一个快乐的暑假已经过了一大半了。在这个假期里，我的收获还真是很丰富呢，打篮球、学数学、还参加了海洋知识夏令营，而我觉得最有意思的还是和同学一起去海边玩沙子。

在一个阳光灿烂的周末，我、窦子跃和**杰一起来到了南戴河。我们住在一个农家院，距离海边只有一公里左右。我们换好游泳裤，说说笑笑，不知不觉就到了海边。

一到海边，我就听见“哗哗”的声响，那是远处巨浪滔天的大海，卷起一朵朵洁白的浪花，拍击着礁石。海边的人真多呀！有的在玩水枪，有的在玩沙子，还有的在海上游泳。见到了大海，我就迫不及待地要下海游泳。冰凉冰凉的海水轻轻地拍打在身上，太爽了！

我正游着，窦子跃和**杰过来了，说：“邹永昊，咱们玩沙子，怎么样？”我说：“好哇，可是咱们做个什么呢？”他们问：“你说呢？”我愁眉苦脸想了一会。这时，我看见有些人用沙子把自己埋起来，就也想试一试。于是，我指给他们看：“咱们也像他们那样，互相埋人吧。”他们都拍手叫好。

我们首先挖了一个大坑，然后并排坐了进去。过了有十分钟，我们仨就把腿都埋好了；又过了一会，我们的身子也都不见了，只有头露在了外面。沙子被太阳照得烫烫的，铺在身上很舒服。我们闭上眼睛，躺在沙坑里，享受了一阵子。我们的妈妈给我们照了几张相片。她们说，像我们这样，把身子埋在沙子里，还能治疗皮肤病呢。

“埋人”游戏结束后，我们要在沙滩上建一座“珠穆朗玛峰”。我们拿起铲子，弓下腰，“咔嚓”、“咔嚓”地开始挖“土”了。我们把这些“土”当地基，打的打、堆的堆、踩的踩，在眼前出现了一幅热闹景象。打好地基后，我们用沙子堆山了，嘿呦嘿呦，累得我们一个个满头大汗。渐渐地，山已经成形了。

我的首要任务是提高学习成绩。去年我的学习成绩没有取得很大的突破，在新学年里，我要把各科的考试成绩都提高到95分以上！

Yesterday I Buying equipment for my bike,A “Bicycle stopwatch”.It can tell me my velocity.

In the afternoon,I ride my bicycle in the JIANGSU UNIVERSITY.At first,I ride18km/h,but soon I ride 22-25km/h,and then I start to speed up.About 10Minutes,I keep my velocity27-28km/h,keep it a long time,so it makes me feel very tired and thirsty.But I also feel excite. It’s so Furious. Feel the joy brought by speed. Especially when the velocity is 30km/h or faster.Also it’s the reason of why I love cycling.

I ride 16km ,use about30-40 Minutes. Cycling can exercise my leg muscles.At the same time it also can exercise my endurance.So it’s a very good exercise.And it’s to me--the half of my life.Maybe someone think it’s exaggerated.But it’s ture.

I am going back to my hometown this summer.I will take a good rest when I get home after a years hard work. I will eat all the nice foods I have been missing for so many years. buttons to be snowmans eyes and carrots for its nose. After making our snowman,

our snowman more beautiful. The last time I making a snowman was when I was in

university. But it snowed rarely these years. Thus, making snowman has become

Today is Halloween in the west. I went to suzhou park with my parents and went to Halloween.

暑假趣事早上，我4点起床，刷牙洗脸5分钟完毕，4:30我家摩托车开始发动，到肯德基门口前“新概念英语班”举办的夏令营营地，我到那儿时，车上已坐满了人。

我们在车上有说有笑，结果说完了，连小半的路还没行完，只有看电影，三部电影看完了才到旅游景点。

到了天目湖漂流，校长说在竹筏上“打仗”——也就是打水仗。来到湖上，水碧绿碧绿，近看，水清澈，一个胳膊伸下去了还能看见手。我们拿好买来的水枪来到小岛上。我弯下腰拿起水底的石头，往另一个竹筏砸去，石头砸在水里，浪花四溅，船上的人，全都弯下腰，其他也学这样。到了岸上，我们身上全都湿了，呵!活脱脱一群“落汤鸡”!

第三天，我们去爬祈山，我从泉水下取出一块鹅卵石大小的石头做纪念。并且灌了一瓶真正的山中泉水，我喝一口味道不怎么样，就喳喳喳的品起来，我品出了甜味。

爬山了，我的脚开始出水泡了，只能走一路扶着石头走一路，总算到山顶了，瀑布声非常大，说话根本听不见。我们又去千岛湖。

千岛湖上的小岛郁郁葱葱，让人感觉到很放松，我们去了情人岛，我在小溪里感受水的清凉，我们在湖里发现青蛙、小虾，还有石纹鱼，在这里我又成了笑话人物，我不小心踩了一块长满青苔的石头，一滑，水花四溅，一屁股坐在水底，大家都快笑死了。我发现三条石纹鱼，一只清澈透明的小虾。下午1:30，我们坐车回到家，把泉水和石头拿出来，老爸连称说：“为什么不给我带一块石头。”

我这次旅途是最愉快的，自然之美就是不一样。

Last Sunday, Jack had a relaxing Sunday. He got up 6 o’clock. After breakfast, Jack played basketball with his friends. They were very happy. Then he played the guitar in the room. 三多做理综题。只会一味的死记硬背公式是不会在理综上拿到高分的。理综注重的是灵活运用，只有多做题，题型见多了，遇到相似的题就知道该如何下笔。像我在那抓破脑袋想这题应用什么公式，好不容易公式想出了却不知道该如何解题，时间浪费了分也丢了。

四整理笔记，回顾以前所学的知识。学过的知识只有不断回顾才能让它记忆深刻。像我总是把以前所学的知识全都堆积到考试前几天来复习，这种做法不仅没有效果还让我越复习越紧张。把笔记整理几遍可以发现哪些知识是重点，哪些知识自己还没吃透等等。

五利用网络多和别人交流。网络是个很好的交流平台，我们可以在网上与他人互相交流学习经验，了解大学的招生信息等等。

所谓天才人物指的就是具有毅力的人，勤奋的人，入迷的人和忘我的人。我会充分利用好这个暑假，以的状态去面对新学期的到来。

这千山万水之中，金鞭岩更有诱人的魅力。吃过午饭，我们就迫不及待地去游金鞭岩。从住宿地沿着水平如镜的溪水而下，走一会儿路，就到了金鞭岩。这岩三面直垂，高三百多米，突厄挺立，直刺云天，在夕阳的辉映下，金鞭岩金光灿烂，十分壮观。岩顶上挺拔的古松，伸出长长的手臂，好像在欢迎我们这些游客。
