语文期中考试结束了，为了使今后的教学更上一层楼，现对本次考试及教学工作作进行以下的反思。

本次语文试卷总分为120分，第一部分语言积累与运用(含书写)占300分，诗词赏析题占5分，文言文阅读和课外现代文阅读45分，作文40分。

1、80%的学生基础题答得不错，仅有一些知识点没有掌握，如标点符号的运用，成语的正确使用等;部分学生字音、字形上还是掌握不牢固，所以在今后的教学中仍应重视基础知识的教学。在新课程中，生字拼音的教学仍是必须的，并且加大书写和训练的力度，做到常写常查，以便让学生掌握扎实。另外在练习中出现一些老知识点(如成语积累等)和附录中的标点符号一定要讲，而且要练习，要让学生正确使用。

2、诗词默写仍然没有做到百分之百的掌握，甚至个别优秀学生也出现了错误。我想可能有的学生复习时背过了，但考试一紧张又忘了。二是有两首诗不要求背写，考试时却出现其中的诗句，如“谁道人生无再少，门前流水尚能西”，这个诗句在课标中是不要求背诵的，考试时出了，给个别语文学困生出了难题，以至于学生不会写某个字而失分。由此可见，对于古诗词，我作为教师，抓的还是不够细致，不够严谨，光靠口头的提问和组长的检查是不够的，老师应该亲自督查，尤其几个平时较差的同学，一定要坚持让他们过关，不轻易放掉一个学生。

3、诗词赏析和文言文出现了两极分化的现象，优秀的不丢分，失分的就几乎没得到分数。因为教师在复习时，会大力气抓诗词和文言文，所以大部分学生掌握很牢固，加上这些知识比较死板，没有太大变化，学生容易拿满分。可是，个别做过几次的题目，有的学生依然不会，这是教师忽略了，总以为点点知识点，学生就能掌握了，其实不然。以后自己要在“细”字上下功夫，一个读音，一个字义，一句翻译……，绝对不让学生因“小”失“大”。

4、学生的阅读能力差，不能做到整体感知。如在议论文阅读中找论点还有学生在错，这说明学生整体把握文本的能力较差。个别开放题表达不到位，不能很好的组织语言，可能对问题答案心知肚明，却不知该如何表达，甚至不能从文中提炼相关语句。另外，也出现了审题不清的情况，所以答非所问。因此教师要多进行一些现代文阅读练习，加强对学生的引导，从而逐步提高学生的阅读能力。

5、学生的口头、文字表达能力较差。在作文过程中，学生的语言干巴巴的，不够生动形象，缺乏感染力，有的选材比较陈旧，篇章结构也缺少章法。因此，以后要注重学生的课外阅读，多欣赏美文，多摘录好词佳句，以提高词汇存储量，还有多关注生活关注时代，为作文注入新鲜的血液。

在今后的教学中，更加注重激发学生学习语文的兴趣，不断优化课堂教学手段，使课堂活跃有序，讲练结合，读写结合，让学生在启发中学到知识，受益匪浅。让学生做学习的主人，鼓励自主学习，积极探讨。

另外，新课程教材中的课文涉及的知识面广了，所以作为语文教师要不断给自己引入源头活水，扩大自己的知识面，要做好语文与其他学科的整合工作，加强语文与其他学科的联系。

以上是我对前一阶段工作的总结与反思，反思才能发现问题，反思才能汲取经验，反思才能更好的进步。

The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the two most important holidays in the Chinese calendar (the other being the Chinese Lunar New Year), and is a legal holiday in several countries. A thick pasty filling is surrounded by a relatively thin (2-3 mm) crust and may contain yolks from salted duck eggs. Mooncakes are rich, heavy, and dense compared with most Western cakes and pastries. They are usually eaten in small wedges accompanied by Chinese tea.

It is known to us all that some students cheat in examinations at school.

As students, we often take examinations at school, but sometimes we have too many examinations which are too difficult for us. On the other hand, some of us are lazy and dont work hard at their lessons. So when taking examinations, they sometimes cheat in order to get better results to please their parents and teachers.

In my opinion, it is wrong to cheat in examinations because it breaks the rules of schools. We students should be honest and try to get good results by studying hard instead of cheating in examinations. Whats more, we should improve our study methods and get well prepared for examinations.

