When we talk about dreams, we are so excited, we have many dreams, such as being a famous person, traveling around the world and so on. Dreams are what we pursue for a lifetime, with many dreams, we have motivation to fight for our life. The opposite side of dream is reality, we have to face reality everyday, reality is what we perceive in our life. Reality always frustrates us to be successful. We need to balance them. First, we need to face reality, though it is not ideal, we live in a world, we have to know exactly who we are. Second, to make our dreams come true, we need to adjust our dreams according to the reality.

很小的时候，我就有了自己的梦想——当一名医生。那时，我并不是因为喜欢它而去向它努力奋斗，是因为我身体弱，好生病，每次打针我都会痛的哇哇大哭，我恨极了那个医生。于是，我便在心里悄悄埋下一颗种子，长大后也要当一名医生，去“报复”他，让他尝尝针头扎进屁股里的那种撕心裂肺的疼……

于是，这个梦想在我心中生根、发芽，直到那一天我才明白做医生的真正含义。2008年5月12日，汶川发生8。0级大地震，当时在全国上下引起了很大的震动，一波又一波的人赶去救援现场。那时我也揪着心，每天都准时收看新闻频道。当我看到失去一条条的生命，正为之难过时，我发现总会有几个穿白大褂的医生在镜头里奋力地抢救着受伤人员，他们不抢镜头、不争名夺利，不顾自己生命的安危，艰难地穿梭在废墟中。他们在用自己的生命与灾难作斗争为伤员争取生还的希望。手烂了，脚破了，尽管有些医生也受了很严重的伤，但他们仍不顾自己的伤痛，坚持在救灾第一线，从废墟中救出一个又一个的生命……

当我看到那样的情景时，我的眼睛湿润了，心在隐隐的作痛。此时，我好像明白了什么，明白了医生的工作并不是我想象的那样轻松与美好。它是高尚的、纯洁的、辛苦的!他们把自己的生命奉献给了别人，所受的压力和困难是可想而知的啊!可在医生忘我的工作中，他们的父母、孩子又何尝不为他们牵肠挂肚呢?这些千千万万的医生是多么可爱，多么无私啊!他们的行为感动了天、感动了地，同时也感动了我。此时我在心中更加明确了自己的梦想??我要当一名救死扶伤的好医生!

我知道，当医生要有好的学问，好的品格。为了实现自己心中的梦想，那么从现在开始我便要做好准备。首先我要一直努力学习、虚心进取，长大后好考上梦想的大学，更加努力、深入地研究医学。其次我要开始学习体谅别人，因为我不仅要当一名医术高超的医生，还要做一名理解病人的医生。这样好在病人丧失信念的时候，给予他们活下去的希望以及战胜病痛的信心。而且我还要学会坚持不懈，因为作为一名医生在手术台上的时候，每一次轻易的放弃便是一个生命的离去。我现在最需要练习的是耐心，因为在做手术的时候，每一次的不耐烦便是对一个生命的不负责任啊!

Everybody have a dream, because we’re dreamers. In our heart, there is a colorful dream. Sometimes the dream is perfect, sometimes it’s special, sometimes it’s sweet, sometimes it’s yummy.

In my dream, there are some children. I always play games with them and enjoy ourselves. There are so many candies, too. Blue candies, pink candies, orange candies, apple candies…How delicious! In my dream, there is a special sky. In our world, the sky is blue, but the sky of my dream is pink, some angels are having fun there. In my dream, white bird can fly high, flowers can sing songs, frogs have a jump race, tomatoes are blue, potatoes are yellow, all the things are different.

In my dream, Chinese people, Korean people, Japanese people, Italian people, Spanish people, American people and Russian people are hand in hand. All the people smile for ever. It is a balanced world. .

医生被人们称作白衣天使，受到人们的尊敬。我对白衣天使更是有特殊的感情，因为他们给了我和妈妈第二次生命，是我家的救命恩人。

在妈妈生我之前，患有脑结核，所以要做手术，而且手术风险很大。那个时候，医疗设备不是很先进，只有百分之五十的成功率。如果成功了，就什么都好了，如果不成功，就会半身瘫痪。手术成功了！谢谢医生，你救了我妈妈，才有我，谢谢你。

去年十一月份，一天晚上，妈妈在洗脚时，发现小腿有点浮肿，用手指头按上去就会有一个小窝。妈妈决定第二天去做一个检查。检查结果出来，妈妈的肾脏出现了毛病。医生说：“肾病不容小视，建议你到州城做进一步检查。”妈妈听了医生的建议，第二天去了州城。到了州城，医生看了妈妈的检查结果，建议妈妈住院治疗。妈妈在州城医院做了很多检查，其中风险最高的检查是穿刺，十厘米长的针，刺进了妈妈的肾脏，抽出了两条头发丝粗，十厘米长的肉丝作为检查标本。检查结果为肾病综合症。这个病是个慢性病，医生给妈妈开了一大箱药，但只有一个月的药量，医生说：“至少要吃一年半的药。”妈妈在州城住了一个多月。在那一个多月里，爸爸两边跑，既要照顾生病的妈妈，也要牵挂我的学习和生活，非常劳累。我也天天想妈妈，连坐在教室里都想，不能安心学习。睡在病床上的妈妈也惦记我，天天打电话。一个多月后，妈妈终于恢复了健康，我们一家人又可以天天在一起了。谢谢医生，医治好妈妈的病，我们一家人才能幸福地生活在一起……

In my opinion, the movie “ the pursuit of happyness “ is a eaningful film, the hero of the movie is an active man. Though his life was very hard, his wife left because of the situation of their family, his work was also unfortunate, he never gave up and still work hard, then he took care of his little son. He is going after happiness all the time, so his life is running . Time is very importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldn’t live a steady life , he has to pay the rent and taxes and so on, but he insist on taking every chance to make his life live better and he believe in himself.
