Yesterday I Buying equipment for my bike,A “Bicycle stopwatch”.It can tell me my velocity.

In the afternoon,I ride my bicycle in the JIANGSU UNIVERSITY.At first,I ride18km/h,but soon I ride 22-25km/h,and then I start to speed up.About 10Minutes,I keep my velocity27-28km/h,keep it a long time,so it makes me feel very tired and thirsty.But I also feel excite. It’s so Furious. Feel the joy brought by speed. Especially when the velocity is 30km/h or faster.Also it’s the reason of why I love cycling.

I ride 16km ,use about30-40 Minutes. Cycling can exercise my leg muscles.At the same time it also can exercise my endurance.So it’s a very good exercise.And it’s to me--the half of my life.Maybe someone think it’s exaggerated.But it’s ture.

i went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays this year. i liked green plants, clear rivers lovely amimals there.i breathed the fresh air on the mountain sometimes i went swimming in the river. i kept a diary every day.

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. 一开始，我们先分工，我是记账的，玉儿和萱萱是招呼客人的，凡凡是看衣服的，分完工后，我们就开始卖衣服了。因为我们那里是个下车站，从车上下来的人很多，所以那两个人就等人们下车的时候喊：“降价了!处理了!”。喊了一会后，有一些人来看衣服了，玉儿和萱萱就开始招呼客人了。她们说这件衣服哪里好，哪里好，嘴皮子都快说破了，还是没有人买。这时候有两个人过来了，她们就看了看我们的卖的衣服，其中有一个人看中了一件衣服，我们就说可以试一下，于是我们其中一个人试了一下衣服，她自己又试了一下，感觉很满意，就问我们价钱。我们说35元，她就说能不能给便宜一点?我们又说，要是你买的话，最低33元，她又说30元行吗?我们说不行，她们就往前走了。后来我们商量了一下，决定还是卖给她们，我们又跑过去把她们叫了回来，把衣服卖给她们了。成功卖出一件后，我们又再接再厉，卖出了第二件。

随着时间越来越晚了，顾客也越来越少了，我们就收摊了。那天晚上我们一共卖出两件，虽然很少，但是我们还是很高兴，我也体验到了卖衣服的感觉了，原来大人卖东西是这么辛苦。一晚上下来，

This August I went to a two-week long English camp which was held by English Beacon in Yantai city, Shandong Province. There were over a hundred middle school students from all over the country and thirty experts in English teaching participating in this exciting camp.

While we were there, it was required that we speak only English to our teachers and with each other. There were many activities which were funny and helped us to strengthen our oral English skills, such as, the Second Annual National Debate for Middle School Students,the Third National English Speech Competition for Middle School Students and English parties. We also visited many places of interest. Learning English was exciting and the teachers were very friendly and helpful. This camp was a real life-changing experience that I will never forget.

this year‘s summer vacation was most enjoyable. i spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where i saw mountains fields covered with green plants. sometimes i went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.
