一、 整理规划时间，确定要学习的内容

将下学期的课程提前预习一下，掌握各重要科目（语文、数学、英语）下学期的重难点。预习的过程中碰到的不懂的问题要及时做记录，等到开学的时候可询问老师。（数学要提前预习前2章，英语要预习前四单元）

四、时间安排表（可根据自身情况作合理调整）

8：00起床之后 刷牙漱口洗脸吃早饭
