然后，再将其分成若干个小目标。这些短期目标就好比是一格格阶梯，将现在的你和未来你想做的连接起来。它可以令你感受到计划实施的进程。能否达到最终的目标，就要看你是否按进度落实。最后，也应该是最基本详细的---每周计划。给自己制订一个精确的时间表，表中的安排一定要具体。其中的空格并不一定要被学习占满，但要保证留有充足的时间去完成学习计划。时间的选择也是有讲究的。每人可根据自己的不同情况，将自己精神最饱满的时间用在学习上。
