大雪纷飞的日子，我和姐姐忙里偷闲，相约去苏州玩城堡探险的游戏。

到了城堡乐园，我立刻被眼前的景象深深吸引住了：一个个大笼子吊在屋顶上，总共有三层据说有几十米高，每一层的架子颜色都不一样，象征着各种关卡，还有高难度的勇者攀岩，刺激惊险。

妈妈付好钱后，姐姐和我飞快地冲了进去，像离弦的箭。我们先在海洋球里玩耍，在大笼子里玩捉迷藏，头发乱糟糟的像个鸟窝，还在快活的打滚儿，疯成一团。这时教练走了过来，他们一男一女，男教练是个帅哥，酷酷的，女教练戴着一副圆圆的眼镜，头发长长的，看起来十分亲切。

教练指导着我们，麻利的穿上了安全服戴上安全帽，系上安全带。姐姐先带头爬了上去，主要测试的是胆量和平衡，一关比一关难，脚踩着的木板不断摇晃，绳子之间的距离越来越远，我的一颗心都悬了起来，有点波折，幸运的是前三层险险过关。

我们快活的修整一下，接着又在大笼子里爬来爬去，突然我发现了一面彩色的墙上面镶嵌着一块块“石子”。我问姐姐，姐姐说：“那是勇者攀岩的场地，你最好别去，上次我去爬，爬到半路怎么也爬不上去，吓得我在上面哭了好久才被解救下来……”我很好奇，没有玩过攀岩，更想体验一下，我说：“姐姐，我去试一下，挑战一下!”姐姐说：“那我在下面给你加油，不行就下来!”

我换好安全服，红色的帽子，精神抖擞，在教练的指导下，开始攀爬。刚开始比较轻松，因为抓着踩着的石头都是方方的，脚的着力点比较稳。渐渐的石头变成圆圆的，踩上去滑溜溜的，我一下子紧张起来，速度渐渐慢了下来，还不到一半呢，往上一望，怎么办?坚持，我又爬了一个坡度，抬起脚试探着一踩，似乎可以着力，使劲一踩，没想到一下子滑了下来，在空中打起转儿。心提到了嗓子眼，危急之际，我用手紧紧抓着上面的石头，还好上面的石头是方的，固定住了身形。又爬了一段，踩脚的石头渐渐变成了圆形，压根就踩不住，又开始打起转来，费了九牛二虎之力才重新固定了身形。我有点泄气了，害怕的在原地不敢动了!下面的姐姐喊着加油，妈妈挥着手，“我不能放弃”，这时内心有个声音响了起来，“瑶瑶加油，你是个坚强勇敢的女孩!”我一下子来了精神，前进——失败——前进——失败——前进，数不清多少次的尝试后，我使劲往上一窜，我抓住了上面的石头，向着胜利的锣鼓奔去，不知道过了多久，我终于敲响了它，“咚咚咚，我胜利了!”俯瞰下面，感觉自己高大极了!

下来的时候，我没出息的哭了起来，可是这眼泪是甜的!

那情绪为何物呢?我们记忆的过程是把感官信息经理解，在直接意识中不断回味，最终形成一段“代码”流经存在潜意识中。情绪的来源除了先天被赋予的“疼了会悲伤”、“看到喜欢的事物会快乐”等常识性情绪外，都是由后天的记忆和大量记忆学习所形成的思维范式所决定的。或许人类情感大概只有几种基本类型，但对于每个人来说，被触发的这些基本情感或情感组合、以及后续的行为都因人而异。综上所述，情感并非绝对感性，其中也有因果逻辑可寻。证明了这一点，便很有利于我们更好的理解情绪和控制调节负面情绪。

我爬到一个叫天台的地方。如果要到天台终点，则要上186阶台梯。对于累得不行的人来说，186这个数字让人感到万分疲惫和遥远。但下面那句“不可不去的景点”又十分诱惑人心。我还是决定爬上去，累又如何呢?前面那么远不也爬过来了吗?我们爬到一半，遇见几个下来的人。他们对我们说：“不去会后悔，去了更后悔，你们年轻，去看看吧。”

当我爬到那所谓的天台顶峰，我觉得那个人说的没错。不去，你不知道上面有什么，会后悔。但他后半句说错了。去了，你看到的只有白茫茫的一片，压根什么都看不见。但是，我一点也不觉得后悔。因为最起码我知道了上面究竟是个什么样子，什么也没有也没有什么关系。

同学遗憾的说，没把照相机带上来，这样就可以证明我们上来过。我笑笑，然后指了指他胸口：“自己心里知道就好了。”

楼上有很多小猴子。它们也不怕生，活泼的很。你如果有东西给它吃，它自然会一直跟着你。胆子更大一点的，会直接来和你抢。有个人可能不知道猴子会如此大胆，于是边吃边走着。我看见那只猴子沿着树干爬到树上，然后跳腾着到那个人头上的树枝上，猴子的手向下一伸，那个人惊愕的抬头。等他看清楚那个是个什么东西时，猴子已经把吃的抢走了。

站在著名的“天下第一桥上”。我感觉不到丝毫恐怖。周围全是白雾，我看不到周围的样子以及脚下的世界，我感觉不到任何紧张和害怕，我眼里也只有脚下的路。天下第一桥，大自然的鬼斧神工。

在下山的路上，经过了一个挂满“愿望”的地方，充满了人么希望与快乐。我随手拍了一张照片。回到车里，仔细看这张照片，有一个牌子上写着“一切都是最好的安排”。我觉得它说得很对，就像《牧羊少年奇幻之旅》里所说的“天命”一样。

张家界的美得用心看才看得真切。

人生，就要敢于攀登。不要担心翻过这座山就没有了。每一个明天，都是一座山。

Chinese culture, which is challenged or facing extinction because of the

developing society and changing lifestyle. Besides, China is nationwide sparing

no efforts to do it.

The protection of national and folk culture is of great significance to

Chinese cultural diversity and also to the harmonious development between local

economic and social development. It is reported that the Guangdong government

pays special attention to protecting Chaoju(潮剧)， a local drama born in Chaozhou

in the eastern Guangdong province.

In my opinion, some measures should be taken to protect traditional culture

effectively. To start with, we should make a law to regulate the society’s

performance. Besides, we should draw more people’s attention to it, for the more

they know about the importance of culture protection, the stronger the support

we can get from the public.

In a word, it is high time for us to treasure and develop our own valuable

culture.
