玩电脑游戏也存在一些弊端。比如长时间玩电脑游戏会对我们的视力造成危害，使我们的视力急剧下降。如果更长时间的玩电脑游戏，就会近视，到时变成“四眼”既麻烦模样也不好看。人天生下来必须运动才能保持身体健康，如果总是玩电脑游戏，不去户外活动活动身体就会生病。

沉浸于电脑游戏甚至会荒废学业。现代时期每个人都有自己的工作，沉迷电脑游戏就会不务正业。现在有很多同学整天下课就是专门谈论电脑游戏，这关咋打，那关咋玩。上课时脑子里想的都是电脑游戏，老师讲的一点也听不进去。考试时玩得最凶，到了最后，差点都让他留级。

电脑游戏会让我们上瘾，觉得缺少它好像没有太阳一样暗淡无光。玩电脑游戏就好像家常便饭，甚至对亲人有了潜在的攻击意识。谁阻止你就成了你的仇人，还会加害于他们。

通过我的一系列调查，我个人认为玩电脑游戏的利大于弊。长期被电脑游戏迷惑而沉浸于虚拟时空中，电脑游戏最终会像一个邪恶的怪兽，吞噬掉每一个小朋友的纯洁的心灵。我提倡大家最好不要玩电脑游戏，想玩也要有规律的玩，有节制地去玩，电脑游戏只占大多游戏的百分之几，除了电脑游戏，我们还可以去玩玩健身之类的游戏，那样游戏才能有益身心健康。

还是要把学习放在第一位，每当遇到想玩电脑游戏的时候，心里总想一个问题：电脑游戏对我们是不是有害?是利大于弊，还是弊大于利呢，当想通、想正确了这个问题，我们就会有节制地去把控好玩电脑游戏，处理好我们的学习、生活等方方面面的问题。我向大家保证，以上这些我一定说到做到，决对言行一致。

我的愿望是什么呢?其实我也有一个平凡但对我来说是一个极大挑战的小愿望——成为学年第一且总成绩到达740分。

也许这对许多人来说是痴心妄想，可当我发现时，它早就在我心里生根发芽，抹除不去，越来越茁壮，直到长成参天大树。这时，我便更迫切地希望实现愿望。

刚上初中时，班主任让我们填表，最后一栏——“新学期愿望”，我毫不犹豫的写下十个大字：考进班级前五，学年前十!

第一次月考，成绩下来了，班级：第一名，学年：第五名，耶!我考进前五了!我的目标实现了!喜悦，兴奋，激动……此时我的心情真是一鹤排云舞翩迁了!那种感觉无以言表!

我不希望止步于小小的学年第五，我想当第一，这个念头在我心里滋生，越来越强烈。

期中考试，第四，虽然第四但我知道我排名还是第五，没有前进(隔壁班有一名排在学年第十的同学少批了十多分)。失落、烦燥、失望……这一次我心里满满的都是“莫待无花空折枝”的沮丧。

期末考试，心中轰的一声巨响，宛如天打雷劈，我哭了，第14名，连前十都没进。绝望，酸楚，害怕……这一次我的心情不再是喜悦，而是“夜寒惊被薄，泪与灯花落”的低落。

第二学期，第一次月考，虽说没排名，但看到我的成绩我就知道——考砸了!本以为会挨老师批评，会被同学看不起。可是，跟我想得完全不一样，老师鼓励我，同学安慰我，我的心里照进了一缕光。温暖，感动，希望……在我缕缕受挫的心灵中，颇有了，“沛来三寸雨，感动九重天”的感觉。

再次期中考试，进步，我进步了，那天我心中的太阳格外耀眼。兴奋、感谢、信心……那天，我的心情正是“春在城南芳草路”的愉悦。

也许这一路坎坎坷坷，十分艰难，但有一句话说的好“世上无难事，只怕有心人”。我相信，越努力越幸运，只要我努力，踏踏实实地走好每一步，做好每一题，在每一个舞台上都留属于自己的光芒，终会成功，实现愿望!

又下雨了，也不晓得奶奶怎么样了。

打开窗户，院子里依旧是奶奶打着伞细脚伶仃的样子。

多年前，爷爷奶奶在院子里种下了一株桂花。桂花，是爷爷最喜欢的花，大清早的，睡眼朦胧的他就哼着小曲儿去院子里看花。

打那年，爷爷去世了。照料桂花的事奶奶一手包揽了下来。浇水，松土，施肥……奶奶丝毫不敢怠慢。都记不得好多个日夜里奶奶挑着水去浇花了，老人家原本就矮小的身材被两只大水桶压得俨然蜷缩成了一团。甚至好多个这样的雨夜，奶奶都会一如既往的冒着雨去看花。在伞的遮挡下，坐在二楼窗台的我浑然只看得见她那双不晓得打了多少个补丁了的雨鞋。奶奶永远是这么站着，望着，还坚持拒绝爸爸兄弟几个的陪同，也不晓得她在一味的坚守着什么。

去年7月，桂花开得特别茂盛，小小的花苞涨得一个个船舱一般。桂花永远是那么白、白得那么圣洁、白得那么彻底。满树的桂花可乐坏了奶奶。每每有人来家里做客，奶奶都不忘亲手摘下桂花，为客人泡上一杯桂花茶，这边是最高的礼待。喝下桂花茶，客人总是点点头，不自己的抿抿嘴，这时候要数奶奶笑得最快乐了。

奶奶总是因物喜因物悲，桂花的任一状态都能最直接的左右到她的情绪。

今年，眼看着马上就是桂花开花的季节了，奶奶却在一次浇花中摔断了右腿。躺在病床上的奶奶却执意要去看花，爸爸他们拗不过奶奶的倔脾气只好推着奶奶去院子里看花。到了桂花前，只见桂花树半耷拉着。奶奶用了近三分钟仗着轮椅支起了身子，尽力去够着了枝头，轻轻抚摸，抚摸着光秃秃的树枝如同剥鸡蛋般的小心翼翼。若久后，奶奶咿咿呀呀说话了“老头子啊，你消瘦了啊”，语音未落，在场的人都哭了。

终于明白奶奶为什么那么看重那株桂花了，原来，几年来，奶奶一直把对爷爷的思念与爱寄托在了那一株桂花上。

奶奶爱爷爷，爱爷爷的爱好，爱爷爷一直不能放下的习惯。至今，奶奶的房间一直保持着当年爷爷还在时的陈设，到今天，奶奶默默的给爷爷过了7个生日。每年的生日很简单，一杯桂花茶，一扎桂花糕，仅此而已，倾尽所有。

爷爷奶奶相恋在一碗一筷归个人，一木一草归集体的共产时代。他们是老党员，他们比年轻人更懂爱，更懂如何去爱。在党的光辉下他们简简单单相爱了72年，并且还将继续!

There is nothing complicated about eating a proper diet. For good health,

essential to proper nutrition: the milk group, meat group, vegetable-fruit

proteins, and vitamins. A persons diet is determined by his attitudes, likes

and dislikes. If you eat foods from each of the basic four groups each day, you

will have a balanced diet.