梅雪同舞，刹那芳华。

雪与梅，冬之代表。

飘雪之晨，我倚窗而坐，柔荑托颚，静观雪景。雪零星落下，如窗花飘零，而天公并不作美，接之遂化无；似美人，伊着一袭素衣，袅娜身姿舞，款款而至；如无香之梨花，但雪因无香，平添了几分素净，安宁，淡雅，清新，似不食人间烟火的仙娥。

至院，见雪洒满地，即止。不忍心踏之，如此美好之物，怎能忍心践踏或蹂躏？静静立着，雪也不间断地落着，雪与我，似是已化进这冬季里了。雪伴我，无孤独之感，倒是添了些许欢愉。悄悄地，我们谁也不言，生怕坏了这静。我们认为，只须这样久久凝视，足矣。

今天下午第二节课，我们英语考试。

上课前，同学们都准备的很好，上课了，我们急忙跑到教室里静息。英语老师来了，说：“今天我们考试，背你们喜欢的课文，现在开始练习。”一分钟过后，老师念同学的名字，同学们上来背自己喜欢的课文，我的的是优，我觉得其他人的分数也不低。老师说：“考试完的可以写作业，看书，剪纸，画画，不过不能说话。”同学们有的写作业，有的看书，有的剪纸，还有的画画，大家安安静静，没有人说话。下课了，老师说：“你们考试的分数都很高。”老师高兴的走了。我心里想：老师平时就很辛苦，加上要给我们改作业，讲课，我们一定要认真听讲，积极发言。有时候我们说话，老师心里很不开心。

I have many dreams, such as I am rich in the future. Therefore, I can buy

一. 心理

古人云，不战而屈人之兵，很大程度上取决于心理因素。随着四六级考试改革的深入，会有，更新，更难的题目，包括作文题目出现，这样就要求我们有处惊不变的能力。即使是出现某种没有预料到的题型，考生也应该及时调整心态、从容不迫地应答。事实上，历史经验证明：题目要求越是高，难度越是大，考生的发挥余地也就越大。挑战和机遇是成正相关的。

二. 评分

知己知彼，百战不怠。熟悉老师的评分习惯，对于考生正常、甚至是超常发挥自身水平也十分有益。正常情况下，阅卷老师要领会贯彻考试规定的评分原则，依照文章的结构和语言水平进行评分。然而，除此以外，有“两个基本点”我们也需要给予足够的重视——闪光点和语法点。在一篇出类拔萃的范文中，我们往往可以看到像提问法、谚语总结法、从句、并列句、理由段公式、理由词汇、路线句型、插入语、名词化、和被动语态等等闪光点;而在一篇低分例文中，基本的语言错误则多得数不胜数。

三. 休息

考试迫在眉睫时，同学们往往容易进入一种临考状态。这种状态比较突出的表现是夜不能寐。尤其是在专业课和全国四六级考试纷至沓来的时候，很多同学更是发扬连续作战的精神，通宵达旦，头悬梁、锥刺骨。其实这对于像四六级考试这样的高强度考试而言是有百害而无一益的。道理很简单，四六级考试对于一个学生来说，不仅是一次英语水平的综合测试，也是一种意志力、甚至是体力的考验。没有良好的休息作为后盾，考生很难笑到最后。所以，保证充足的睡眠是最基本也是首要的应试技巧。

四. 营养

无庸置疑，营养的摄入在最后关头也是异常重要的一环。在保证充分睡眠的同时，食物是另一个“工夫在诗外”的客观因素。尤其是参加四级考试的同学，早餐一定要定时定量，不可或缺。一般来说，类似奶酪苏这样的奶制品外加一杯热牛奶或者热巧克力已经足以提供整个半天考试所需的热量，当然，这也因人而异。有些体质虚弱的同学也可以考虑服用一些如西洋参、鸡精这样的营养品。不过，安眠药等有副作用的药物一定要慎用，否则过犹不及。

五. 审题

磨刀不误砍柴工。在落笔前花两三分钟时间进行构思，既有利于理清行文思路、也避免了差之毫厘、失之千里的遗憾。尤其是在应对图表类作文时，我们更是要看清图表，牢牢把握各个数据的变化和相互关系，才能够下笔。否则张冠李戴，即使文章本身再不同凡响、语惊四座，也只会竹篮打水、甚至起到适得其反的效果。

