今年，我爸爸的船到了海上，正好吹吹海风。不幸的是：今年，台风正好从那经过没办法，只好呆在旅馆几天。刚去那的时候，正好是个阴天，海上的白云衬着黑云，美极了，拿着照相机准备拍照，我妈妈说：“现在不要急着拍，到了海上，好看的多的是。”我放下了照相机，静静的观赏美丽的天空。

到了海岸边，呼吸一下海的气息，全身放松，真舒服。突然，我爸爸打电话来了，说什么在上海的某个避风港，已经派人来接我们，并安排好旅馆了，耐心等几天。随着一声“天呀”，我惊讶的差点晕倒在地上。可想而知，接下来的几天里，我们都是在看电视中度过的，幸好那是镇上最好的旅馆，要不然，我不是被台风吹死，就是呆在旅馆中闷死。

到了第四天，我爸爸终于和我们见面了，我的第一句话就是：“领导，要抽出个时间不容易呀!连你儿子都没时间见。啊!”我的话咄咄逼人。“这几天不是有台风嘛。”“哦，有台风就不管我们了，好怠打个电话呀!”“是是，我的小祖宗!”

晚上，也许因为水土关系，睡不着，站在窗户边听那雄伟的涛声，感受阵阵海风，心旷神怡，疲倦全都消失了。突然，在这美妙的时候，看见一车又一车的垃圾倒入大海，我一惊，把爸爸喊醒，我爸说：“干嘛!夜猫子都睡觉了，你还喊啥?”“说什么呢?谁是夜猫子?不说这个了，你看。好多垃圾倒入大海!"那又怎样?这个镇每天都会有垃圾，清理费太贵，就直接倒入大海。有啥稀奇!睡觉了，别看了!”

什么?!这每天都有垃圾倒入大海!只会是大海出现红海现象!如果那样，就会使大量的水源出现问题!这居然还是习以为常?!

大海是水下生物的摇篮，这样处理生活垃圾，会引起一系列的灾害。比如像海啸之类的自然灾害;鱼虾被毒死，一连串生物链的破坏;当地的气候会出现变化等，如果大海被破坏，后患无穷。说以，珍惜大海，保卫我们这个生活的地球吧!

环保问题一直被全世界的专家们关注着，政府也一直强调着环保问题。可是人们也一直在浪费世界仅有的资源。作为小学生，我埋怨自己什么也做不到。可是听过环保座谈会之后，我终于明白原来自己也可以保护环境。

作为小学生能做些什么?在平时随手关灯、调节用水量等等的小细节中，我们就为环保出一分力。就像现在城市中汽车尾气问题一直在考验着政府的官员们，也一直考验城市人。家里有小汽车的同学都会知道，用小汽车出门很方便快捷，通常爸爸妈妈们上班都会用到小汽车或摩托车。但你们可否知道，公共汽车一般都会装上环保节能的系统，开车时是没有尾气的。我们应该倡议爸爸妈妈要多乘公共汽车，少开小汽车。如果每个人都这样做，城市汽车尾气问题就会得到缓解。北京、上海等等这些大城市都在倡导低碳生活，可是有多少户人家能够做到呢?随手关掉多余的灯，这样又为环保出了一分力，又为世界省了几度电……这些生活小细节也一直联系着环保，而作为小学生的我们是力所能及的。

人们都会抱怨为什么天气会一时热，一时冷的，可是他们却不知道，造成这样的天气的罪魁祸首就是他们。他们随意浪费水资源、乱砍伐树木、乱排放污水……这些问题，虽然一个人做出是微不足道的，但是几百个人，甚至几千个人在世界不同地区同时做出，就会形成一个庞大的数据。而且现在世界上珍稀动物差不多都灭绝、北极和南极千年不融的冰川也在逐渐的融化，而且融化的水都流到海里，让海水不断地上涨，形成海啸;工厂乱排放污水，水资源受到严重的污染，居民们连喝水也都在提心吊胆;世界气候已经是温室效应了，天气变化无常，人们已经分不出四季了……如果世界再一直这样下去的话，世界末日真的会降临我们身上的。相信大家都看过《2012》这部电影，当时狂风巨浪，船也触礁了，男主角为了救女主角，牺牲了。这部电影的主题就是倡议人类来保护环境的。而人类再不环保的话，电影里的场面就会真的降临我们人类的身上的。那就是人们口中所说的“世界末日”。

我们的未来就掌握在我们的手中，让我们一起保护环境，共创美好的未来吧!

