我在上高中的时候特别自卑，因为自己长得个子很高，甚至有点“鹤立鸡群”的感觉，身高突出但是相貌不突出啊，整天顶着一张对不起观众的脸晃荡，很容易成为“攻击”的对象，所以，同学们经常和我开玩笑。其实，在现在看来，有很多事都是无关紧要，但是，为什么那个时候的自己那么伤心和在乎呢?就是因为那个阶段处于比较敏感的阶段。因为自己曾经流了不少可以不流的眼泪，浪费了许多宝贵的时间和精力，所以，我现在特别想和你们共同成长，想在你们难过、困惑、郁闷、迷茫的时候，给你们支持和鼓励。
所谓“无规矩不成方圆”，为了更好的帮助大家学习和成长，我提出几点建议，之所以说是“建议”，是因为学习是你们自己的事情，不应该是被老师逼着前进，我提出来的“建议”是为了你们更好的学习，至于采纳不采纳，就看你们学习的动力强烈不强烈了。 第一个，谁参与，谁受益。由于咱们课程的特殊性和新颖性，在课上会进行一些小游戏，通过参与游戏，切身体会其中蕴含的道理。第二个，该说的话多说，不该说的话不说。在课上，大家会有很多发言的机会，希望大家能积极踊跃的分享自己的看法和感悟。其次，课堂是咱们大家的，不是一两个人的。为了其他人的听课的权力，请不要说与课程内容无关的话。
希望在课上，我们是默契的师生关系，在课下，我们是亲密的朋友关系。在新的一学期里，互帮互助，共同成长!
