but also get a sound sense of English language (英语语感).

Then reciting english words is also necessary because without enough vocabulary we can not understand well.

Lastly, grammar is also improtant for us because if we dont know the basic knowledge about English grammar we may not understand the sentence structures. It will cause us a lot of problems.

Of course, we will also try hard to listen more and try to talk with people in English. In this way, we can learn English well.

In the university life,i have made many good

friends.They help me improve my study and research ability, do ererything just like a man,and often give me good example to follow.

Besides what i have introduced myself above,i also have many interests in my spare time.I like playing football,which is an effective way i think to improve my body health,and it can teach me how to join in a group and deal with other people.Drawing and writing is another favor to me.
