作文教学是语文教学过程中的一个重要环节，也是语文工具性和人文性的重要体现。但对于作文批改究竟采用什么方式，人们莫衷一是。我校近十年来在语文组开展的师生互动作文批改法，取得了显著的成绩。我认为学生互动作文批改法，切合了新课标对作文教学的要求：“为学生的自主写作提供有利条件和广阔空间，鼓励自由表达和有创意的表达。”同时又能从根本上提高学生的写作水平，也能把老师从繁重而效微的作文批改中解脱出来，真正起到事半功倍的效果它转变了写作观念，充分发挥了学生的主观能动性，尊重了学生的人格，发展了学生的人格。传统的写作是被动的写作，是为别人(老师)而写。而传统的作文批改更是一种以成人(老师)的眼光来审视学生的习作，这就多了些世故，少了些天真;多了些功利，少了些淳朴。老师高高在上，审视着一切，主宰着一切，学生只能被动地接受老师最终的评定。这种作文批改法恰恰是作文教学中的大忌。我国著名教育家叶圣陶老先生曾对作文批改作过精辟的阐述：“于批改则但为词句之修正，不为情意之增损。”，“批改乃修正学生所作意义及字句也。其意义不谬误而尚有不完全者，不必为之增;字句已通顺而尚欠凝练高古者，不必为之改。

新课程提出了“建设开放而有活力的语文课程”的基本理念，提出了“关心生活，在实践中学习、运用语文”的总目标，这无疑为提高学生的作文水平指明了方向，也为广大语文教师消除了“应试教育”时代留下的一些顾虑。于是我一方面有计划地组织学生参观、野游，让学生在活动中观察大自然的一景一物，审视社会的种种现象，体察各行各业实情。另一方面，引导学生观察身边的生活。

“ 合作”是新课程积极倡导的新的学习方式。我在作文教学中也进行了尝试。我特别重视课前动笔之前的孕育准备阶段。提前公布作文题目及要求，让学生早作准备，积累写作材料。在作文课上，我把课堂还给学生，让学生将自己的课前观察阅读感受尽情地述说出来，把自己的感悟交流同伴，从而唤起同伴的体验、认可或争辩。在这里，让学生敞开心扉，大胆地说，自由地说，生与师、生与生的交流，让信息和情感在交流中产生思维的碰撞，从而使学生既有自己的主见，有自己的选择，保留自己的个性，又不闭门造车，实现了优势互补。使他们在合作中竞争，使学生的思维自由的遨游，从而激发创新潜能，写出高质量的作文。

拿出课堂评选优秀文章，范读，让学生互相欣赏、学习、交流。

四、让学生体验成功的喜悦

苏霍姆林斯基说过：“成功的欢乐是一种学习的情绪力量。”新课标也提出让学生 “体验成功的喜悦” 。在作文教学中，我尽可能的以满腔热情给学生提供成功的机会，珍惜学生的写作成果，让学生看到劳动的价值。其途径与方法主要有：

(1)在评语和作文讲评中以表扬鼓励为主，学生作文有一点长处，一点进步，都及时予以肯定。

(2)把好作文录音后放给学生听或通过校园广播站播放。

(3)办手抄报、刊登好作文向全校发行。

(4)把优秀作文推荐投稿，争取发表机会;组织学生参加各级作文竞赛。班里学生的作文时有在县级比赛中获奖。

这些做法更加激发了学生的写作欲望。现在他们千方百计找素材，争着写，个个都想成为大作家呢!

[高中作文教学反思2篇

刚刚完成第三单元的口语交际和作文教学，感觉效果不尽人意，没有达到预期的效果。本次说写内容是自我介绍。介绍自己的特点，说真实的自己。教材的安排遵循了从说到写的原则。在整个教学活动过程中，我安排了这样几个教学环节。

一、创设情景，引出话题：

师：同学们，如果现在我们班来了一个新同学，或者你家附近搬来了一个新邻居，或者家里来了一个新客人，彼此想交朋友，认识对方，那就要进行自我介绍。你最想了解对方的是什么？为什么？你最想把自己的什么介绍给他？为什么？

学生纷纷诉说想法。最后教师小结：

自我介绍时可以介绍自己的姓名，家庭地址，以及自己外貌的最明显特点，好让对方在最短的时间内认识你，记住你，找到你。

其次是个人爱好特长优点，这样的话，彼此了解，可以有共同的爱好话题，或者相互取长补短，共同提高。

再是介绍个人的性格脾气，这样可以减少误会，彼此理解对方。最后也可以说说缺点，希望得到对方的帮助等。

这时，老师转移话题：如果把自己介绍给对方一定要面面俱到吗？

同学们纷纷表示反对，但是分析原因大都是笼统地说这样太啰嗦了，这样别人会烦的诸如此类的话语，没有考虑到这样面面俱到的介绍别人反而记不住你。最后还是老师自己告诉大家：你想要交什么类的朋友你就把你这方面的内容做具体介绍。为了让这个特点明显可以举大量的事实说明。

