在科技飞速发展的今天，无论做什么事都要高效率，当然课堂教学也不例外，因此，课堂改革势在必行。

10月26日我参加了县进修学校组织的“优化教学模式，构建高效课堂”听评课活动，感触很深，收获颇丰。

什么事高效课堂?我查阅了资料，高效课堂是以最小的教学和学习投入获得最大学习效益的课堂，基本特征是“自主建构，互动激发，高效生成，愉悦共享”。 教学效果可以从以下两个方面来体现：一是效率的最大化，也就是在单位时间内学生的受益量，主要表现在课堂容量，课内外学业负担等。二是效益的最优化，也就是学生受教育教学影响的积极程度，主要表现在兴趣培养、习惯养成、学习能力、思维能力与品质等诸多方面。

中国传统教育是以教为中心，以控制学生、满足教师的表演欲望为主，忽略了学生学的主体地位，限制了学生的思维，扼杀了学生的创造力，消弱了学生主动参与的积极性，降低了学生学的能力，不利于学生的成长与发展。而新课改是以学生的学为中心，以调动学生的主动性和积极参与度为主，重视了学生的主体地位，全方位培养学生的能力，为学生一生的发展奠定了良好的基础。

通过听课学习使我明白了高效课堂中，教师必须正确认识师生关系，真正放下架子走近学生，成为学生平等的合作者。合作意味着参与，意味着一种师生之间的共同体验，从而可以使学生生成新的知识和技能。因此在新课程的课堂上，师生之间的合作是极为重要的。没有合作的教学是难以实施新课程的，或者说是无法体现新课程理念的。这就要求教师要从讲台上走下来，全身心地融入到学生中去。与学生一起交流，与学生一起活动，让学生在教师这里获得尊重和认可，让学生在班级获得归属感，从而与学生一起共建有利于个性发展的课堂气氛。

我将以这次学习为契机，以学校制定的“三学一检”为指导，结合实际，加强理论学习，强化课改与高效课堂观念，积极致力于课堂教学改革，通过不断学习、探索，力争形成特色，真正解放学生，创建高效课堂。

今天听了教研员张小海老师的讲座，是有关于高效课堂，我的体会是高效的课堂是课堂教学的主流也是我们一线教师永恒的追求。高效课堂就是让学生主动学习、积极思考的课堂;是学生充分发挥自主学习的课堂。教师在高效课堂教学中起着关键的作用，课堂是教师最重要的教学阵地。如何在小学英语课堂教学中促成高效的课堂，我认为：课堂教学应从华而不实走向注重实效，从天马行空走向有的放矢，让学生学会用英语做事和表达思想，确保高效课堂的实效性。只有突破以“教材为中心，教师为中心，课堂为中心”的旧教学模式，关注全体学生，拓展学习英语和运用英语的渠道，才能培养新时代的英语人才，因此只有构建自主、高效的课堂教学模式才能突破现代课堂教学的难点，提高教学效率，让每个学生都能乐学、善学并能学有所获。

如何在40分钟内发挥最大的课堂效益，使课堂教学更有效，是我们教师都在苦心探索研究的。我在教学实践中就如何培养学生的自主学习，自主发展能力，如何提高课堂教学效率等方面进行了一些学习和探索。

备课是老师的富有创造性的复杂的劳动过程，做好了这一步，也就做好了成功高效课堂的第一步。备课，包括备教材、备学情、备教法，另外还要备学生的学法(学生的操练)。备课时，首先要钻研教材，熟悉教材的内容;把握知识、技能目标，找出教学的重点和难点，要整体地、清晰明了地把握教材，才能在课上得心应手，备课时一定要结合自己学生的特点，学生学习和接受能力是不尽相同的，备课时要注意全面性，包括内容上的全面和对不同层次学生照顾上的全面。我们对学生的反馈还要进行预设，尽可能多的为学生提供多种答案信

息。我们要重视课堂教学的整体设计，精心设计每个教学环节，从课堂组织语言到每个活动的导入、设计，力求删除无效环节、达到最优化，从而实现整堂课的高效。教师还要把握好活动环节的节奏，以使整堂课节奏紧凑，高效而有弹性。这样，我们的课堂才会具有目的性、高效性。

春暖花开，草长莺飞，说的是二月里的天气;儿童散学，忙乘东风，说的是娃娃们的乐趣。童年的各种游戏，我感触最深的就是老鹰捉小鸡。

其实这门游戏，家喻户晓。其简单的程度，不用指导，也不需培训。一个揪着一个的衣角，连成一条左躲右闪的队伍。最前面的一个做母鸡。最后边的一个做小鸡。我们共同的目标，众志成城，抵御随时俯冲而下的雄鹰。

