第三天，我们男生和女生各自分开去单独的队列。被点名的连，男生全体学习军体拳，在教官的带领下编好队形。位置站好后，教官教会了我们八个招式，每打出一式就要叫一声杀，练拳时，整个学校都回荡着喊杀声，吼声震耳欲聋。

第四天，教官教我们剩下的八个招式，随后就让我们把一到十六式都打出来，每一拳都十分有力，每一句杀都排山倒海，这是我们用酸痛嗓子的嘶哑换来的。

军训，这个遥不可及的字眼，却这么快到了我的身边。其实，军训就像个五味瓶，酸甜苦辣，什么滋味都有，就看我们自己如何去调剂。

新鲜：第一天军训的时候，我们就像乡巴佬进城——充满了新奇感。等几个教官神秘献身后，我们更是像一群唧唧喳喳的小鸟，有的悄悄地打量着他们；有的担心以后的军训生活；有的在窃窃私语……总之，第一天，我们是在兴奋、新奇的状态下“不安份”地度过的。

疲倦：凡事都有3分钟热度，我们对军训也不例外。刚开始的新鲜感没持续两天，我们就厌倦了。每天都重复作着那个一成不变、乏味的动作：稍息、立正、跨立、齐步走……一天下来，腰酸腿痛，浑身像散了架似的，胳膊都抬不起来了。唉，一个字，累！

Today the weather was terrible，so I had to stay at home.

Rider》which was directed by Mark Steven Johnson by accident and then I began to

然后我们就一直在练甩臂，我心里想，自己练的很好了呀，可是教官还让我们练练得我胳膊都酸了，好想再用力一点就要掉下来了。好想休息呀，我心里默默念叨着。可是看到同学们挺直的腰板，直直的手臂，都是那样整齐，还有教官，教官一直费着嗓子再喊，来回的调整我们的姿势，看见他们，我不敢再有这个念头了。接着我们又开始练习下半身的踏步，我一遍又一遍的走着，从这头走到那头，来来回回的，我真的好累，但还是坚持到了最后。

终于到了收获果实的时候了，上面念着获奖的班级，我在下面默默念叨，要是我们班该多好呀，希望是我们班。获奖班级————一班，二班……我听到二班，就立刻兴奋起来，看着体委上台领奖状，心里就在想，这个奖状不是一个人的力量就能得到的，而是我们全班通过努力，坚持所得到的，我相信任何人流过的汗水，辛勤播撒过的种子，都会得到收获。

军训十天，我学到了很多，首先我真正地了解遵守纪律的重要性，不单单是以前的听话就好，而是要不啊纪律放在心上，要有责任感，对自己所做的事负责任；其次，在这十天里我感受到军人那良好的生活习惯，我会朝着那个标准努力，让自己拥有良好的习惯。回到学校后我会认真努力地学习，像军人一样吃苦耐劳，我不会忘记这最后一次军营生活。

军训感受

度过了三天的军训，同学们是什么感受呢？有些许疲惫，有些许兴奋，有些许解脱，更有些许有得。

三天军训虽短，却给我们上了复旦附中的第一课。军训中，有苦，有累，但更多的却是无尽的快乐。

第一天军训，暴雨骤至，给了大家一个下马威——好象老天有意告诉我们，军训不是闹着玩的。大家一起学习立正，稍息，一遍遍地做着枯燥无味的四面转。渐渐地，太阳又露出来。被雨水打湿的衣裳刚刚晾干，就又被汗水所浸湿。然而，汗水浸湿了衣裳，却无法打败大家的坚强。第一天，我们学会了坚韧不拔。

第二天军训，艳阳高照。同学们腰酸脚痛，豆大的汗珠不断地从脸上滑落。然而，只要教官的命令，就没有人会擅自休息，即使脚下磨出了水泡。这一站，就是半个小时。教官不发话，整个班级就是一支整齐的队伍，没有一死一毫的动摇。第二天，我们学会了服从命令。

第三天军训，要迎接下午的会操。为了班级的荣誉，每个方阵都一丝不苟地练习着集体的配合。从最简单的立正，稍息，到向右看齐，再到四面转法，最后到整个方阵的齐步行进，都不允许任何一个人犯一点差错。俗话说：差之毫厘，谬之千里。不错，前排同学小小的一个错误，就会是整个排面变乱，操场上，没一个方阵无数次地从这一头走到那一头，再从那一头跑到这一头。无数次的练习就是为了训练整支队伍的统一一致。教官说：步调一致，整齐划一才是真正的军队。今天，我们又学会协调一致。

三天的军训，我们付出了辛苦，付出了汗水。然而得到的却是一份沉甸甸的收获。我们学会了坚韧不拔，学会了服从命令。军训，就是要培养我们的品质，磨砺我们的意志。经历了军训，我们获益匪浅；通过了军训，我们无比骄傲。