二、尝试介绍，生成话题

教师让学生在座位上自己准备一个特点讲讲，并且把自己介绍给同桌或者前后桌同学，让别人给你提提意见，补充事实材料。接下去的场面可算是热闹，大伙儿交头接耳，议论纷纷。我走到一位同学面前开始了交流。他给我介绍的是他的爱好。我们倆交流地挺不错，从开始时他的迷惑和不好意思交流到最后的满足的微笑，我知道他明白了。起身抬头的一刹那，竟发现好多同学在嬉笑，玩闹。多年的教学经验告诉我，他们刚才一定是扯开了话题在闲聊嬉闹。没有懊恼，没有指责，接着就是正常的师生交流，生生互动的自我介绍

三、聚焦个体，共说话题

教师回到讲台问：谁愿意第一个上来向大家介绍自己。下面是冷场。后面有一个男生站起来做介绍。他说：我介绍的是我的一个缺点：我爱管闲事。我看这个话题不错，就趁机启发：你说爱管闲事是缺点，说不定是你的优点，正是你热心的反映呢！你能把你怎样爱管闲事用具体事例告诉大家好吗？本以为为他打开了思路，没想到他却因为我的参与反而不敢往下说。花了好大的功夫才结结巴巴地，语无伦次地，辞不达意地讲了两句。下面听的同学指指点点，甚至哄堂大笑。他当然是面红耳赤，不敢再吱声。我让其他学生纠正，由于没有认真思考，把自己置之话题之外，当然也说不出所以然。接下去让别的同学来自我介绍，大家都有点紧张与担忧。不知不觉中，时间已过去了大半。教师又怕时间不够又开始了唠唠叨叨个没完：什么在介绍中定要有具体事情啦，意思一定要介绍清楚啦等等等等。可以让课堂闪光的地方却匆匆过场，让宝贵的课堂时间白白流失。遗憾！

这个环节自己感觉是最失败的，是我把课堂占用，没有把其他学生放在首要位置，是我自作多情，自作聪明，包办太多，结果适得其反。口语交际的最大特点应该在交际，让学生在交际中学会表达，在交际中学会交往。在这个过程中生生互动，师生互动才是最主要的。可能是在设计上导语上欠吸引学生，没有调动说话交际的积极性，好多学生没有参与其间，变成了只有教师与站起来介绍的同学之间的事情。这样单一的交流当然到不了学生内心需求。另外，在构建和谐课堂，文明课堂中，老师总会忘却生生之间的尊重与生生之间的评价。现在想想，如果这个环节中，我把皮球替给学生也许会起到比较好的效果。比如：听了他的这一句话——我有一个缺点是爱管闲事，你有什么想说或者想问的吗？当他支支吾吾说不下去的时候，老师帮他一把，或者让同学帮他一把可能比让他当场纠正效果会更理想些。这样，也许他不会尴尬，大伙儿会在更和谐的气氛，以更积极的状态参与其中，效果一定会更好。

Generation gap refers to the misunderstanding between the old and young.

作文教学一直是小学教育中的难题，长期以来困扰着小学语文教师，并制约了小学语文教学的改革，影响了小学语文教学效率的提高。纵观小学作文教学的现状，出现的一些问题不得不令人忧虑，诸如“假”，说假话，写假事；“大”，小孩儿说大人话，毫无童心童趣；“空”，内容空洞，不实在，不具体；“抄”，一段一段甚至整篇整篇地抄写别人的作文；“套”，千人一面，没有个性和特点，几乎是从一个模式里走出来的。究其原因，主要是几十年沿袭下来的“封闭式”作文教学所致。诸如：1 作文脱离生活。学生关在屋子里闭目塞听、闭门造车，作文成了无源之水。2 教师包办。从作文命题、立意、选材、列提纲到习作的评改，教师一人包揽，学生只能按教师设计好的“图纸”砌砖，完全剥夺了学生习作的自主权。3说写脱节。学生作文光写不说，取缔了“说”这一必要的训练形式，割断了口头表达与书面表达这一密切相关的统一体。

新课程标准的启动要求我们，在写作教学中，更新观念，锐意创新，注重创设情境，激活思维，培养学生的观察、想象、思考、表现和评价的能力，鼓励学生说真话、实话、心里话，不说假话、空话、套话，帮助学生培养健康向上的感情、态度和价值观。但学生的情感体验之浅，我们在平时的作文中也可多见，如要求学生写感人的事，学生就会写“奶奶雨中送伞”、“父母送子就医”、“教师挑灯备课”，等等。甚至更令人怀疑的是，这些事例的描写，也许是家长小时候教给学生的。总之，一句话，“学生实在没有什么东西可写”。为什么学生一碰到作文就无从下笔呢？读了那么多年书，经历了那么多事，为什么还是“没什么东西可写”呢？我认为这里有一个很重要的原因，那就是，对于书本，对于生活，学生并没有真正地用心去体验过。“体验的缺失”是学生作文空洞的主要原因之一。为此，我校在2007年承担了“体验式作文教学”的省级立项课题，需要老师们在平时的教学过程中注意“体验教学”，处处让学生有所“体验”，在“体验”中更好的成长。

