我拿出手机打开“美团”。哇，里面可以吃的东西真是五彩缤纷啊，我看得口水都出来了。我和妹妹选了好久才找到我们喜欢吃的食物。我点下了立即支付，顺便看了看送达的时间——七八分钟就能送到，比我自己动手烧还要快。……有了网络的帮忙，解决午餐问题，就是那么简单。

网络虽然能帮助我，但也有害苦了我的时候。

有一次，爸爸妈妈和妹妹都不在家，就我一个人在家写作业。等我写好后，就打开了手机网络看起来电视剧。我越看越入迷，一集连着一集，没完没了，甚至都忘了妈妈走的时候说等一下他们回来后要给我报听写、做试卷的事情。

正当我看得很入迷的时候，妈妈的电话打过来了，说，：“我们正在回家的路上了。”说完她就直接挂了电话。妈呀，糟糕!我马上关了电脑，可已经来不及了。妈妈一到家就让我拿出语文书给她，我只好认命的给了。结果好多字都写不出，妈妈一生气，没收了我的手机，还狠狠地骂了我一顿。

网络是把双刃剑，既能助人也能害人，就看我们怎么合理地去使用它。

网络，一个我们熟知的词语，正是因为有了它，我们的生活才变得五彩缤纷起来。如今，网络已经走入中国十七个年头，成为许多人生活中不可缺少的重要组成部分，也成为继电视、报纸后的第三大主流媒体。可以说，如果没有网络，我们的生活虽然不会陷入混乱，但是会非常的不便。可见网络对我们生活的重要性。然而任何事物都有两面性，现在越来越多的人也注意到了网络的弊端。

上网可以给我们的成长带来益处。可以开扩我们知识视野，增加我们认识世界和掌握知识的渠道。网上的新闻信息、娱乐信息等都对我们有好处，我们上网后，获得信息的途径不再单一，上网还可以艺术地展示个性、开发潜能。传统中学生的性格狂妄不羁，往往会受到许多打击，一个有才华的少年从此韶华已去。而在网络世界中，我们的个性能得到适度伸展，有益于我们身心发展。网络还使我们与他人交流的渠道变得更加宽广，方式更自由。

下面我再说说网络的弊端。网络就像勇士手里的一把锋利的宝剑，在杀死敌人的同时，也有可能会不慎砍伤自己。我们中学生正在一步步认识世界，对任何东西都非常好奇，面对绚丽多姿的网络，面对网络给我们带来的快捷、方便和欢乐，许多心智尚未成熟的青少年会迷上网络，在这些人当中，有的人是利用网络来学习，这固然是好的，还有很大一部分人会迷恋上那些让我们娱乐放松的游戏。由于种.种原因，意志薄弱的青少年会陷入网络游戏的漩涡中，难以自拔。长时间迷恋网络游戏，会导致学习成绩下降，眼睛近视、抵抗力减弱等的后果。并且，迷恋网络游戏还会耗费大量的金钱。现在，迷恋网络游戏已成为继吸烟、酗酒、吸毒之后的第四大危害青少年身心健康的“杀手”。

要想摆脱迷恋网路游戏的危害，我们就必须要正确认识网络的用途，不要认为只有玩网游才是唯一的休闲方法，要养成良好的生活情趣，自觉抵御网络游戏的诱惑，合理控制上网时间，在必要的情况下，还要安装一些强制性的软件，让网络游戏的乌云离我们而去。还我们一片健康的上网环境。

我呼吁：社会、学校和家长应当共同努力、给予帮助和引导，使“网络”成为学生的良师益友!