在今天的结营式上，大家或许是备感自豪，或许是心喊解放。然而，毕竟我们经历了，我们努力了，我们能够说，军训后，我们更出色。

我们选择了坚持。尽管烈日炎炎，一分一秒地如此漫长，但在训练场上的我们昂首挺胸、精神饱满，认真进行着训练。最后的结果正像教官说的那样，胜利是属于我们的，我们用自己的汗水和努力换来的是结业式上完美的表演，赢来的是前来参加结业式的院领导、老师以及教官们的认同和掌声。

我们不否认的是，身为独生子女的我们习惯于独来独往，凡事先考虑到的是我们自己，而忽视了许多事是需要大家共同为之付出才能做好的。当我们把自己融在一个大集体时，个人的得失就显得微不足道，显现出的是一个团队的作用和力量。为了使这个团队有一个良好的精神面貌展现在全体教官的面前，为了给学院增光添彩，不少同学是带病坚持训练的。我想如果没有这种集体意识和集体荣誉感，我们军训的效果也不会这样好。

在军训过程中，我们不但学会了一些军事常识，我们还学会了尊重他人。开始我们曾为一些小事与教官发生冲撞，以至于彼此之间产生了误会，说话语气也难免会重一些。但是我们随时都在反醒自己，毕竟军训的目的就是要让我们体验军人的生活，了解作为一名军人应遵循的基本准则；而教官们亦在调整，因为我们是学生，和真正的军人是有差别的。为了缓解偶尔出现的矛盾，我们坐在一起聊天，交换着各自的人生经历和对问题的看法，换位思考后彼此之间有了进一步了解的同时，我们也明白了军队铁的纪律，而教官们也接受了我们身上存在的一些问题。从中我们也体会到了学会理解和尊重他人，学会换位思考的重要性

[军训生活感想作文

这是一个很值得怀念的日子，这是军训生活的开始，这是我梦寐以求的军训生活。

这天一大早，老师领着我们走进了一个会堂，部队的教官和我们学校的领导在台上讲话，我们都在台下认真的听着……

仪式结束后就到了我们住宿的地方，我们是8个人一个寝室，通过这几天的训练，我们几个人已经成为了要好的朋友，我们寝室的同学们都很有组织，有纪律。我们8个人都非常团结，因为我的床距离门口最近，所以寝室的同学们选举我成为我们1218寝室的寝室长。我敢说，这几天我没有辜负同学们和教官的期望，也对得起我这个寝室长的称号，我把我的工作做的很努力。

军训结束到了吃饭的时候我们都是先站在楼下，一路一路的同学往食堂跑去。还必须得拐直角，到了食堂，必须军姿站好，站在饭桌边上。等到教官说坐，才可以坐下，教官再说开饭才可以动筷子。其实在这几天我没一顿吃饱饭的，我挑食，那些菜都不爱吃，不过，我回家之后可不再那么挑食拉，我知道了饿的感觉，是那样的不好受哇！

几天军训生活中最累的就是训练了，真的是魔鬼般的啊，每个动作都要做到位，一停下来就要军姿站好，不可以随便乱晃。我们的教官给我们立了一个班规，就是“蹲姿”！每当我们听到这个词的时候心里都微微一颤，突然间充满力量，不敢懈怠。教官一遍一遍喊着口号，我们一遍一遍训练着，真的好累。有一次我们去看电影《唐山大地震》结束的时候，我们到外面站排，我抬头望见天空很美很美，真有种星空的感觉，我还看到了北斗七星呐！我们都很兴奋，叫着喊着，很怕别人看不到这美景。回到寝室楼下，我们的教官很生气，让我们在楼下站了足足快有一个点，我坚持了好久，终于，流出了眼泪。我实在受不了了，身体都很酸。但是我还是一动没动，心里默念，并期待着可以回到寝室的床上。

我们每天都起的特别的早，每天4：00就得起来，不然5：20吹起床哨再起来，洗漱的时间就不够了……我们真的是“睡的比平时早，起得比鸡早啊”！

我们这几天的努力都是为了最后一天的会操和分列式，到了最后一天我们都精神饱满的迎接军训闭幕式，和军训表演，当我们走向主席台的那一刻，我看到领导、老师、和教官们满意的眼神与微笑，我们明白，我们这几天的努力都没有白费。我们在这次军训中成长了自己，同时也锻炼了自己能吃苦耐劳的精神，让我们在今后走向社会，走向未来的实践中获得锻炼。这就是我们来此的真正目的。

虽然很辛苦，但是教官和老师更辛苦，可以听见，每一位教官的嗓子都是沙哑的。老师则是陪伴在我们训练的时候，要是谁驼背了，老师给直；谁生病了，老师嘘寒问暖；谁晕倒了，老师去扶；谁胃疼，老师给接热水。原来我本以为，教官就是爱折腾我们，可是经过这几天的本文来自相处，我知道，这只是教官的工作，他们只想让我们知道什么叫做军事化，什么叫做部队。

虽然短短六天的训练时间不能改变我们什么，不能让我们在生活中也像在那里的时候那样做，但能够让我们明白什么是集体的力量，什么是自力更生，让我们从中成长起来。让我们明白“风雨之后，彩虹依旧”！
