每年3月22日是世界水日，今年的主题就是水利发展与和谐社会。众所周知，人类居住的地球，被称之为“水星球”。地球表面虽然有71%的面积被水覆盖，但其中海洋咸水就占了97。5%，而这些水是不能直接利用的。除去地球两极冰山，人类容易利用的淡水只是地球总水量的0。2%。水对我们人类十分重要、十分宝贵，人体内大约70-80%都是水。水是我们最亲密的朋友，我们每一天都离不开水。然而，我们却对水资源十分不珍惜，水环境已经被我们严重污染。

来看看一些数据吧！联合国在发表的一份报告指出：20世纪全世界总的耗水量增加了6倍多。全世界淡水总消耗量年增长率为2。5%，比人口增长率高出1倍。到2025年，全球人均年可用水量将减少1/3。最新资料显示，到目前，世界上已有100个国家缺水（包括中国），26个国家严重缺水，40%的人口遭受缺水之苦，每年有2500万人因水污染而死亡，有10亿人喝不到干净的饮用水。而我国人均水资源占有量仅相当于世界人均水资源占有量的四分之一；在全国600多个城市中，竟有400多个城市供水不足。并且，我国的水污染问题也很严重：我国江河流域普遍遭到污染，且呈发展趋势。对全国55000km的河段调查表明，水质污染严重而不能用于灌溉的河段约占23。3%，45%的河段鱼虾绝迹，85%的河段不能满足ⅲ类水质标准，生态功能严重衰退。就如今年5月29日发生的太湖蓝藻事件，就是因为周围的工厂排放污水不当而造成的，从而给太湖附近的居民饮水、用水带来了极大的不便。江苏无锡市城区的大批市民家中自来水水质当日起突然发生变化，并伴有难闻的气味，无法正常饮用。不少市民开始大量购买各种瓶装、桶装的纯净水和其他品种的饮料，他们担心用变质水做饭影响健康。直到6月3日下午，蓝藻污染导致的异味才基本清除。

面对如此严重的问题，作为学生，我们应该做些什么呢？因为我们没有先进的设备去将已受污染的水回收并再次利用，也没有办法将咸水变为淡水，所以，我们只有从身边的点滴小事做起，从生活细节中节约用水。比如：用水完毕后，将水龙头关紧；对花草树木进行浇灌时，最好选择在夜间，如遇到雨天则停止浇灌；在洗手、洗澡时，如要打肥皂，尽量先将水暂时关闭；洗一些小件的衣物时，尽量用手洗；如发现漏水现象，应及时进行修理；可将一个重物置于马桶的蓄水槽中，减少每次的冲水量。我们还可以废水利用：用洗过菜、水果的水来浇花，用洗过衣服的水来冲马桶等。这些办法都可以达到节约用水的效果。即使现在无法解决这个问题，我们还可以在将来学好知识后，利用先进的科学技术，将咸水变为淡水，将受污染的水回收后进行处理并再次利用。而且，我们还可以在课余时间，多做一些宣传活动，呼吁更多的人来节约用水，保护水资源。还有，如发现有排放污水不当而导致其他水源受污染的情况，也可以及时向有关部门举报，以便及时制止。

我们也要保护资源，我们可以用淘米水洗菜，再用清水清洗，不仅节约了水，还有效地清除了蔬菜上的残存农药;洗衣水洗拖帕、帚地板、再冲厕所;大、小便后冲洗厕所，尽量不开大水管冲洗，而充分利用使用过的“脏水”;夏天给室内外地面洒水降温，尽量不用清水，而用洗衣之后的洗衣水;自行车、家用小轿车清洁时，不用水冲，改用湿布擦，太脏的地方，也宜用洗衣物过后的余水冲洗……

五、锦上添花，量力而行

看到这里我，又想起来上课的时候老师教给我们的知识了。我们国家是一个特别缺水的国家，水资源在我们的生活中充当了十分重要的作用，我们必须要珍惜和节约使用水资源。想到这，我赶快跑过去把水龙头给关上了。关上水龙头之后，我就一直在想一个问题，为什么大家都不知道珍惜水资源呢？老师给我们讲过的知识我们也都听过，不要看着没开水龙头里面都会流出来，水似乎永远也流不完。其实水资源是有限的，我们现在不以为然，如果真的有一天地球上真的没有了水资源，之后怎么后悔也是来不及的！如果真的有一天我们人类最后一滴眼泪成为了地球上的最后一滴水那么我们就追悔莫及了！

让我们从小事做起，一点一滴的节约水资源吧！

“地球上的最后一滴水，将会是人类的眼泪。”水是生命之源。大家知道地球之所以拥有生命，就是因为它拥有水源。科学证明，人一星期不吃东西还能存活，而缺了水却不能生存。禾苗、花草、树木没有水的滋润，就要枯萎，动物离开了水，就会灭亡。鱼儿缺了水就无法在游动。有时候一滴水就能取决于一个人的生死。所以无论是生活用水、生产用水、农田灌溉，水都与我们的生活息息相关。

水，是生命的源泉。没有水，万物就会消亡，没有水，人类无法生存，没有水，就不会有秀美的湖光山色……节约用水，不仅仅是一句口号，应该从爱惜一点一滴水做起，牢固树立“节约用水光荣，浪费用水可耻”的观念，时时处处注意节约用水。

可是，人类还是不珍惜水，浪费水的现象处处可见：在用水期间去开门、接电话、换电视频道，而且不关水龙头；洗手、刷牙、洗脸时不关水龙头；水用完就倒掉等。只要人类改掉这些不良习惯，就能节约很多用水，不仅为自己省了钱，也为社会节约了水资源。

节约用水的方法也有很多：刷牙时用杯子接水，用剩下的水来洗刷衣物；洗衣服时衣物集中洗涤，减少洗衣次数；洗澡时，间断放水淋浴，搓洗时及时关水，避免过长时间冲淋；盆浴后的水可用于洗衣、洗车、冲洗厕所、拖地等。

虽然节约的水很少，但是只要累计起来，用处还是很大的。中国本来就很缺水，据统计。一个中等城市每年浪费的水相当于一个洞庭湖的水量！

节约用水，珍爱生命之水！

When he saw me, he took his raincoat off and gave it to me. I didnt want to receive it. He looked at me and said, Take it. I had to put on the raincoat, but my heart was not still. First of all, reading is very important if we want to learn English well. When we are reading English articles we not only get to know a lot of English words and expressions, but also get a sound sense of English language (英语语感).

Then reciting english words is also necessary because without enough vocabulary we can not understand well.

Lastly, grammar is also improtant for us because if we dont know the basic knowledge about English grammar we may not understand the sentence structures. It will cause us a lot of problems.