六. 卷面

对于像作文这样的主观题而言，考生与阅卷老师从来就犹如搏弈，无形中彼此互动、相互影响。一个考生可以做的，首先是通过卷面给阅卷老师下意识地传达个人信息。用笔的颜色(深蓝色使人心情放松愉快)、粗细(粗线条给人以安全感)，整齐划一的格式(段首或一律顶格或一律空两格)，明了的段落感(每段空一行)，清晰的字数感(一行以十字为宜)，工整的字迹都会给任何阅读者留下深刻的正面印象，从而使考生先发制人、取得先机。

七. 结构

有始有终、首尾照应，是任何一篇好文章的基本标准之一，也是两大评分原则之一。如果说广大考生已经给第一段以足够重视的话，那么是不是大多数考生都意识到了理由段的条理和最后一段的呼应在全文中所具有的不可忽视的地位了呢?其实，要写好理由段，我们只需要注意表示启承转合的衔接词即可。而要写好结尾，最好的方法莫过于温故而知新，回顾第一段的大致内容了。

八. 表达

言之无文，行而不远。语言作为评分原则中的基本要素之一，在四六级作文评分的整个过程中具有决定性作用。有评分老师甚至断言：“It is not what you say, it is the way that you say it.”(重要的并不在于考生写了些什么，而在于考生是怎么表达的。)虽然这种说法本身似乎有失偏颇，可是参加过国际标准化英语考试的同学应该也听说过那么一句话，叫做：“Give the monkey exactly what he wants.”(给阅卷老师最想要的。)，不是吗?譬如同样是描述数据，一些同学拘泥于图表本身，动辄按部就班地引用图表上现成的数字和年代，其实这都是图表作文的忌讳。聪明的同学引而不用，他们常喜欢用倍数、分数、小数、百分比、或者一些动词(double / triple / quadruple)来表现极端数据，动态数据以及他们的相异之处。

九. 检查

行百里者半九十。一篇成功的作文少不了反复推敲、一再修改。然而，由于考试时间和条件等诸多因素的限制，考生绝对需要慎重对待作文的检查和修改。这里，我不得不提考生检查作文时的三大“通病”，即，数字数、孤芳自赏、和做结构与内容上的修改。我们必须明确：考试作文的润色和修改只需要达到三个目的即可：1. 拼写正确，看文章中是否有汉字、多余符号、糊乱涂改、划线、和错别字;2. 搭配正确;和3. 语法正确，特别是人称、时态、和单复数的三一致。

鲁迅先生说过，世界上本没有路，走的人多了也就成了路。我们要善于在学习实践中发现、总结和运用规律，这样才能够在复习迎考的过程中事半功倍，百尺竿头、更进一步。路漫漫其修远兮，愿以此文抛砖引玉。

我不知道这是怎么了。

我与妈妈的关系极度恶化。我已经厌倦了她总是孜孜不倦的对着我絮絮叨叨;厌倦了她对她完全不曾接触过的事物妄加评论;厌倦了她对我的选择我的喜好指手划脚。她说我不再是那个乖巧伶俐的女儿，我的行为都很愚蠢，我的每一个判断都不够准确，我不谦虚同时还极度不自信。。。。我们互相看彼此不顺眼，于是大战时有发生。

In most schools and colleges the examination is used as a chief means of deciding whether a student succeeds or fails in mastering a particular subject. Although it does the job quite efficiently， its side effects are also enormous.

The most undesirable effect is that examinations encourage bad study habits. As the examination score is the only criterion for his academic performance， a student is driven to memorize mechanically rather than to think creatively. Examinations do not motivate a student to seek more knowledge， but to restrict his reading; they do not enable him to study consistently throughout the semester， but to induce cramming during exam week.

Examinations also lower the standards of teaching. Actually， few of us admit that examinations can contribute anything really important to the students academic development. If thats the case， why cant we make a change and devise something more efficient and reliable than examinations?

最不受欢迎的影响是,考试鼓励不好的学习习惯。考试分数是为他的学业成绩的唯一标准,学生是驱动的机械记忆而不是创造性地思考问题。考试不能促使学生去追求更多的知识,而是限制他阅读;他们不让他持续在整个学期学习,但是在考试周诱导填鸭式。

考试也降低教学标准。因为教师本身往往通过考试成绩来判断,他们往往通过考试成绩来判断,减少训练他们的学生考试技巧。没有对象可以教成功仅仅通过与意图接近考试。

事实上,我们很少有人承认考试可以贡献任何学生的学术发展非常重要。如果是这样,为什么我们不能做出改变,设计出比考试更有效、更可靠的东西?