老鹰生就一双锐利的眼睛。死死盯住最小的那只鸡。最小的鸡，没本事，跑不动，只能跟在鸡群的最后。矫健的雄鹰认准了那勉强会跑的小鸡。保护家族的小“太保”不被鹰吃，成了每个鸡的成员义不容辞的责任。鹰在“雪域高原”练就了过硬的本领，来到平原草地，捉一只嗷嗷待哺的小鸡，如同囊中探物。可是，鸡群的凝聚力大得惊人，共同彰显的防卫精神，逼得有备而来的老鹰手忙脚乱，无从下手。

老鹰老羞成怒，气得眼睛发麻。鸡妈妈更是不慌不忙，沉着应战。双方形成了僵局，骑虎难下，谁也不让谁，看来，打持久战的斗争逐步开始，更难熬的考验一步步逼来。

老鹰是久游江湖、久经沙场的老手，经验丰富，耐心很强。它随时随处伺机机会，在鸡妈妈一不留神的瞬间，可怜尾随的小鸡还没有反应过来，已被它活活擒走。

“痛失”队友，鸡群再也不敢马虎大意了。母鸡奋力撑开双翅，伸到最大限度。老鹰飞来飞去，母鸡挡左挡右，小鸡们忽前忽后。尽管我们在不停的逃避，躲闪，可是，老鹰就是在有备无备的正攻、侧攻、反攻当中，搞乱了我们的视线，破坏了我们的注意，击垮了我们的防卫，一会一只，一会一只，不到二十分钟，三只鸡就成了鹰嘴里的“美餐”。

一场闲来无事的游戏，竟成了水火不容的战斗。眼看我们全军覆没，就在这千钧一发之际，“叮铃铃……”上课铃响了。突如其来的上课铃，像在鸣金收兵。至于谁胜谁负，只能约定下次玩耍时再见分晓。

小时候的任何一场游戏，都在笑声中开始，又在笑声中结束。自始自终，笑声是贯穿那些游戏里从头至尾的主旋律。

Many years ago, when scientists tried to make a robot to do some human

work, they could never thought about how far the robot could go. Today, some

scientists even predict that the wisdom of robot will surpass human being and

take place of us. In the science fiction movies, the directors have explored the

consciousness of intelligent machines, who showed how these machines controlled

people at last. The directors warned people that they may lose the dominant

position in the future. Recently, a robot was given the citizenship and it

became the first robot to be treated as human being. The public was shocked, but

when they saw the robot could communicate with human beings and question about

matters, they felt scared. Maybe in the future, the robot will replace us in

many aspects.

Today, with the fast development of science and technology, the artificial

intelligence has gone much further than people can imagine, such as the robot.

Now the first robot is admitted to be a citizen, which scares so many people.

Many scientists had predicted that someday robots would replace human being not

only in physical work, but also in minds. How terrible it would be. It is said

that scientists saw two robots discussing by creating a new language, then they

decided to turn down the machine and made them stop working. They knew clearly

the danger may happen in the future. Most people have thought about

self-consciousness that robot may have some day, but scientists still have a lot

of passion in searching the robots. They want to complete everything. But no one

can make sure what they can bring for human being.

When the founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerbergs daughter was born, he

announced a general decision and surprised the world. Mark told media that he

would donate 99 percent of his fortune to the charity organizations. Some people

wonder why he did not save the heritage for his offspring. In fact, in western

countries, for some rich people, they dont trend to leave much fortune for

their kids, instead, they use the money to educate their children and cultivate

them to be the wise persons. The rich people leave the invisible fortune, which

is their fame. Their children can have more chances to do their business or

receive better education with their family names. The wise rich men know the

best way to educate their offspring. They teach skills and the way of thinking,

which values everything.

In Tianjin,there are many buildings of bygone times.Some of them are

imposing and have great artistic and historic value.However,these buildings do

mot fit in well with each other,because most of them were built by foreigners in

different times.The traffic in the city is not very convenient.The street are

usually narrow and twisted.If the government wanted to have them widened,a large

number of buildings would have to be pulled down.Some buildings are too old and

are nothing more than cottages,and in place of them,some new high buildings have

been set up.However,the new ones are still few and in many places they seem

quite out of place.

Yet those Western-style buildings give Tianjin a different characteristic

from other cities and those new ones lend the city fresh vitality which will

spread rapidly with the reform going on.

Every year, Spring Festival makes me happy, because I can spend a long

holiday to stay with my families. On the New Year’s Eve, all the families got

together. We woke up early in the morning and then my mother started to purchase

some food to prepare the big dinner. I helped my mother to bring the food.

Before dinner, there was a tradition in my hometown. We needed to bring the

chicken to take a bow to our ancestors, showing our respect and gratitude. When

the dinner’s ready, we ate happily and talked a lot. Then at night, the families

pasted the New Year’s scrolls and decorated the house. What a harmonious

environment and we enjoyed the family hour. In the next few days, I visited a

lot of relatives. It was a good chance for us to communicate with each

other.

