2020年的7月8日，当初日升起照亮大地，我拉着我浅蓝色的旅行箱，与我的老师和同学一起踏上了开往北京的高铁。

列车一路向北。夜幕初初降临这个城市的时候，我们怀着按捺了一天的期待，踏上想象了无数回的北京。浅黄色的灯光，柔软的床垫，贴心的起床铃声。我们一夜好眠。会有整整五天的时间，让我将我的听说变成一场真正的遇见。

我遇见，一种时空交错的迷离和美丽。故宫里徜徉，看龙与凤在汉白玉柱上闪烁着金色的光芒，光芒照耀着仰望的龙的传人——华夏民族的新一代;天坛前想象，六百年前的神圣而又庄严的祭奠，青烟缕缕，将世人的虔诚与崇拜交付与苍天;而纵横交错的胡同中，乘着人力洋车，看青灰的墙壁和一尊尊石狮子守护的紧闭的大门，在时光中穿梭。

北京，好一处历史文化的发展之地，有着“故人吏京剧，每事多闲放”的京剧、有着“晓去龙华三半两，归时香烬满炉装”的庙会，有着数不胜数的历史文化。而我也曾踏上这风水秀丽的北京!初到北京，最有名的要数老北京烤鸭了。北京烤鸭历史悠久，明初年间，老百姓尤为爱吃北京烤鸭，皇帝也是如此，据说朱元璋是“日食烤鸭一只”，餐厨们为了讨好皇帝便做出了烤鸭，后来经过慢慢发展，就成了“北京烤鸭”。烤鸭的制作是先在鸭子上开个小洞，取走内脏，再加入开水，挂在屋内，用枣木柴烤制，刚烤出来的烤鸭外焦里嫩、色泽红润、香味扑鼻。伴着胡萝卜丝儿、酱、蒜条，一口咬下去，酥脆爽口、喷香扑鼻，口齿留香，肥而不腻，令人胃口大开。一个北京烤鸭，原来有这么悠久的历史文化。不止烤鸭，北京还有许许多多的小吃，口感细腻的炸酱面、又浓又香的豆汁、清凉爽口的豌豆黄、色泽甜润的窝窝头，可谓是“美食之首”。

北京的四合院也是出了名的，四合院是北京的主要建筑形式。所谓“四合”，“四”指东南西北。合指四方的房子围成一个巨大的“口”字，几百年来，经过不断的改造，从平面到内部结构，都成了北京特有的风俗。走上四合院的台阶，便来到四合院中的庭院，庭院布置整洁，两旁的建筑布置有序。中间有个海棠树，后面有个巨型鱼缸，寓意吉利。两旁种满了许多花，香味扑鼻，仿若进入人间天堂。四合院中的庭院是个很好的休息室，人们来到这儿把一切的疲劳都放了下来，舒适而又自在。四合院的砖都是用灰瓦做的，看上去极有历史感。如遇地震，四合院依旧完好无损，可以看出四合院的材料非同一般。四合院的总面积达200平方米，不大不小。仔细一瞧，那灰瓦上刻着许多花，每一片花瓣都雕刻得那么栩栩如生，惟妙惟肖。北京的四合院天下闻名，但他并没有故宫那么雄伟，也没有土楼那么奇形怪，他那朴素的建筑风格可能就是天下闻名的原因吧。

这里的青瓦并非亘古，只是这里的历史轻声吟唱着亘古的歌调。耳边的朔风啊，轻狂里总是蓄着温柔的香气，异路的行人是否忘记了这座都城的美丽?人流交替，络绎不绝，他们荡漾着、舞动着，在这里展开筵席，披上一袭繁华的外衣。时光荏苒，何时，何时?退去铅华的泡影，寻一抹朱赤的烟波。

establish a firm faith in our actions and be ready to devote ourselves to them.

We must boldly go through trials and hardships to train our will so as to get

rid of the weak points of our moral character. Around us, there are quite a few

people with this intense determination and spirit and set a good example for us

to follow.

Sports benefit me in many ways. Firstly, sports call can make me fit and

strong physically. When taking part in sports, I get the chance to train almost

all parts of our bodies. In addition, sports call can maintain my psychological

well being, Whenever Im in low spirit,aking part in sports can help me forget my

anxieties and worries. Besides, sports can teach me some lessons about life.

Through participation, I can learn that on the playground I not only struggle

for my own self but also fight for my team. Sports teach me to be considerate,

cooperative and optimistic.

I am fond of sports very much. I feel that I not only gain a well balanced

My favourite sport is football, as it is very exciting. I play footetball

three times a week. Most often I play it in my school. I feel very happy when I

joy of life. For me the best activities to reduce stress and to forget about

problems are sleeping,playing football, going on a short vacation to the

countryside, attending live performances and spending time with my friends and

First and foremost, sufficient sleep, needless to say, is indispensable for

each person, especially those encountering difficulties and suffering enormous

stress. There is no denying that sleep could bring the body sufficient rest,

modulate the function of each organ and release the body from stressful status.

Whats more, sufficient sleep would enable the brain operate more swiftly and

efficiently, thus making us more energetic to handle difficulties. Therefore,

not only could sleep loose the fatigue of the physical body, but also release

the mental stress.

What is more, I think that family is the most important thing in a mans

life. They are always there when you need them. Family provides support when you

need it most, helps you go through the difficult moments of your life.The most

important of all, their love for you gives you confidence in yourself, and makes

your life easier and a lot more beautiful. Friends also have an important role,

because you can evade from concerns by going out with them, talking about things

that are not related to your work, and sharing with them your problems and your

acheivements.

Beijing has a history of over 3,000 years with a population of nearly 13

million and a lot of places of interest around it. In recent years, the city of

Beijing has been advancing very quickly. You can see more museums, parks an

shopping centers here and there. More and more highways and overhead walkways

have been built up. Whats more, a lot more buses which burn cleaner fuel, such

as CNG or LPG, are put into use, to prevent air from being polluted. Water in

the rivers is clean again. Wherever you go, you can see green trees, grass and

beautiful flowers. All these make life in Beijing more convenient, pleasant and

colorful. Beijing is still advancing to the bright future.
