Recently, I have seen an impressive film –Precious, which tells the growing

experiences about a pretty fat black girl, Precious Jones, a girl living in the

Harlem. The film reveals the poor and miserable life in the Harlem, but at the

same time, it encourages people to take a positive and optimistic attitude to

face it, no matter how difficult it is.

Precious is so undereducated that she can not read and write formally.

What’s worse, she is usually knocked around by her irascible mother. Worst of

all, she is sexually assaulted by her stepfather and has two children before the

age of seventeen. Owing to the situation she gets involved, she has to leave

school and is introduced to alternative school. After waging many struggles and

overcoming many difficulties, she finds the goals of life again with the help of

her teacher and classmates.

In the film, Precious insists on keeping her children all the time though

she gets involved in trouble. She has a firm belief that she can get rid of the

past life and start the new one and she really makes it finally. Her insistence

tells me that keeping positive and optimistic would make a great contribution to

achieve dream.

In life, many people are easy to feel frustrated by meeting a bit of

setback. As far as I am concerned, we need to learn to keep positive and

optimistic when facing difficulties so that we have more power to keep and

pursue our dreams.

I love clean thing, it sounds good for me. But the thing is that I can’t

bear the dirty environment around me, I am very picky about the environment. I

need to make some change, I must get used to the normal situation. So I learn to

wash the dirty clothes and do some dirty work. It is hard for me but I start to

get over my weakness.

Like any other English learner, I met a lot of difficulties in learning English.

First, I found it difficult to understand what I read because most English words have more than one meaning. Besides, I found it difficult to write in idiomatic English or put Chinese into idiomatic English. Finally, I couldnt express in English orally because I had no opportunity to communicate with native English speakers. Although I often read aloud, this didnt prove to be an effective way to improve my spoken English.

But I didnt lose heart in removing these obstacles. I tackled English vocabulary in two ways. First,I tried to understand and memorize the specific meaning of a word that appears in the context. Second, I enlarge my vocabulary by learning the dictionary by heart. To overcome Chinese English, I tried to think in English directly. Although I still had no opportunity to communicate with native speakers, I improved spoken English by listening to the English broadcast and writing English composition. This expedient turned out to be effective.

像任何其他的英语学习者,我在学习英语遇到了很多困难。

首先,我发现很难明白我读,因为大多数英语单词有一个以上的意义。此外,我发现很难用地道英语或者把中国变成地道英语。最后,我无法用英语口头表达,因为我没有机会与以英语为母语的人交流。虽然我经常大声朗读,这并没有被证明是一个有效的方法来提高我的英语口语。

但我不灰心的消除这些障碍。我从两方面解决英语词汇。首先,我试着去理解和记忆一个单词的具体含义,出现在上下文。第二,我扩大我的词汇量,学习词典。为了克服中国式的英语,我想直接用英语思考。虽然我还没有机会与母语者交流,我的英语口语提高了听英语广播和英语作文写作。这种办法是有效的。

我是一名新住宿生，今年刚从陵口转来横小。因为爸爸妈妈想让我不但学生独立生活，而且学习成绩也有所提高。

刚开学那会儿，班上有好多同学感冒，于是，有些寄宿生就开始“趁乱”哭鼻子想家，甚至找借口要回家住。一贯坚强的我，看到同学们这样，也开始有点儿动摇了。

班主任胡老师在密切关注天气变化，提醒同学们增减衣物、多喝开水的同时，也利用晨会、班会等时间做好新寄宿生的思想工作。她还组织老寄宿生谈经验，让绝大部分新寄宿生克服困难，积极正常地进行生活学习。

一切都慢慢好转起来，可就在这时，胡老师却突然感冒了。但我们清楚地看到，她是那么坚强：在课堂上，她从来没有因为自己生病就坐一坐，还是一如既往地站着给全班同学上课。尽管嗓子已经有些嘶哑，但仍然尽她自己最大的努力，把该讲的知识都传授给我们。看着她感冒越来越厉害了，同学们以为她会请假回家休息了，可她硬是挺了过来，从没有少给我们上一节课。

老师这么辛苦，坚持带病上课，没有感到一点点委屈，我们还有什么困难克服不了呢?老师用自己的行动教育了那些在困难面前退缩的同学，让我们精神倍加振奋。看到同学们这么懂事，老师脸上也露出了欣慰的笑。

住宿一个多月来，我战胜了不少困难，学会了很多生活技能。在学习上，更是如此，同学们你追我赶，班级学习氛围相当浓厚。我为自己能有这么多好老师而高兴，为自己身在这个优秀的班集体而自豪!

每个人都会有面对自己很难攻克的困难。我也有一个缺点，那就是粗心，但我从二年级的一次考试中有所醒悟，战胜了粗心。

那是一个凉风习习的日子。我们刚上完体育课，我热得满头大汗。我倒了一杯冷水，刚想喝，语文叶老师走了进来，对大家说：“下一节品德课改成单元测试，大家要细心一些，拿出一个好成绩。”

我信心满满地认为自己可以考到高分。考试开始了，我一看试卷不难，题目很简单，于是自信地拿起笔写了起来。我刚写完试卷，老师就对大家说：“时间还有五分钟，写完的同学可以交了。”我检查也没检查就交了上去。当天晚上，我对妈妈说：“我不会考得很差的。”

第二天放学，老师把试卷发了下来，我顿时呆了，只见试卷上写着两个阿拉伯数学：“93”，紧接着后面写着三个醒目的大字：“太粗心”!

回到家，我把这件事告诉了妈妈，妈妈跟我分析了原因，最后对我说：“你实在太粗心了，下次一定要认真些。”

两天后的一次数学考试，我认认真真地做了每道题，最后还检查了三遍。当天考试卷发下来，我考了第一名：“100+10”。刚到家，我就把这件事告诉了妈妈，妈妈对我说：“这就是认真的好处，以后也要这样。”

现在，我已经克服了这个缺点。同时我也明白了做任何事都要认真!

生活中有各种困难，无论什么人都有，小孩不会写作业，大人工作不顺，中考或高考让学生为难……

而无臂钢琴家刘伟呢?他没有手，只能用脚弹钢琴，他一夜之间能学会弹琴吗?当然不能。他也是经过不懈努力才学会钢琴，再加上勤奋苦练才用脚弹出了曲子，可是他用脚弹的曲子并不比用手弹的人差，一样美妙动听，甚至更胜一筹。他说过：困难刚开始是一座山，后来通过努力克服时，再回头看那困难只是一个小小的台阶。其实自学钢琴并不容易，刘伟的脚无数次抽筋，磨出了水泡，但他一直坚持。父母也经常鼓励他，支持他，让他更加自信，他也非常想让父母为他感到骄傲。

而我们呢?我们像他那样勇于克服困难了吗?遇到不会的题是自己理解还是不看题直接让父母教?弄出了小伤是自己处理还是在父母面前哇哇大哭?登山是自己努力还是让父母帮助?大家都会选前者，我们虽然知道问题的答案，但是我们做到了吗?

比如像我，我有时候就是看到一个难题就问父母，很少自己去理解，经常作业会空下一部分让父母教。可是这些题并不是太难，常常是父母一点就通，只是我没去理解，去认真想。

困难就像挡在你面前的一堵墙，只要你把它砸破就能重见光明。所以我们也一定要自己克服困难，而不是让别人去帮助自己。我以后也要学会自己克服困难，加油!
