天才，顾名思义：从上天那里得到了才华的人。天才，当然比普通人要优秀很多，只要稍加教育，学习，就能成为一个社会难得的人才。但为什么方仲永最终成为了一个普通人。甚至连普通人都不如呢?这是因为他没有接受后天的教育，没有进步，只是原地踏步，而别人却都在努力奋斗，不断进步，最终他只有被超过。天生的才能固然很重要，但后天的教育也是必不可少的，如果缺乏后天的教育，在好的才能也会被荒废。反之，一个普通人，经过自己的不断努力，可能也会对社会做出很大贡献。

要得到进步，就应当勤奋地学习。古人说：“业精于勤”.勤学是成功之母。勤能补拙。近乎智，古今中外的成功者，哪一个是不经历勤奋的学习就得到成就，得到世人的赞扬和敬佩的呢?王献之“用尽三缸水，一点像羲之”,最终成为大书法家。法国文学家福楼拜的书房窗临塞纳河，因灯光彻夜透明，被船夫当作渔灯，他对天才的认识“天才无非是长久的忍耐，努力吧!”最终他成为了一代大文豪。他们都并非是天生聪慧。他们的才能也不一定比方仲永优秀，他们的成功来源与他们的耐心和勤奋。

天才在于日积月累，聪明在于勤学不辏一个人，天资再高，如果不勤奋学习，必干不成大事业。甚至养活自己都很困难;一个人，天资一般，如果能勤奋学习，刻苦用功，必出成果。勤学是成功里一个不可缺少的内容。或许我们并不是天才，但让我们现在做起，努力、勤奋地学习，必能干出一番大事业。

生而知之者是不存在的，“天才”也是不存在的。人们的才能虽有差别，但主要来自于勤奋学习。一文给我的启示是:一个人即使有很高的天赋，但如果不努力学习，也很难取得真正的成就。

仲永的故事是这样的:并非书香子弟的方仲永5岁时便能“指物作诗，立就”，并“自为其名”，且“文理皆有可观者”，因而扬名邑中。到了十二三岁，才气渐减，“令作诗，不能称前之所闻。”到了成年，竟“泯然众人矣”。

一个天资聪颖的神童，因为被唯利是图的父亲每天带着四处走访，而不让他学习，使得“神童”竟沦为一个默默无闻的“庸人”!这能不叫人扼腕叹惜吗?神童泯然众人，责任在于他父亲，原因是“不使学”。像方仲永这样的天才，由于后天没有好好学习，尚且要成为普通的人，那么，那些本来就普普通通的人，如果不学习，岂不是连一个普通的庸人还不如吗?

所以说，才能来自于勤奋学习!“神童”由于后天不好好学习而沦为“庸人”的，在历史上屡见不鲜;而本来不是“神童”、“天才”，但由于坚持不懈地奋发努力，而成为举世闻名的科学家、发明家的却大有人在。

我喜欢看，叔叔写的童话故事，最近,我就读了他的一本书《鲁西西和龙珠风波》。

书中的主人公是鲁西西。有一天，鲁西西和她的哥哥皮皮鲁在家中练习潜水，突然发现有个无形的怪物正在偷喝杯中的水。兄妹俩连忙拿了一瓶显影液泼了上去，发现怪物竟是条龙。原来龙的家乡的水全干涸，它十分口渴就潜入人家里来喝水。兄妹俩明白了事由后非常同情那条龙，就将它送到一条大湖里让它尽情的喝。龙为了感想他俩就送了一颗龙珠给他们。这龙珠很神气，含在嘴里能让人潜水几十天都没事，还能让人游泳超快。正好鲁西西学校要举行游泳比赛，鲁西西含着龙珠误游误撞地赢了比赛，还被国家队教练选中进了国家队。在后面的几场游泳比赛中她次次得第一。然而这也给她带来了意想不到的危险。有个贩卖文物的集团看了她的比赛后认为她的潜水底子不错，于是趁她休息时劫持了她并逼她去深海打捞文物……

在这本书中,最让我佩服的是鲁西西被文物贩子劫持后临危不惧并偷偷写信给警察的举动,鲁西西的做法值得我们学习。如果我们遇到了这样的坏人，也应该像她那样保持镇静，冷静下来想方设法给警察叔叔留线索，让他们知道你的处境后尽快来救你。

还有让我羡慕的是龙珠。它能让鲁西西从一个旱鸭子变成一个游泳高手，真是太神气啦!可我转念又想：如果比赛时光凭龙珠获得胜利，那就违背了体育道德，是作弊。所以，要想有真本事，就得考平时不断地努力学习刻苦训练。否则只依靠一些见不的人的手段是不行的。
