时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

many people are killed in the traffic accidents. How miserable it is!

For the sake of our life and security, some measures must be taken to

change the present situation. In the first place, as there are a great many

cars, we should control the number of private cars and vehicles and use the

public transportation more often. Secondly, the government should widen the

roads and build more flyovers, so as to ease the traffic pressure and reduce the

traffic accidents. In addition, the undergrounds and light rails should be

Last night, I watched a tennis game, it was the US open, because there was

寒假这一年，我们终于迎来了一个喜庆的日子，大家知道是什么吗?那就是新年! In the year of winter vacation, we finally ushered in a festive day. Do you know what it is? That is the New Year!

家家户户这时可都是忙碌得不得了：挂灯笼、贴对联、放鞭炮，热闹极了!可是今年，我却在乡下姑妈家过了一个与众不同的年!

第一个不同点：以往，我们都是大年三十晚上，全家人团聚在一起吃团圆饭。可这里却不同了，每当从大年三十起的早上起，就要开始开始吃团圆饭，这还不是问题!可痛苦的是，要在七点以前吃完早饭，这就意味着六点钟之前必须起床。这样的规定，对习惯了的人倒无所谓，可对我们来说，简直就是“惨不忍睹”啊!

当我还沉浸在美好的睡梦中时，突然，一阵雷鸣般的鞭炮声，把我从梦中惊醒，我捂住耳朵，翻了个身，打算接着做美梦的时候，先是一阵急促的敲门声，紧接着，一双大而有力的手把我从床上拽了起来，我揉了揉惺忪的睡眼，看了看外面，外面一片漆黑，什么都看不见。

我半睁半合着眼睛，有气无力的对姑爹说：“姑爹，才这么早就叫我起来干嘛啊?外面全都是黑的!再让我睡一会啊!”说着，又躺了下去。姑爹这下可急坏了，看这个办法行不通，立马又想了个办法，把灯一开，心想：这下你们可睡不着了吧!果然，我们都伸了伸懒腰，准备穿衣服。我也明白了一个道理：原来之前放鞭炮是要起床的前兆啊!

看了看钟，现在才五点半，“唉!我可从来没有这么早起来过啊!”我慢吞吞地漱完口、洗完脸，刚准备吃饭时，看着一桌丰盛的佳肴，我的睡意全无，口水流了“三千尺”长，立马大吃起来!不过我承认，姑爹的饭菜倒是做得蛮好吃的!嘻嘻!

第二个不同点：这里还有一个不同的风俗习惯，那就是，不管客人来或是走，都要放鞭炮迎送。由于姑妈和姑爹都是老师，所以前来拜年的学生络绎不绝，走了一批又来一批，姑妈家真是车水马龙，桃李满天下啊!但是，姑妈和姑爹都忙不过来，所以，放鞭炮这个重任就交给了我和哥哥，这可把我们乐坏了!可是，坚持了十分钟，就已经累得气喘吁吁了。

真是帮忙——越帮越忙啊!常常是客人进了屋，我们的鞭炮还没响;客人已经走远了，我们的鞭炮才刚响。这可累坏了我们两个“迎客小门童”啊!

在姑妈家过的这个新年真是与众不同!又新奇、又好玩!这就是我寒假中经历的最难忘的一件事!

3、睡眠。据专家统计，全国三分之二的中小学生睡眠时间不达标。23．5％的中小学生晚上难入睡。调查显示，小学生中每天睡足10小时及以上的为33．4％，初中生每天能睡足9个小时及以上的共有22．9％。教育部对中小生睡眠时间曾经有明确的规定：小学生的睡眠时间应该要超过9个小时，初中生应该达到9个小时，高中生的睡眠时间要达到8个小时，按照这样的规定，我国约有2／3的小学生和3／4的初中生睡眠时间严重不足。因此，我要晚上8：00入睡，早上6：00起床。

我要做到以上的事情，充分度过我的完美寒假！

一个紧张的学期终于过去了，许多小朋友都在计划着寒假该怎么玩？该玩些什么？而我不一样，我打算利用这个寒假预习下学期的内容，复习以胶学过的内容，为小升初作最后的冲刺准备。

为了合理安排好时间，我特意制定了一张寒假计划表。正当我做表时，爸爸走进来，看见我在写这些什么，走到我身旁看了看，问：“紫怡，你在写些什么呢？”“我在安排寒假计划表，我要合理运用这个寒假的时间，你看下行不？”

爸爸听了，便拿起我刚刚完成的寒假计划表看了看。“怎么样，安排合理吗？”我问道。只见爸爸一脸严肃地说：“你这样安排可不行，你只有劳，却没有逸，这样收获果实不会很多，必须劳逸结合，你才会有更多的收获。”说完，爸爸便转身出了房门。我沮丧地往床上一倒，心里想：“明明安排合理，却说我只有劳，没有逸，必须劳逸结合什么的，劳…逸…结…合，哈，我懂了。”霎时间，我就像是被某位名师指导了一样，重新安排我的寒假计划表。

一、早读

早晨，不仅空气清新，还是记忆力最强的黄金时分。虽然放假了，但必须养成好的早读习惯。每天六点半整时起床，先读二十分钟的英语，再读二十分钟的语文。这样，我读过的知识就可以加强一遍印在脑海里，起到久记不忘的作用。

二、知识点归集

把考完、做过的试卷都仔细分析一遍。特别是做错的题目，要把它们归集起来，重点加以消化。

三、完成寒假作业

每天上午做两个小时的语文寒假作业，下午做两个小时的数学寒假作业。

四、做笔记

“久记不如烂笔头”是啊，这句话很对。把这个寒假里发生的开心的、有趣的、伤心的事；遇到的开朗的、善良的、和蔼的人；看见的可爱的、调皮的、漂亮的小动物以及预习下册的重要内容……统统记录下来。因为记录下来的人、事、物可方便以后的作文选材，而记录预习下册的重要内容有助于我以后的学习。所以必须坚持做笔记。

五、做家务——劳逸结合

劳逸结合，这个词告诉我们学习和休息要结合起来才会有更大的收获。没错，过度的学习有损身心健康，这时就应休息一下，但也不能休息过度。比如：你写寒假作业写累了，可以先按摩按摩眼睛，或伸个懒腰，眺望远方之类的。帮爸爸妈妈拖拖地，抹抹灰之类。这样既有利于身心健康，又能帮大人做了家务事，也起到了劳逸结合的效果。

当我把新的寒假计划表拿给爸爸看时，爸爸微笑地说：“哈哈，你终于明白什么是劳逸结合了，不过你一定要说到做到。”“没问题。”

寒假很快就会过去，至关重要的六年级下册就会来临。不过，我相信，只要我说到做到，一定会在小升初的坎坷的道路上铺一条平坦的道路的。