December 25 is Christmas Day, the day is originates in the western country,

it is in honor of the birth of Jesus Christ. In the Bible, it is record that

Jesus saved people out of trouble, he is the son of god, he died of suffering

for the purpose of saving people. Jesus is so great, everyone in the western

country knows his story. Though Christmas Day belongs to foreign countries, now

it has become a worldwide festival. In China, we can find the day is more and

more popular, people find the Christmas tree sold in the shop and there are

parties to celebrate Christmas Day. On that day, families get together, having

dinner, eating turkey and sharing happiness. This is a good chance for people to

get reunion, this is the most important day for western people, just like

Chinese New Year.

Failure is so common in our life. No one can avoid it. When we fail in

doing something, we often feel so depressed that we have no interest in other

things. Sometimes failure can also make us lose heart. Therefore, no one wants

to be a failure.

Success is what we all hope for, because it can bring us a sense of pride

and a good reputation. The moment we succeed, we always feel so proud, as if

The holiday I like most is to visit Guilin with my parents .Because Guilin is one of the most attractive tourism places in China.Guilin is famous for Li River and Elephant Trunk Hill.They are the symbols of Guilin.People can enjoy the landscape on the bamboo raft and meanwhile talk to the Guilinese.People can learn a lot about the Ethnic Minorities culture there.There are also many delicious local food Guilin,such as Guilin rice noodles,Flowerbridge chilli paste.I really want to try them by my own month with my parents again .I cant wait to go there .I will go there when I have next holiday.

早上起来看的日历今天是12月25日圣诞节，我们还是像往常一样上学，我想，圣诞节还要上学，累死人啊!没办法，只能上学了，哎外国的朋友一定放假，因为这是他们的节日，为什么，为什么，中国不放假!

我在这天晚上看到了圣诞老人，他笑着和我说，我来给你送礼物了，我收下礼物，打开一看，是一张纸，上边写着：我愿你好好学习，天天向上!不要老是想着放假!

我听到这句话，我在也不想着放假了!!谢谢你圣诞老人!

在我很小的时候，爸爸就给我说：“红领巾时五星红旗的一角，是由无数的革命烈士用自己的鲜血染红的。

”从那时起，一个理想的种子便在我幼小的心灵里发了芽，我便一直为能戴上那“国旗的一角”而努力着。我知道，能戴上红领巾的人都是好学生，只有遵守纪律、学习刻苦的人才有资格戴上红领巾。

消防安全是十分重要的，它关系到我们的生命财产。如果不能正确的了解有关消防知识，后果将不堪设想。近几年来，学校成为了火灾的多发地点，玩火的学生越来越多。

我们永远不会忘记，20x年11月24日凌晨，位于莫斯科城区西南部的俄罗斯人民友谊大学6号学生宿舍楼发生火灾，造成41名外国留学生死亡，近200人受伤。其中有中国留学生46人烧伤，11人死亡。有几个中国学生就是在火灾时想乘电梯下楼逃生，结果被困在内活活呛死。在火灾时是不能使用电梯的。如果在入口处有这样的显着标志，他们是不是就可以避免一死呢。在发达国家都见到有这样的标志的。该校代校长比利宾27日宣布对火灾事故“负有个人责任引咎辞职”。后来得知失火原因是电线短路。

这可真是血的教训啊。要知道人生只有一次，不可能再有来世。

所以我们要好好珍惜，不能将自己宝贵的生命献给了这无情的火。为了我们的健康，我们应该做到以下几点：

1、每个人对自己工作、学习或居住的建筑物的结构及逃生路径要做到有所了解，要熟悉建筑物内的消防设施及自救逃生的方法。这样，火灾发生时，就不会走投无路了。当你处于陌生的环境时，务必留心疏散通道、安全出口及楼梯方位等，以便关键时候能尽快逃离现场。

2、当发生火灾时，如果火势不大，且尚未对人造成很大威胁时，应充分利用周围的消防器材，如灭火器、消防栓等设施将小火控制、扑灭。千万不要惊慌失措地乱叫乱窜，或置他人于不顾而只顾自己“开溜”，或置小火于不顾而酿成大灾。

3、突然面对浓烟和烈火，一定要保持镇静，迅速判断危险地点和安全地点，决定逃生的办法，尽快撤离险地。千万不要盲目地跟从人流和相互拥挤、乱冲乱窜。只有沉着镇静，才能想出好办法。

4、在火场中，生命贵于金钱。身处险境，逃生为重，必须争分夺秒，切记不可贪财。

5、在撤离火灾现场时，当浓烟滚滚、视线不清、呛得你喘不过气来时，不要站立行走，应该迅速地爬在地面上或蹲着，以便寻找逃生之路。

我们时刻要记住：不玩火才是远离火灾的方法!