［实践呈现］

（一）课前序曲：

课前打开课件主页，展示本课的教学内容、过程和有关的图片，并播放歌曲《世上只有妈妈好》，让学生跟着唱。

［设计说明］从学生熟悉的歌曲和美的画面开始，创设情境，调动课堂气氛，拉近师生的距离。图片内容是母亲与孩子的温馨画面，小时候母亲抚养教育我们，母亲老了，我们应该赡养她，给她擦脸洗脚。

（二）新课导入：

1、上课后问学生《世上只有妈妈好》是哪部电影的主题曲，转入“新课导入”页面，展示《妈妈再爱我一次》的剧情简介和视频片段。

2、观看后探究问题：

（1）大雨天妈妈找不到儿子，有怎样的表现？

（2）找到儿子，看到奄奄一息的儿子，妈妈又有怎样的表现？

（3）当儿子被他的爸爸抱走去看病时，母亲又有怎样的行动？

（4）你觉得电影中的妈妈对儿子怎样？我们有没有被感动？

3、教师导入：应该说，天底下所有母亲的心都是一样的，我们的母亲和电影中小强的母亲一样无私地深爱着我们，他们也同样的伟大。今天老师要带着大家以“感受母爱，体验真情”为主题进行一次心灵之旅。母亲是我们最亲密的人，也是最爱我们的人，我们写文章首先应该写写母亲。那么怎样才能写出对母亲的真情呢？让我们一起来看看别人是怎样写的，好不好？

①同学们找找看，你认为什么地方最感人？

②作者是在什么地方最深切的体会到母爱，从而值得她为母亲感动一生？

③想一想，如果这位小作者不善于感受生活，听到姑姑的话仍然漠然置之，根本不把这件事放在心上，能写出这样感人的文章吗？

④这段文字也运用了一些描写，但为何更为感人呢？

（3）得出结论：我们要从平凡小事中感受、体验母爱，把自己深切体验过的感情，如实地表现出来。

4、总结归纳三篇例文的启示。

［设计说明］这部分设计了三篇例文，让学生在欣赏、阅读、探究、思考别人亲情的过程中自己得出结论，明确写出对母亲亲情的三种方法。注重可操作性教学，整个过程教师只作引导，突出学生的主体性。

（四）联系自身：

1、进入“联系自身”页面，欣赏歌词《母亲》，了解在生活中母亲为我们所做的点点滴滴。

2、教师总结：回首往事，我们才幡然醒悟，母亲那寻常的小事却饱含着深爱。汪国真在《母亲的爱》这首诗中写到：我们的欢乐/是母亲脸上的微笑/我们的痛苦/是母亲眼里深深的忧伤/我们可以走的很远很远/却总走不出母亲心灵的广场。是的，母亲的爱已渗入到我们的生命之中，而我们总是在母亲的心里被牵挂和惦记。看来，母爱需要提醒，需要用心灵去感受，当然更需要表达。每一位母亲都是一篇令人百读不厌、回味绵长的华章。同学们，回忆一下吧，打开你尘封已久的记忆，翻开你成长的历程，想想妈妈曾经为你所做的一些事情，你就会感到幸福，你就会心存感激的，你就会有写作的激情和渴望，你就能抒写出对母亲的真情。用我们的笔、用我们的心来表达对母亲的感激之情吧！

3、学生当堂练笔。学生快速思考母亲对自己的爱并在网上进行交流。

4、跟老师立下爱母亲的誓言。

教师总结：希望我们今后无论干什么工作，无论走到哪里，都不能忘记今天在这里立下的誓言，也无论我们的母亲是多么的衰老，多么的体弱，她永远是我们心中最美丽的人。

［设计说明］在欣赏了别人的亲情之后马上抓住灵感进行自我感悟，当堂训练。网上交流便于信息的反馈，能更好地检测本堂课的学习效果，加强师生互动，生生互动。在学生最动情的时候，让他们立下爱母亲的誓言，表表爱母亲的决心。

（五）作业布置：

［设计说明］课堂的时间是有限的，把作业留到课后，让学生通过信息的搜集和整理进一步去阅读、感悟和写作，既培养了他们的能力，又更利于他们写出真正的真情作文。另外，母爱是需要一个人用一生去感悟的，只有在生活中真正理解、关心、热爱母亲，才是对母爱最好的表达。一个好的语文教师，不仅仅要教学生学语文，还要教学生学做人，正所谓“世事洞明皆学问，人情练达即文章”。

（六）课堂尾声：

1、进入“课堂尾声”页面，播放满文军表达母爱亲情的歌曲《懂你》。

2、教师结束语：这次和同学们一起重温了母亲伟大无私的爱。我有一种感觉，就是发现你们突然长大了，懂事了，你们懂得了母亲。就让我们从感受母爱，爱母亲开始，去感受来自生活的方方面面的爱，从而爱我们身边的人，爱我们的祖国和人民，写出真情实感的好文章吧！希望同学们都能在作文中流露真情，在生活中学做真人。