刺耳的伐木声又在我的耳边响起，我身边这棵挺拔的白杨又悲惨地倒下。“轰”的一声，重重地敲击着我因疼痛而近乎麻木的心灵，我的泪喷涌而出：“上帝啊!你为什么这么的不公平?”……

然而，50年前，一场劫难无情地摧毁了我的幸福。一天早晨，我们像往常一样正在聆听小鸟的歌唱，突然，阵阵嘈杂声打破了宁静，小鸟轰然飞起，小动物们也惊慌地四下逃窜。一群人叫叫嚷嚷地闯进了我们的家，他们疯狂地挥舞着斧头，我的同伴一个个惨叫着倒下。眼看着它们被一次次拉走。我的心在滴血，人们啊，我们究竟犯了什么罪?

后来，这里变成了一块块农田，看着这些绿油油的庄家，我的心感到些许的安慰。可是，好景不长，劫难再次降临。十年前，挖土机咆哮着，冲进了庄稼地，转眼间，绿色荡然无存。在这次劫难中。我的同伴又牺牲了不少。可能是因为我太老了吧，又长得丑陋不堪，才免遭惨祸，和几个同样幸存的伙伴，瑟瑟地抖在寒风里。

一年后，一座座高楼大厦拔地而起，我再也看不见远处的风景了。有时候，人们也会在我的树荫下乘凉、吃饭。看到他们手中的一次性筷子，听着他们口口声声说“要注意环保!”

“要注意环保!”，我真感到这是一种莫大的讽刺。

今天，我附近的一个同伴又被残忍的人拦腰锯断，据说，它的罪过就是树枝伸进了三楼的窗户，又挡住了一楼和二楼的光，所以人们就把它变成了一个秃秃的树桩。现在，在这个所谓的高级小区里，只剩下我这棵孤零零的老树呆在这里，默默地流着眼泪，一遍又一遍地去缅怀那远逝了的美好时光……

我想大家都看过20__这部美国科幻片吧!影片中我们美丽的家园——地球，在种种自然和人为的灾难中瞬间灭亡了。当然，那只是科幻片罢了，我们不必当真。但我们能忽视地震，雪灾，大干旱的频频袭击吗!能忽视物种加速灭绝，土地荒漠化，垃圾成灾，全球变暖等现实问题吗?不，不能!

有科学家预言：由于二氧化碳过多排放而引起的温室效应使冰川融化，海平面升高，不久的将来，我们的地球就会被海水覆盖。照这样发展下去，很多我们熟悉的地方，比如：杭州的西湖，香港的维多利亚港等……这些美丽的地方将会在我们的眼前消失得无影无踪……怎么办?怎么办!难道就这样任其发展下去吗?不!只要我们行动起来，全民“节能低碳”，地球温度是可以控制的，只要我们人人都把“节能低碳”当作自己的生活习惯，海平面的温度也是可以控制的!

其实“节能低碳”很简单，就是节约能源，减低二氧化碳的排放量。我个人认为主要表现在衣食住行。

第一，在穿着上只要得体有几套好像样的衣服没有必要总是替换甚至丢掉多的衣物。

第二，每天吃的蔬菜，尽量不要用洗洁精清除农药残留，锅里烧开水或直接用开水汤捞下蔬菜可有效去农药，最好用淘米水的水烧开去农药最佳。

第三，平时热水器烧水多用冷气热水器，冷气热水器是广东芬尼电器生产的一种新型的多功能热水器，它在加热热水的同时，能够好像空调一样释放冷气，满足厨房的制冷需求。其工作原理是将空气中的能量吸收，变成热量转移到水箱中，把水加热起来，同时把失去大量能量的低温空气释放到厨房，用于厨房制冷。因此其能效可达到电热水器的4倍，即加热等量的热水，耗电量相当于电热水器的四分之一，大大节约了电力的消耗。这种热水器只是将周围空气中的热量转移到水中，完全做到零排放，对环境几乎不产生影响，是真正的环保热水器。

第四，每天上班或者上学的地方，如果能让自己步行或者骑自行车20分钟左右最好，既锻炼身体又节省车费环保。

总之一句话，节能环保无小事，我们要从身边的每一件事做起。这样才能拯救美丽的地球。

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

gives pains three quarters and only one quarter to gains.

But gains give me power and confidence. Successes and friendship make me

happy and enjoyable. We played with snow in the winter that seldom snows, we