电影结束了但我的心里久久不能平静下来，它所展现中国工农红军红四方面军血战河西走廊的的故事是那么的壮烈，那么的英勇无畏面对着数倍于自己的敌人和弹尽粮绝的局面依然没有退缩没有投降，这是什么精神?这是共产党人的大无畏精神，这是共产党人的献身精神，这更是共产党人的革命乐观主义精神!

电影中还有一个英雄的人物就是当时的前国防部长秦基伟将军年仅23岁，还只是红军的一个侦查科长，身处前无补给、后无援兵的绝境，他临危不乱，与敌人斗智斗勇，接连击退敌人多次进攻，在很年轻的时候便显露出一代将帅卓越的指挥才能。故事就发生在他守城突围的三天里。在这之前这支部队就已经弹尽粮绝了，没有补给也没有援军，秦基伟就要在这种局面下领导部队进行决死战斗。电影对桂芳这个角色刻画得浓墨重彩。她是和秦将军一同参加革命的同村人，与秦将军情同兄妹，生死致交。她性情刚烈，在得知自己已有三个月身孕后，坚决选择和孩子一起留在阵地上战斗直到牺牲;同时她又有很温柔的一面，，她最大的愿望就是等有时间了穿上最漂亮的红衣裳，请全团的人都参加，风风光光的把自己嫁出去。

影片给我留下印象最深的就是到了第三天夜里，红军顽强打退了敌人三天的疯狂进攻后，死的死，伤的伤，已经濒临弹尽粮绝的绝境了。秦将军深知部队已经不能再撑了，当晚，他决定派遣一支赶死队牵制敌人，掩护大部队突围。一直与他有战术分歧的老彭把自己的名字写在阵亡将士名薄里，主动请缨留下来掩护突围。其实他心里已经知道自己活不成了，但临走的时候还回头对秦基伟说，“老秦，咱俩的事还没完呢，你等!”等。等什么呢?等如果万一我还能活着回来，等战争结束了，咱俩接着吵?因为这万分之一的生存机率太美好，也因为这万分之一的生存机会太渺茫，所以只说到一半。

在日常生活中我们都渴望能够成为焦点、成为英雄，但是英雄是那么好当的吗?平常的生活又是何等的珍贵，相信在看完这电影后会有所感悟吧!

因为学习美术的缘故，这个暑假来杭州学习。因为过于匆忙，所以我没有来得及买《艾青诗选》。过了两个多星期，妈妈来看我，带来了我期盼已久的书----《艾青诗选》。

妈妈从行李箱中掏出书，映入眼帘的是一个绿色、白色相拼接的书封面，一种清新的感受涌上心头，嗯，一定很有趣!

翻开扉页，最先看到的是目录。其中，《我的父亲》这首诗吸引了我，赶紧翻至244页：“但是我拂逆了他的愿望，并没有动身回到家乡，我害怕一个家庭交给我的责任，会毁坏我年轻的生命……”看到这里，一种相似的感受油然而生。有时，别人会跟我讲一些大道理来劝我放弃自己正在做的事，希望我如他/她所说一样，而不是现在的我。我就会很害怕，我如果听从了他/她的看法，我会比现在更优秀吗?我会开心吗?我一定得这么做吗?……思绪开始像弹弹球一样在地上、墙上胡乱穿梭。最后，我坚定了自己的信念，我不!我要坚持下去，不放弃自己的梦想，不论结果如何，只有这样，才不算是挥霍青春，也才不会后悔。

后来，我又看到一篇令我深思的诗歌——《少年行》。“一个热情而忧郁的少年，离开了他的小小的村庄”，为什么他会感到“热情”?“忧郁”又是为什么呢?“热情”是因为可以去追逐自己的意愿了，“忧郁”则是要离开养育我们长大的父母，以及关系十分密切的朋友了。就好像《平凡的世界》中的孙少安、孙少平，弟弟孙少平走进城市，没有什么大成就，但他收获了心灵的高贵和精神的富足，这也是他出农村的目的，成就了自己。换做是我，我一定会跟随自己的意志，选择离开。“我不喜欢那个村庄----它像一株榕树似的平凡，也像一头水牛似的愚笨，我在那里度过了我的童年”，其实我也不太喜欢我的家乡，而不是与他们一样。因为在那里，我是平凡人中的一员，我不想要平凡，我并不普通，我要优秀，

读完这本书，给我最大的启迪就是：不能挥霍青春，挥霍青春就是犯罪!要好好学习，成就自己的意愿，不要太在意别人的看法。陈宇璐，你要加油!
